Description

【0001】
【0018】

Figure 0003831819
【0019】

Become. Moreover, the elution of the pigment from the adhesion surface can be prevented by bonding the surface material 1a and the absorber 1b together. Furthermore, in the case where the surface material 1a and the absorbent body 1b are embossed and bonded together, or in the case where the surface material 1a and the absorbent body 1b are bonded together and processed into a mesh shape, the feeling of adhesion when worn is reduced.
[0011]
In the body fluid absorbing patch of the present invention, when the pigment 2 that changes color depending on pH is nitrazine yellow, the color changes to yellow, yellowish green, or blue depending on the pH of the body fluid.
[0012]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the configuration of the bodily fluid absorbing pad according to the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings shown as an embodiment.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the bodily fluid absorbing contact material of the present invention, a main body 1 is composed of a surface material 1 a, an absorber 1 b, and a waterproof layer 1 c. The surface material 1a is made of a transparent material, and a dye 2 that changes color depending on pH is attached to the surface of the absorber 1b. And the surface material 1a and the absorber 1b shall be bonded together. In addition, although not shown in figure, the body fluid absorption patch of this invention is packaged with an appropriate packaging material.
[0014]
In FIG. 3, the surface material 1a and the absorber 1b are embossed and bonded together. Further, in the structure shown in FIG. 4, the surface material 1a and the absorbent body 1b are embossed and bonded together, and the tip of the embossed recess 3 is opened to form a so-called mesh shape. Moreover, what was shown in FIG. 5 shall be the thing which processed the surface material 1a into the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric, the absorber 1b as the natural fiber nonwoven fabric, bonded both together, and mesh-shaped, and the waterproof layer 1c as a polyethylene backsheet Yes. And what was shown to FIGS. 3-5 has provided the absorber 1d used as the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric between the said absorber 1b and the waterproof layer 1c.
[0015]
If the surface material 1a and the absorber 1b are bonded together, they are always in contact with each other, so that the surface can be clearly seen from the surface of the bodily fluid absorbing material, and the surface to which the dye is attached even with a small amount. It becomes easy to reach. Moreover, the elution of the pigment from the adhesion surface can be prevented by bonding the surface material 1a and the absorber 1b together. Furthermore, in the case where the surface material 1a and the absorbent body 1b are embossed and bonded together, or in the case where the surface material 1a and the absorbent body 1b are bonded together and further processed into a mesh shape, a plurality of irregularities and openings are formed. Therefore, a feeling of adhesion at the time of wearing is reduced.
[0016]
A dye 2 that changes color depending on pH is attached to the surface of the absorber 1b of the main body 1. In order to attach the dye 2, it is preferable to attach the dye 2 in an ink.
[0017]
Furthermore, the pigment | dye 2 used in the bodily fluid absorption base material of this invention uses what changes color in pH 4-5, 5-6 area. In general, this is often pathological when the pH of the cage is 5 or more, and is usually normal when the pH of the cage is 5 or less. Therefore, the dye 2 that changes color in the above pH range is used. Is preferred. In addition, when water breakage occurs in a person with urinary incontinence or a pregnant woman, the pH becomes 5 or more. In such a case, it is preferable to use the dye 2. In Examples, Nitrazine Yellow [also known as 2- (2,4-dinitrophenylazo) -1-naphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid disodium] represented by the following chemical formula is adopted as the dye 2 described above. did.
[0018]
[Chemical 1]
Figure 0003831819
[0019]
The nitrazine yellow changes to yellow at pH 4, changes to yellow-green at pH 5, and changes to blue at pH 6, and is very excellent in safety to the human body.
[0020]
In order to convert the dye 2 into an ink, the dye 2 may be adsorbed on hydrogel particles having a cationic group, and the composition may have a structure in which the surface is covered with a moisture-permeable and water-permeable film as necessary. This composition may be used in combination with an appropriate binder for fixing to the bodily fluid absorbing material. As the hydrogel particles, a composition represented by a partially crosslinked product of acrylic acid / acrylamide / methacrylic acid / N, N-dimethylaminoethyl copolymer with glycerol glycidyl ether is used, and the particle size is set to 0.00. It is preferable to set it as 01-50 micrometers.
[0021]
By applying or printing this dyed dye 2, no bleeding occurs even when the dye 2 is moistened by body fluids such as a scent, and the dye 2 is in an excellent durability state. It can be adhered to the main body 1.
[0022]
When the dye 2 is nitrazine yellow, as shown in Tables 1 and 2, the pH is 4 to 6 in comparison with other dyes such as methyl red, bromothymol blue and bromocresol green. In addition to being vividly discolored, it is difficult to change with time under heating and humidification (40 ° C., 75%) and exposure to light.
