【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、2色成形装置で軟質の樹脂ランナーが開型時、型内面に付着するのを防止する装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
最近、ボールペンにより付加価値が求められグリップ部にゴムを巻いた物が開発された。当初は別部品として組み立てていたが2色成形により図6の如く1度に軸の部分とゴムグリップ部分を成形する様になった。通常、殆どのボールペンが図5の如く先細り形状をしている。この場合、2色成形は1次品をコアに付けて2次側へ移動する為、図6の如く2次成形品は割型の上方にあるのでランナーが短かく割型へのランナーの密着力が少ないからどちらかの割型にくっついてしまうという不具合がおきなかった。
しかし、デザインからのボールペン形状の自由度を向上させると、図7の様に先太りの形状の成形品を成形するには図8の様な金型構造にならざるを得ない。即ち、1次成形したボールペンの軸100にゴムグリップ101を2色成形する際、2色目の軟質樹脂は割型102の奥深くまでランナー103を走らせなければならなかった。104はランナーゲート、105はコアピンである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来技術に於て、本来ランナー103は成形品についたまゝ離型するはずであるが、軟質樹脂は割型への密着力が強いので図9の如く片側にくっついてゲートがちぎれてしまうという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とし、筒状の1次成形品の軸の表面に2次成形品のグリップを一体成形する金型装置であって、前記金型にコアピンを配置し、そのコアピンに密着された中空部を形成した1次成形品を前記コアピンに密着した状態で、その1次成形品に2次成形品を形成する装置において、前記金型には、前記1次成形品に連通し2次成形品を形成するランナーゲートが形成された2次成形用ランナーを前記1次成形品の上方から下向きに向けて形成し、その2次成形用ランナーの下端に前記ランナーゲートを形成する一方、2次成形用ランナーの上部に中心孔を有する捨てリングを一体に形成するリング孔を形成し、前記中心孔を前記1次成形品より突出したコアピンの突出部に嵌合・保持させたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図示した実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図1乃至図4は本発明の一実施例である。1は割型で、コアピン2にボールペンの軸等の筒状の1次成形品3が密着し、その下部外周に形成した円環状のキャビテイ4が形成されている。5は上方より下向きに向けて形成された軟質樹脂のランナーで、下端がキャビテイ4のランナーゲート6に連通している。1対のランナー5上部には中心孔7を有する捨てリング8を一体に形成し、該中心孔7を1次成形品3上端より突出したコアピン突出部9に嵌合保持してある。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、筒状の1次成形品の軸の表面に2次成形品のグリップを一体成形する金型装置であって、前記金型にコアピンを配置し、そのコアピンに密着された中空部を形成した1次成形品を前記コアピンに密着した状態で、その1次成形品に2次成形品を形成する装置において、前記金型には、前記1次成形品に連通し2次成形品を形成するランナーゲートが形成された2次成形用ランナーを前記1次成形品の上方から下向きに向けて形成し、その2次成形用ランナーの下端に前記ランナーゲートを形成する一方、2次成形用ランナーの上部に中心孔を有する捨てリングを一体に形成するリング孔を形成し、前記中心孔を前記1次成形品より突出したコアピンの突出部に嵌合・保持してあるので、離型の際、ランナーとコアピンが一体になり確実に割型から離型することができる。
