現在プラスチック製の物品が社会に氾濫しているが、プラスチックは木材、金属などの天然材料と異なり、所謂“土に帰る”状態になり難いものが多く、反面、比較的強度的に弱いので力がかかるような部分には、金属のような強度の大きい部材がひろく補助的に用いられていることは周知のとおりである。

このため、省資源の観点、即ち、廃棄されたプラスチックを回収して、粉砕、溶融の過程を経て原材料にもどして再加工すると云う観点からみると、それまでプラスチック製品に組み込まれていた金属などの補助部材が不純物となって再生処理が困難になってくることを免れなかった。

このような実態を、「図7」以下に示す画像形成装置によって略述する。同図は画像形成装置の概略側面図で、装置本体1前面、操作者が立つ位置側には支点3を中心に回動開閉でき、操作者がトナー補給、ジヤムの解消等のために開閉操作するためのカバー2が配設してある。

本発明はこのような事態に対処すべくなされたものであって、プラスチックを主材とする部品を結合して形成する機器において、結合、他物の取付などにビットインサートや熱カシメなどのような他物を用いることなく、結合、固定を可能とする取付機構を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明では、結合部材の一端側を支持する第一支持部材と、結合部材の他端側を支持する第二支持部材と、を有し、結合部材と結合の着脱が可能である被結合部材が結合部材から脱する際に、被結合部材が結合部材から脱する方向への結合部材の移動を規制すると共に、結合部材を着脱可能に支持するために結合部材の一端側を支持する第一支持部材と他端側を支持する第二結合部材と、前記方向と直行する方向へ結合部材が移動することを規制するための規制部と、を有する機器を覆うためのカバーにおいて、結合部材をカバーから脱するために結合部材が取り付けられている面と反対側の面から前記方向に力を加えるために工具を挿入するための孔を有し、この孔は第一支持部材と第二支持部材との間の範囲から外れた位置に設けられていることにより、上記問題点を解決する。

以下、理解を容易にするため、本発明を前述のような画像形成装置に適用した実施例について説明する。「図1」は画像形成装置の本体側と、これに開閉自在に取着されたカバーとを連結して該カバーの解放度を規制するためのバンドの、装置本体側の取付部位を示す斜視図、「図2」はその側断面図である。
