When changing the left-right hand in such a door opening / closing device, as a first conventional example, the upper bearing portion is once completely removed from the upper frame, and then the upper bearing portion is removed from the other end portion of the upper frame. It was reattached to the lower surface with screws, and then the upper shaft of the door body was inserted again into the bearing hole to change the left / right hand. In the second conventional example, the upper bearings are attached to both ends of the upper frame with screws in advance, and one of the upper bearings is selected and the upper shaft is inserted to change the left-right hand. (See, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-111965). Further, as a third conventional example, an upper stopper provided with notches on both sides into which a suspension vehicle is inserted and screw holes into which screws are screwed is provided between the notches so as to be slidable along a rail on an upper portion of a door frame. Thus, a structure is known in which the right and left hand of the door can be easily changed (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-16673).

Also, in the second conventional example, separate upper shaft support portions must be attached to the lower surfaces of both ends of the upper frame in advance, and two upper shaft support portions are required. In the third conventional example, the problems in the first and second conventional examples do not occur, however,
Since the upper stopper of the third conventional example is fixed below the rail as in the first and second conventional examples, it is fixed.
There is a problem that the upper stopper and a screw fixing the upper protrusion protrude below the rail and become an obstacle when the suspension vehicle is inserted into the notch of the upper stopper from below, making it difficult to insert the suspension vehicle into the notch. There is also a problem that the upper stopper and screws protrude below the rail, which causes the upper stopper and screws to have a bad appearance when the door is opened. Since it is necessary, there is also a problem that the number of parts increases.

Then, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the upper shaft supporting portion 2 is slidably accommodated in the rail groove 1a in the upper frame 1,
The upper shaft support portion 2 and the screw hole 4 of the upper shaft support portion 2 include the upper frame 1.
Since it is located in the rail groove 1a, the upper shaft support portion 2 for supporting the upper shaft 7 of the door body 6 and the upper shaft support portion 2
Is fixed to the upper frame 1 with screws 5 and rail groove of the upper frame 1.
Since it is housed in each of the rails 1a, it is possible to eliminate protruding obstacles that project below the rail groove 1a, and the upper shaft 7 of the door body 6 can be easily inserted into the bearing hole 3 of the upper shaft support 2 from below. In addition, since the protruding obstacles downward from the rail groove 1a are eliminated, even if the rail groove 1a is exposed when the door is opened, there is no possibility that the protruding obstacles may deteriorate the appearance and the appearance is improved. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the tip of the screw 5 screwed into the screw hole 4 of the upper shaft supporting portion 2 from below is pressed against the upper bottom 1c of the rail groove 1a and the upper shaft supporting portion 2
Is pressed against the upper surface of the lower horizontal piece 1b of the rail groove 1a and the upper shaft support portion 2 is fixed to the upper frame 1, whereby the upper shaft support portion 2
Is fixed to the upper shaft 7 with the screw 5 while being supported from below by the lower horizontal piece 1b of the rail groove 1a, and the upper shaft support portion 2 can be reliably fixed with one screw 5, so that the number of parts is small. The advantage is that Furthermore, in order to select the right or left hand of the door body 6 at the time of construction, the upper shaft support portion 2 and the lower shaft support portion 14 are attached to either end of the upper frame 1 and the lower frame 10 when the door body 6 is attached. It is fixed in the state that it is slid onto the section. Further, when the door body 6 is changed to the left or right after the construction, the screw 5 is loosened to release the upper shaft support portion 2 from the fixed state, and the lower screw 19 is loosened to release the lower shaft support portion 14 from the fixed state. The upper shaft supporting portion 2 and the lower shaft supporting portion 14 are slid with respect to the upper frame 1 and the lower frame 10, respectively, and moved to the other end, where the screw 5 and the lower screw 19 are tightened again to support the upper shaft. The upper shaft 7 is fixed to the upper shaft supporting part 2 of the upper frame 1 of the bearing holes 3 on both sides of the upper shaft supporting part 2.
Is to be inserted into the bearing hole 3 located on the end side where the is attached. At this time, when the upper shaft support portion 2 is moved, the upper shaft support portion 2 may be slid with the upper shaft 7 removed from the bearing hole 3, or at the same time, the lower shaft 16 is removed from the lower bearing hole 17. Alternatively, the lower shaft support portion 14 may be slid.

By the way, in the present invention, the upper shaft 7 is inserted into the bearing holes 3 on both sides of the upper shaft supporting portion 2 which are located on the end side of the side where the upper shaft supporting portion 2 of the upper frame 1 is attached. Therefore, the upper shaft 7 can be brought as close as possible to the vertical frame 9 side, and when the door body 6 is rotated around the upper shaft 7, the door body 6
It is possible to prevent a large gap from being generated between the vertical frame 9 and the side end of the door body 6 regardless of whether the door is closed or opened.

Here, one bearing hole 3 is provided at the center of the upper shaft support portion 2.
It is conceivable that a screw hole 4 is provided on each side of the upper shaft support portion 2 and a screw hole 4 is provided on each side of the upper shaft support portion 2. There is a problem in that the distance between the vertical frame 9 and the vertical frame 9 becomes long, and as a result, the gap between the vertical frame 9 and the side edge of the door main frame 6 becomes large when the door main body 6 is opened, which makes it unsightly. It cannot be adopted. In particular, since the bearing hole 3 and the screw hole 4 are opened in the same direction in the upper shaft support portion 2, the head of the screw hole 4 must have a required distance between the fitting portion 4a and the bearing hole 3. Therefore, the distance between the female screw hole portion 4b and the bearing hole 3 becomes too long, and in order to secure this distance, the distance between the bearing hole 3 and the end portion of the upper shaft support portion 2 must be long. It becomes too much. In the embodiment of the present invention, the lower shaft support portion 14 is provided with a lower bearing hole 17 in the central portion unlike the upper shaft support portion 2 and the insertion holes 15 are provided on both sides of the lower bearing hole 17, respectively. Since the lower shaft support portion 14 is in the direction in which the lower bearing hole 17 and the insertion hole 15 intersect, even if the head fitting portion 15a is provided in the insertion hole 15, the head fitting portion 15a does not receive the lower bearing. It is not affected by the position of the hole 17, and therefore only the distance between the lower bearing hole 17 and the small-diameter hole portion 15b that is continuous with the head fitting portion 15a of the insertion hole 15 should have the minimum necessary distance. The distance between the bearing hole 17 and the end of the lower shaft support portion 14 can be shortened. As a result, even if the door body 6 is opened, the distance between the side edge of the door body 6 and the vertical frame 9 can be shortened. It is possible to prevent a large gap from being formed between 6 and the vertical frame 9. Of course, lower bearing holes 17 are provided on both sides of the lower shaft support portion 14, respectively.
An insertion hole 15 may be provided between the lower shafts 17, and in this case, of the lower shaft bearing holes 17 on both sides, the lower shaft 16 is attached to the lower shaft bearing hole 17 on the end side on which the lower shaft support portion 14 of the lower frame 10 is fixed. Is to be inserted.

[Advantage of the Invention] In the present invention, as described above, the upper shaft support portion is slidably housed in the upper frame of the door, and the upper shaft support portion and the screw hole of the upper shaft support portion are of the upper frame. Since it is located in the rail groove, the upper shaft support portion for supporting the upper shaft of the door body and the screw for fixing the upper shaft support portion to the upper frame are respectively provided in the rail groove of the upper frame. Since it is housed and the protruding obstacles that project below the rail groove can be eliminated, it becomes easier to insert the upper shaft of the door body from below into the bearing hole of the upper shaft support fixed in the rail groove. At the same time, since the obstacle protruding downward from the rail groove is eliminated, even if the rail groove is exposed when the door is opened, there is no possibility that the protrusion obstructs the appearance and the appearance is improved. Furthermore, the tip of the screw that is screwed into the screw hole of the upper shaft support from below is pressed against the upper bottom of the rail groove, and the upper shaft support is pressed against the upper surface of the lower horizontal piece of the rail groove to support the upper shaft. Since the part is fixed to the upper frame, the upper shaft support part is fixed to the upper shaft with a screw while being supported from below by the lower horizontal piece of the rail groove,
Since the upper shaft support can be reliably fixed with one screw, the number of parts can be reduced. Further, the upper shaft support part is slidably inserted into a rail groove provided on the upper frame over the entire length in the longitudinal direction and opened downward, and one of the both end parts of the upper frame is positioned so that the upper shaft support part is located above the upper frame support part. The upper shaft support is fixed to the upper frame with a screw that is screwed into the screw hole provided in the shaft support, and the upper shaft of the door body is inserted into the bearing hole of the upper shaft support. , By sliding the upper shaft support part and positioning it on either of the two ends of the upper frame,
Left and right doors can be selected, and even after construction, loosen the screws to slide and fix the upper shaft support part to the other end of the upper frame and insert the upper shaft into another upper bearing hole. You can easily change the left and right hand, and since it is not necessary to completely remove the upper shaft support part from the upper frame, there is no risk of loss and the construction can be done easily. It is also possible to deal with the case of. Further, bearing holes are drilled on both sides of the upper shaft supporting portion, and screw holes are formed between the bearing holes in the same direction as the bearing holes.
The upper shaft support is positioned at one of the one end or the other end in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame, and the upper shaft support is fixed to the upper frame by a screw screwed into the screw hole of the upper shaft support. However, since the upper shaft of the door body is inserted into the bearing hole of the upper shaft support part, even if the upper shaft support part is positioned and fixed on either end of the upper frame, the upper shaft and the vertical frame The distance between them can be shortened,
As a result, it is possible to prevent a large gap from being generated between the side edge of the door body and the vertical frame when the door body is opened.
