Description
【0001】
[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a stretchable antibacterial bandage that can be easily manufactured.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, antibacterial bandages have been known which aim at medical effects by applying the anti- athlete's foot prevention effect by loosening the knitted tissue of the bandage base fabric or applying a drug to the base fabric.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in any of these bandages, the bandage base fabric cannot be manufactured by a normal method in which only the wefts that have almost no elasticity among the stretch bandages are treated with antibacterial agents. It required special equipment and methods and was not suitable for commercial production.
[0004]
The present invention is a bandage base fabric intended to prevent the propagation of germs that in particular propagate and adhere to bacteria such as Escherichia coli and enter the body orally, or delay the recovery of the wound itself, When manufacturing the product, antibacterial cellulosic fibers that are simply processed in the manner of vaginal dyeing without stretchy wefts without complicated wrinkle treatment steps (treatment method, difficult to rewind) or fabric treatment The object is to obtain a bandage with the antibacterial fibers of cellulose yarn kneaded with an antibacterial agent as wefts.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention takes the following means to solve the above problems. That is, the present invention applies antibacterial treatment to cellulose fiber yarns such as rayon and cotton, which have a large antibacterial effect, using a stretch core yarn using spandex yarn as a core and a mixed yarn of cellulose fiber and synthetic fiber as a sheath. It is a stretchable antibacterial bandage using the cellulose fiber yarn used for the weft.
[0006]
The antibacterial treatment used in the present invention is carried out with an overmeier dyeing machine in cheese dyeing, muff dyeing, hook-like dyeing or bag-like and net-like bagging.
[0007]
【Example】
Examples of the present invention will be described below, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
Using 40 d's stretch core yarn with 140 d spandex as the core yarn and covered with polyester / cotton blend yarn at 65 strands / 吋, weft with 100% 100% rayon antibacterial treatment A bandage base fabric using 30 yarns per kite was woven.
The antibacterial treatment was performed using 1% owf of the antibacterial agent DC5700 manufactured by Dow Corning Co., Ltd., and treated with a muff dyeing method at room temperature for 30 minutes.
[0008]
Example 2
Using 40 d's stretch core yarn with 140 d spandex as the core yarn and covered with a polyester / cotton blend yarn at 65 strands / 吋, weft with 20 '100% rayon antibacterial treatment A bandage base fabric using 30 yarns per kite was woven.
The antibacterial treatment was performed in the same manner as in Example 1.
[0009]
Measurement of the effect The antibacterial effect was determined by the bacterial count method of the antibacterial and deodorant processing certification standard established by the Textile Products Sanitation Processing Council. The table below shows the average number of bacteria in Examples 1 and 2 at 0 and 10 washings.
It is determined that 1.6 or more bacteria are antibacterial, and the larger the average number of bacteria, the more antibacterial the effect.
[0010]
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is comprised as mentioned above, in order to process only the weft without a stretch property, it is possible to implement mass production processing easily without resorting to special equipment and a method.
In addition, the stretchable antibacterial bandage of the present invention does not give an antibacterial treatment after weaving, so it is not difficult to rewind due to the treatment method and tangling and wrinkles after the treatment, and is suitable for commercial production.
