(1) ヒンジ軸11をヒンジプレート10にかしめ止めした構造では、その接合面を完全に塞ぐことができず、自動販売機を屋外に設置した場合には、ヒンジプレート10の軸穴とヒンジ軸11との間に生じた隙間に雨水が浸透し、錆が発生してヒンジ部が腐食され易くなるほか、隙間に浸透した雨水がヒンジ軸11を伝わってメイン扉2の内部に浸入するおそれがあり、このためヒンジプレート10にヒンジ軸11をかしめ止めした後は、その接合部に防水シールを施して雨水の浸透を防ぐ必要がある。
