本発明は、自動販売機の本体前面に配した片開き式メイン扉の扉ヒンジ装置に関する。

まず、図9(a) 〜(c) に頭記した自動販売機の外観を示す。図において、1は庫内に商品収納ラックを搭載した断熱筐体になる自動販売機の本体、2は本体1の前面に配した片開き式のメイン扉であり、メイン扉2は吊り側(左側)の上下端が詳細構造を後記する上部側ヒンジ3,および下部側ヒンジ4を介して本体1に軸支連結されている。なお、5はメイン扉2に設けた商品ディスプレイ室、6は商品取出口、7,8は扉の裏面側に装備したコイン機構,ビルバリデータに通じるコイン投入口,紙幣挿入口、9は扉の吊り側と反対側(右端)に設けた扉ロックである。

次に、前記したメイン扉2の上部側ヒンジ3について、その従来構造(例えば、特許文献1参照)を図10(a),(b) に示す。すなわち、上部側ヒンジ3は、本体1の天板上面に取付けた厚肉鋼板のヒンジプレート10と、ヒンジプレート10の先端部10aに植設してメイン扉2の上面に嵌挿したヒンジ軸(ピン)11とからなる。ここで、ヒンジプレート10はボルト12により本体1の天板に強固に固着され、ヒンジ軸11はヒンジプレート10の先端部10aに開口した軸穴に圧入するか,もしくはヒンジ軸の頭部をヒンジプレート10に溶接接合して抜けないように固着している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前記した従来のヒンジ構造では、防盗性の面で次記のような問題点がある。すなわち、最近になり自動販売機から金銭を盗み取る盗難が多発しており、その手口としては自動販売機の外面に露出しているメイン扉2の上部側ヒンジ3をバール,電動鋸などを使って破壊し、ヒンジ軸11を抜き取った上でメイン扉2を本体1から外し、庫内側に装備したコイン機構,ビルバリデータから金銭を盗み出す手口が多い。
特に、図10(a),(b) に示した従来構造ではヒンジプレート10が一枚板であり、該ヒンジプレートの先端部10aとメイン扉2の上面との間に多少の遊び間隙が残っていることから、この隙間にバールなどをコジ入れてヒンジ軸11をメイン扉2から抜く、あるいは隙間に電動鋸の鋸歯を差し込んでヒンジ軸11を切断することが可能であることから盗難の被害を受けやすい。

本発明は上記の点に鑑みなされたものであり、その目的は前記問題点を解消し、堅牢で高い防盗性が確保できるように構造を改良した扉ヒンジ装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明によれば、自動販売機の本体前面に配した片開き式メイン扉に対し、メイン扉の吊り側上面に先端部を突き出して本体の天板にヒンジプレートを固定し、該ヒンジプレートの先端部に通したヒンジ軸を介してメイン扉の上部側を本体にヒンジ結合した扉ヒンジ装置において、
前記ヒンジプレートの先端部を上下から挟むようにしてメイン扉の扉上面に厚肉な鋼板で作られたヒンジカバーを固定した上で、該ヒンジカバーにヒンジ軸を植設して固着し、このヒンジ軸を介して本体のヒンジプレートに軸支連結する(請求項1)。

上記の構成によれば、メイン扉の上面に突き出したヒンジプレートの先端部がヒンジプレートにより上下から覆われて外部に露出することがなく、かつヒンジプレートとメイン扉の上面の間にはバール,電動鋸歯などを差し込む隙間も残らず、これにより先記した盗難手口に対して高い防盗性が確保できる。
また、本発明によれば、前記のヒンジ装置は次に記すような具体的態様で構成することができる。
(1) ヒンジ軸の抜け防止策として、ヒンジ軸をヒンジカバーに溶接もしくは圧入して強固に固着する(請求項2)。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図1〜図8に示す実施例に基づいて説明する。なお、各実施例の図中で図9〜図10に対応する部材には同じ符号を付してその説明は省略する。
〔実施例1〕
まず、図1,図2に上部側ヒンジ3を組付けてメイン扉2を本体1に軸支連結した状態の組立構造を示し、その上部側ヒンジ3を構成する各部品を図3〜図6に示す。

すなわち、この実施例の組立構造では、本体1の天板上面にボルト12,ナット12aを介して締結固定されたヒンジプレート10に対して、メイン扉2の上面側には前記ヒンジプレート10からメイン扉2の吊り側上面に向けて突き出す先端部10aを上下から挟み込むように、上カバー13a,下カバー13b,およびスペーサとして前記カバー13aと13bの間に介挿した中カバー13cの3枚のカバー(厚肉鋼板製)を重ね合わせて構成したヒンジカバー13を設け、このヒンジカバー13を2本の固定ボルト14およびナット16を介してメイン扉2の上面に締結固定する。また、このヒンジカバー13には、ヒンジプレート10の先端部10aに開口した軸穴10b(図3(a) 参照)を貫通し、軸先端がメイン扉2の内側に突き出すようにしてヒンジ軸11が固着されている。

また、図1,図2で示すように、ヒンジ軸11には軸上に円筒形のカラー15を遊嵌した上で、このカラー15をヒンジ組立時にヒンジプレート10の先端部10aに開口した軸穴10bの中に嵌挿するようにしている。このカラー15は、ボルトとしてヒンジ軸11の軸に形成したねじ部がヒンジプレート10の軸穴10cに直接触れて損耗するのを防ぐスペーサとしての機能のほか、電動鋸を使って外部からヒンジ軸11を切断しようとした場合の防護の役目も果たす。すなわち、ヒンジの側方から隙間に差し込んでヒンジ軸11を切断しようとしても、鋸歯はカラー15の周面に当たってカラーが空回りするので、ヒンジ軸11の切断が防げる。なお、カラー15は、あらかじめ焼き入れなどにより表面を硬化処理しておくのがよい。また、カラー15はヒンジ軸11の軸上に遊嵌して装着する以外に、その内径側にヒンジ軸11のねじ部に螺合する雌ねじを有し、この雌ねじをヒンジ軸11にねじ込んで装着するものでもよい。この場合に、カラーのヒンジ軸11への装着は、ヒンジ軸11を上カバー13に溶接した後に行なうことにより、ヒンジ軸11の上カバー13への溶接による溶接熱によりカラーの焼き入れが戻ることはない。

上記の構成により、通常の状態ではメイン扉2が噛み合い係合部17に阻害されることなく、ヒンジ軸11を軸支点として開閉できる。一方、メイン扉2が閉じた状態で上部側ヒンジ3が万一破壊されても、前記したヒンジプレート10の係合凸部10cとヒンジ中カバー13cの係合凹部13c-2とが互いに入り組んで噛み合っているので、メイン扉2の下部ヒンジ4(図8参照)が健全な状態で残っている限りはメイン扉2を簡単に前方へ取り外すことができず、これにより防盗性の強化が図れる。
〔実施例3〕
次に、本発明の請求項6および請求項10,11に対応する実施例を図8で説明する。
