【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主に果物や野菜、水産物等の生鮮食料品の運搬等に使用される組立式箱に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、果物や野菜、水産物等の生鮮食料品の運搬等には、使用後の再利用や廃棄焼却された際の有害物質発生防止等の環境問題を考慮して、図7、図8に示すような紙材製の組立式箱が用いられている(例えば、特許文献1を参照)。

この組立式箱1は、底板2の四辺に折り目を介して一体に形成された前側板3、背側板4、左側板5及び右側板6と、左右側板5,6の底板2とは反対側の縁部に折り目を介して一体に形成された左頂板7及び右頂板8とを備えて形成され、図8に示す打ち抜きの展開された状態から、側板3,4,5,6をそれぞれ組立てて立ち上げるとともに、左右頂板7,8を内側に折り曲げ、左右頂板7,8の両側縁に設けた係止片9,9を前後側板3,4の上縁に設けられた係止孔10,10に係止させることによって、箱上面端部に頂板7,8を備えた箱状に組み立てられるようになっており、頂板7,8を箱上面端部に設けたことによって箱全体が補強されるとともに、頂板7,8で上段の箱を支持するので、段積みが容易に行え、しかも箱を多段に積み上げても箱内部に収容された生鮮食料品等の内容物を好適に保護できるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述のような従来の組立式箱は、各側板が底板に対して垂直に立ち上がった形状に形成されている為、多段多列に並べた場合に、隣接する側板同士が互いに突き合わされて密着した状態となり、箱間の通気性が悪く、果物が発生するエチレンガス等の有害な物質が排気され難く各箱内に溜まり、内部に収容された果物等の生鮮食料品が痛み易いという問題があり、また、保冷室に保管する際に各箱に冷気が満遍なく行き渡らずに保冷状態に片よりが出る等の問題があった。

更には、展開された状態から箱に組立てる作業、或いは箱から展開された状態に分解する作業が困難で作業時間がかかり作業効率が悪いという問題があり、また、箱を多段に積み重ねた際に、箱の各側板の上縁部に上段に積み重ねられた箱の重量が載荷されると、各側板には、外側に倒れようとする方向に力が働き、箱が潰れやすくなるため、あまり多くの箱を積み重ねることが出来ないという問題があった。

本発明は、このような従来の技術の状況を鑑み、容易に組み立てることができるとともに積み重ね方向の強度に優れ、更には、箱を多段多列に並べた場合の隣り合う箱間の通気性に優れ、高い鮮度保持効果及び保冷効果を得ることができる組立式箱の提供を目的とする。

上述の如き従来の問題を解決し、所期の目的を達成するための請求項1の組立式箱は、平板状の底板と、該底板の四辺に折り目を介して一体に形成された前側板、背側板、左側板及び右側板と、前記前側板と前記左側板の各側辺間を連結し、前記底板の隅を始点とした折り目が形成された前左側板間連結板と、前記前側板と前記右側板の各側辺間を連結し、前記底板の隅を始点とした折り目が形成された前右側板間連結板と、前記背側板と前記左側板の各側辺間を連結し、前記底板の隅を始点とした折り目が形成された背左側板間連結板と、前記背側板と前記右側板の各側辺間を連結し、前記底板の隅を始点とした折り目が形成された背右側板間連結板と、前記左側板及び右側板の前記底板とは反対側の縁部に折り目を介して一体に形成され、両側縁に前記前側板及び背側板の上縁に係合される係止片を有する頂板とを備え、前記左側板及び右側板は、それぞれ底板側が広く形成された台形状を成し、前記前側板は、前記底板と折り目を介して連続された前外側板と、該前外側板の前記底板とは反対側の縁部に一定幅を有する前上縁板を介して一体に形成された前内側板とをもって構成され、前記背側板は、前記底板と折り目を介して連続された背外側板と、該背外側板の前記底板とは反対側の縁部に一定幅を有する背上縁板を介して一体に形成された背内側板とをもって構成され、前記前内側板及び背内側板は、前記各上縁板とは反対側の縁部に係止片回避用切欠を備え、前記左側板及び右側板をそれぞれ前記底板に重ねて折り畳み、前記前内側板及び背内側板を前記各上縁板の両縁部を折り目として折り曲げて前記各外側板に重ね合わせた際に、前記係止片が前記係止片回避用切欠に収まった状態で、全体形状が平板状に折り畳まれ、前記各側板を前記底板に対して立ち上げ、前記前内側板及び背内側板の側縁部をそれぞれ左右側板の内面に係合させることにより箱状に組み立てられるようにしたことを特徴とする。

上述のように、本発明に係る組立式箱は、容易に組み立てることが出来ると共に、各側板を台形状に形成したことによって、積み重ね方向の荷重に対して強化され、好適に多段積みすることができる。
