Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a casket that can be suitably used for partitioning or pushing into a room of a house, and specifically, it is lightweight, has no worries of warping due to changes in temperature and humidity, has good assembly workability and excellent handling properties. Concerning moths.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, lightweight panel materials, for example, panel materials formed by bonding surface decorative materials such as wallpaper, cloth, paperboard, etc., to a core material made of foamed synthetic resin or honeycomb core, are fitted with wooden ridges on the four sides. The formed ridges are often used for room partitioning or close-in.
In recent years, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-228989, which seeks further lightness and durability for such rivets, assembles an urn made of extruded aluminum material around the four sides of the panel material and screws or inserts and assembles them. Many assembling-type aluminum rods like this are on the market.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the cocoons made by fitting wooden timbers around the four sides as described above are made of synthetic resin foam plates or panel materials made of honeycomb cores. It is formed thick and large with the whole rigidity, and the wood that is firmly assembled by such a wood material is easily distorted due to the temperature difference or humidity difference between the inside and outside and causes warping phenomenon in the whole wood.
[0004]
Assembling-type aluminum scissors that were assembled from four sides of the panel material with the scissors made of extruded aluminum described below have been developed to avoid such distortion and warping phenomenon. The work efficiency is poor and skill is required, and the total aluminum material cage that goes around the four sides has many disadvantages such as high material cost.
The present invention has been developed for the purpose of providing a ridge that is light and easy to assemble without warping.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings as shown in FIG.
A ridge (3) and an upper rail of the thickness dimension of the ridge (3) are attached to the ridge groove (1a) of the duck (1) , as shown in FIG. An intermediate panel (2) in which a metal foil (2b) is bonded to both surfaces of a lightweight plate material (2a) such as a honeycomb plate made of paper material and the surface material (2c) is bonded to both outer surfaces, and aluminum is extruded. It consists of the formed fence (3), and the upper frame (4a) and the lower frame (4b) of the wood material. The upper frame (4a) and the lower frame (4b) are mounted on the upper and lower edges of the middle panel (2). After that, the side panel edge portions of the middle panel (2), the upper beam (4a) and the lower beam (4b) are press-fitted into the biting groove (3a) of the rod (3) to be fitted and fixed to be integrated. It is characterized in that it comprises Te.
[0006]
[Action]
In the present invention, as described above, the upper rail (4a) and the lower rail (4b) are mounted on the upper and lower edges of the middle panel (2) made of a lightweight laminated material, and the brim (3) is fitted from both sides to form the rod. Complete.
What is important here is that when the middle panel (2) assembled with the upper and lower rails (4a, 4b) is fitted into the collar (3), the fitting portion of the collar (3) is shown in FIG. This biting groove (3a) has a fitting shape commonly referred to as hell drop, and squeezes and deforms a plate material such as a wooden material or a synthetic resin material that retains elasticity. However, it is an integrated structure that does not allow dropout due to the hook-like deformation due to the rebound resilience of the plate material when it is pressure-inserted and the mounting is completed.
[0007]
【Example】
For carrying out the present invention, the synthetic resin foam plate of the lightweight plate material (2a) constituting the middle panel (2) is a synthetic resin foam plate made of styrene, urethane or the like, or a foamed lightweight plate made of calcium carbonate, perlite or the like. Adopting this makes it possible to achieve a significant weight reduction while maintaining an appropriate rigidity.
On the other hand, in a honeycomb plate made of a paper material, a paper material or a corrugated cardboard material or the like is cut into strips, and this is bonded and formed into a honeycomb shape to form a honeycomb structure plate.
As the metal foil (2b) bonded to the surface of the lightweight plate (2a), an aluminum foil or an iron foil having an advantage in material cost can be adopted. In the case of the aluminum foil, the thickness is 7 When it is set to ˜20 microns and the iron foil is set to 50 to 100 microns, there is an advantage that sufficient rigidity is maintained and cutting with a saw or a knife is easy.
Next, a surface material (2c) such as paper, cloth, synthetic resin plate or film is bonded to the surface of the metal foil (2b) to form the middle panel (2).
[0008]
The middle metal panel (2) and the light metal cage (3) for gripping and fixing the upper and lower rails (4a, 4b) are usually used by extrusion molding an aluminum material that is inexpensive and has good formability. Due to its properties, a composite material in which a metal material and a synthetic resin material are combined may be adopted.
In the shape of the lightweight metal cage (3), as shown in FIG. 2, the middle panel (2) and the upper and lower rails (4a, 4b) can be grasped and fixed so as not to be removed. A toothed U-shaped cut-in groove (3a) is formed, and with the high rigidity and hardness of a metal material, easy mounting with one touch and secure fixed integration are promised.
[0009]
In the installation of the ridges thus formed, the thickness dimension of the ridge (3) for determining the thickness dimension as shown in FIG. 3 can be applied to the ridge groove (1a) of the Kamoi (1) without any shaving. It has a mounting structure that can be fitted directly into it, and when the heel is assembled by attaching a door with a bracket (5) whose height can be freely adjusted to the lower pier (4b) of this heel, any processing Thus, the attachment can be completed as it is without modification, and the formability and attachment workability can be greatly improved.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
With the above configuration, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
Since the metal foil (2b) is bonded to both surfaces of the lightweight plate (2a), the door of the present invention does not allow moisture to penetrate inside. In addition, the biting groove (3a) formed in the ridge (2) can securely bite and fix the lower frame (4a, 4b) and the middle panel (2) on the wooden material and has a strong integrity. To prevent warping and twisting due to temperature and humidity differences.
By these actions, it is possible to provide a ridge having good assembling and mounting workability without warping, distortion, twisting and the like.
