本発明は、パチンコ機、アレンジボール機、雀球遊技機、回動式遊技機等の遊技機、取り分けその基板ケース及び基板の構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機等の弾球遊技機では、遊技機本体の裏側に、基板ケースに収納された電源基板、主制御基板、払い出し制御基板、音声制御基板、ランプ制御基板等を設けている。

従来の基板ケースは、表板部を含むケース本体と、裏板部を含むケース蓋とに分割され、ケース本体の表板部と相対向する側に、基板の大きさ以上の開口部が形成されている。そして、基板を組み込む際には、ケース本体とケース蓋とを分離して、そのケース本体の開口部側からケース本体内に基板を板厚方向に挿脱自在に挿入してから、ケース本体の開口部側にケース蓋を装着して、ケース本体とケース蓋とによって基板を板厚方向の両側から挟んで固定するか、又はケース本体内にネジ等で基板を固定して、その後にケース本体の開口部側をケース蓋で塞ぐようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の基板ケースは、ケース本体に対して基板をその板厚方向に挿入する構造であるため、ケース本体にその表板部に対応して大きな開口部を形成する必要があり、またケース蓋もその大きな開口部を塞ぐだけの大きさにする必要がある。

このため従来の基板ケースでは、構造的にケース本体及びケース蓋の剛性が低下し、耐久性に欠ける問題がある。特に偏平状の基板ケースの場合には、ケース蓋は勿論のこと、ケース本体も偏平状になり、その偏平状のケース本体に大きな開口部を形成することになるため、その剛性が非常に大きな問題となる。

本発明は、基板ケース34内に、電気部品40が装着された基板33を収納してなる遊技機おいて、前記基板ケース34は、前記基板33の一端側に対応する開口部37が形成された箱状のケース本体38と、該ケース本体38の前記開口部37側に着脱自在に装着されたケース蓋39とを備え、前記開口部37側から前記ケース本体38内にその板面方向に挿脱自在に挿入される前記基板33にコネクタ41を設け、前記ケース本体38に、該ケース本体38に挿入された前記基板33の前記コネクタ41が前記基板33の板厚方向に嵌脱自在に嵌合する開口49を設け、前記ケース蓋39に、前記基板33に対して前記コネクタ41と反対側で該基板33と前記ケース本体38との間に前記開口部37側から挿脱自在に挿入され且つ前記コネクタ41が前記開口49に嵌合した状態で前記基板33を前記ケース本体38内で保持し固定する保持部材53を設けたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図1〜図8はパチンコ機等の弾球遊技機に採用した第1の実施形態を例示する。図1及び図2において、1は遊技機本体で、外枠2と、この外枠2に開閉自在に枢着された前枠3とを有する。前枠3には、その窓孔に対応して遊技盤4が裏側から着脱自在に装着され、また遊技盤4の前側にガラス扉5と前面板6とが開閉自在に配置されている。

前面板6には、発射用の遊技球を貯留する上皿7が装着されている。前枠3の下部には、余剰球を貯留する下皿8と、発射手段9の発射ハンドル10とが設けられている。発射手段9は上皿7から供給される遊技球を遊技盤4の遊技領域11へと発射するためのものである。
