【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機、アレンジボール機等の弾球遊技機の表機構装置に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来、パチンコ機、アレンジボール機等の弾球遊技機の表機構装置は、遊技機本体の前面側で遊技盤の下側に前面板を装着し、この前面板に球払い出し口と球送り口と球抜き口とを形成し、この前面板の前側に合成樹脂製の打ち球供給皿を装着し、球払い出し口から払い出された遊技球を打ち球供給皿の貯留部に貯留して置き、この貯留部の遊技球を整列部で一列状に整列させながら球送り口から球送り手段に供給した後、この球送り手段により発射手段の発射レール上に遊技球を１個ずつ送るようになっている。

また表機構装置には、打ち球供給皿の整列部側の端に形成された球抜き取り口と、球抜き取り口を開閉する開閉板と、開閉板を開閉操作する操作部とを有する球抜き取り手段を備え、打ち球供給皿の前側の操作部により開閉板を操作して、整列部の球抜き取り口を開放し、打ち球供給皿の貯留部内の遊技球を球抜き取り口から球受け皿に抜き取り得るようになっている。

最近のパチンコ機等にあっては、ゲーム中に特別の権利状態が発生した場合、球払い出し手段から球払い出し口を経て打ち球供給皿に大量の遊技球が払い出されるようになっており、大量の遊技球が払い出された場合には、打ち球供給皿の貯留部に貯留する遊技球の貯留量も著しく増大し、その遊技球の荷重による打ち球供給皿自体の負担が大きくなる。

そこで、従来、実公昭６３−５７４６号公報に開示されるように、打ち球供給皿を下側から支持するように、この打ち球供給皿との間に空間をおいて前側から帯状の外カバーを装着し、打ち球供給皿と外カバーとを一体に結合して相互に強度を確保するようにしたものがある。
球抜き取り手段は、打ち球供給皿の整列部の下側及び外カバーを前面板と平行に形成すると共に、その部分に長孔を形成し、操作部から後側に突出する軸部を長孔に挿入して、整列部の前壁の後側で軸部と開閉板とを連結する構造を採っている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の表機構装置では、打ち球供給皿の前側に外カバーを配置し、この外カバーと打ち球供給皿との間に空間をおいて、打ち球供給皿と外カバーとを一体に結合してただけであるため、十分な強度を確保できない欠点がある。
また打ち球供給皿は、球払い出し手段から払い出された遊技球を貯留する貯留部と、この貯留部の遊技球を一列状に整列させながら球送り口に送る整列部とを備えているので、打ち球供給皿の形状はその機能上からの制約を受けることになる。

しかし、従来は打ち球供給皿の前側に帯状の外カバーを装着しているに過ぎないので、表機構装置の全体の形状が打ち球供給皿によって定まり、遊技機本体の前面側の意匠感が非常に悪くなる欠点がある。つまり、打ち球供給皿の周辺部分の形状を自由に選択し決定することができないという欠点がある。

更に、従来の表機構装置では、操作部に対応する部分の外カバーの形状は、操作部との関係でその形状が定まり、必ず前面板と平行にする必要がある。従って、従来では、外カバー全体に変化を持たせることができない欠点がある。
本発明は、このような従来の課題に鑑み、打ち球供給皿側の強度を確保できると共に、外カバーの外側の形状を打ち球供給皿、球抜き取り手段等に機能に関係なく比較的自由に選択し決定でき、球抜き取り手段の操作部を安全且つ容易に操作することができる弾球遊技機の表機構装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、遊技機本体1 の前面板6 の前側に装着された打ち球供給皿14に、遊技球を貯留する貯留部33と、該貯留部33の遊技球を一列状に整列させて前面板6 の後側の球送り手段16に案内する整列部34と、該整列部34の前記球送り手段16側の底壁36に形成された球抜き取り口40とを設け、左右方向に摺動して前記球抜き取り口40を開閉する開閉板71と、該開閉板71を前記打ち球供給皿14の前側から左右方向に開閉操作する操作部73とを有する球抜き取り手段17を備えた弾球遊技機の表機構装置において、前記開閉板 71 を前記球抜き取り口 40 よりも前記貯留部 33 側で前記打ち球供給皿 14 の下側に左右方向に摺動自在に嵌合し、前記打ち球供給皿14を外側から覆う外カバー15に、左右方向の長孔79と、該長孔79の周縁部から後側に一体に突出形成され且つその前記貯留部 33 側の側面にその上下壁に亘って切り欠き部 81 が形成された筒状部80とを設け、前記長孔 79 から前側へと突出する前記操作部 73 を有する閉塞体 75 を前記開閉板 71 に固定し、前記操作部 73 の開閉操作時にその一部が前記切り欠き部 81 から前記貯留部 33 に対して出退し且つ前記球抜き取り口 40 の閉時に前記筒状部 80 を後側から閉塞する前記閉塞体75を前記筒状部80に左右方向に摺動自在に嵌合し、該閉塞体 75 に前記筒状部 80 の後側近傍で前記貯留部 33 と反対側に突出し且つ前記球抜き取り口 40 の閉時に前記筒状部 80 を後側から閉塞する閉塞板 82 を設けたものである。

【作用】
球抜き取り手段17の前側に亘って打ち球供給皿14を外側から覆う外カバー15があるので、外カバー15の形状を打ち球供給皿14の機能等に関係なく比較的自由に選択し決定できると共に、打ち球供給皿14の強度を確保できる。

また外カバー15には、操作部73が外カバー15の前側に突出する長孔79があり、この長孔79の周縁部から後側に一体に突出する筒状部80を形成し、この筒状部80内に、開閉板71に連結された閉塞体75を筒状部80に摺動自在に嵌合させて、この閉塞体75に操作部73を設けているため、外カバー15が球抜き取り手段17の前側に亘ってあるにも拘わらず、球抜き取り手段17に関係なく外カバー15の形状を決定でき、しかも操作部73により開閉板71を無理なく容易に操作できる。
更に、筒状部80内に、この筒状部80を後側から閉塞する閉塞体75を設けているので、長孔79部分が開口状になることもなく、外カバー15内への異物の挿入等を防止できると共に、操作部73を安全に操作できる。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて詳述する。
図面は本発明をパチンコ機に採用した場合を例示する。図１はパチンコ機の斜視図を示し、その各部の構造を図２乃至図９に示す。
図１乃至図９において、1 は遊技機本体で、外枠2 と前枠3 とから構成されている。前枠3 は左側の上下一対のヒンジ4 により外枠2 の前面側に開閉自在に枢着されている。前枠3 にはガラス扉5 と前面板6 とが上下に設けられ、そのガラス扉5 の後側に遊技盤7 が着脱自在に装着されている。
なお、遊技盤7 の前面には、発射された遊技球を案内するガイドレールが設けられると共に、ガイドレールの内側に入賞手段、変動図柄表示手段等が装着されている。

前枠3 の下部には、灰皿9 と球受け皿10と発射手段11の操作ハンドル12とが左右方向に配置されている。前面板6 は横長状の矩形板により構成され、左側のヒンジ13により前枠3 に開閉自在に装着されている。前面板6 には、遊技球を貯留する打ち球供給皿14と、この打ち球供給皿14を外側から覆う外カバー15と、打ち球供給皿14からの遊技球を発射手段11に送る球送り手段16と、打ち球供給皿14の遊技球を球受け皿10に抜き取る球抜き取り手段17とが設けられている。

前面板6 は板金製であって、上下、左右に折り曲げ部18,19 が形成され、この各折り曲げ部18,19 により前面板6 の強度を確保している。前面板6 には、図２に示すように、球払い出し口20と球送り口21と球抜き口22とスピーカ孔23と多数の取り付け孔とが形成されると共に、その前側に球払い出し口カバー24と打ち球供給皿14と外カバー15が、後側に球払い出し筒25と球送り手段16と球抜き取り通路26が夫々装着されている。

なお、球払い出し口カバー24と球払い出し筒25は、球払い出し口20に対応して前面板6 の前後両側にネジ27により固定されている。球払い出し筒25は、前面板6 を前枠3 に沿って閉じた時に、受け板28に一体形成された球払い出し通路29に連通して、入賞時に球払い出し手段（図示省略）から球払い出される遊技球を打ち球供給皿14に案内するようになっている。受け板28は、遊技盤7 を下側から受けるためのものであって、前枠3 の後側に装着されている。

打ち球供給皿14は、内部に空間をおいた状態で外カバー15内に後側から嵌合されて、外カバー15にネジ30で着脱自在に固定されている。打ち球供給皿14と外カバー15の後端側は略面一状に構成されており、打ち球供給皿14の後端側は複数個のネジ31により前面板6 に着脱自在に固定されている。外カバー15の後端側は上下両端部で複数個のネジ32により前面板6 に着脱自在に固定されている。

打ち球供給皿14は、球払い出し口20から払い出された遊技球を貯留する貯留部33と、この貯留部33の遊技球を一列状に整列させながら球送り口21側に案内する整列部34とを左右に備え、その側壁35、底壁36を含めて貯留部33及び整列部34が一体成形された合成樹脂製となっている。

貯留部33は前面板6 から前方に大きく突出した形状であって、この貯留部33から左右方向に離れるに従って突出量が次第に小さくなるように整列部34が設けられている。そして、この貯留部33及び整列部34の形状に沿って側壁35と底壁36が一体に設けられている。底壁36は球送り口21側が低くなるように若干傾斜しており、また整列部34側の底壁36には金属板37が装着されている。
貯留部33の底壁36の下側には、後側に開放する箱状の補強台部38が一体に形成され、この補強台部38に左右一対の当接板部39が下方に突出するように一体に形成されている。

整列部34の底壁36の端部には、前面板6 の球送り口21の近傍に位置する球抜き取り口40が形成されている。整列部34の下側には、この整列部34側の側壁35と面一状に前壁41が補強台部38から球抜き取り口40側に亘って左右方向に形成され、この前壁41の下端に、整列部34の底壁36との間で開閉板用の嵌合凹部42を構成すべく補強リブ43が形成され、また整列部34の貯留部33と反対側の端部には、その底壁36の球抜き取り口40と、この球抜き取り口40の下側に連通する球抜き取り通路26とが一体に形成されている。

なお、打ち球供給皿14を外カバー15に固定するネジ30は、補強台部38と前壁41の２か所に設けられている。
打ち球供給皿14の側壁35の上端には、この側壁35から外側に突出し且つ内側に周方向の凹部44ができるように断面コ字状の上縁部45が略水平方向に一体に形成されている。そして、この側壁35の上縁部45の内、貯留部33の前側、即ち、球払い出し口20に対応する部分には、そのコ字状の上端側を側壁35の内面よりも内側に突出する球返し部46が一体に形成され、球払い出し口20から貯留部33に球払い出された遊技球を球返し部46で貯留部33内に返して、遊技球の溢流を阻止するようになっている。

貯留部33から整列部34に至る側壁35は、後側に凹入するように円弧状に湾曲しており、この湾曲部分の上縁部45にはその前側に溝47が形成されている。
打ち球供給皿14の球抜き取り口40側の端部には嵌合孔48が形成され、また嵌合孔48と反対側の貯留部33側の側面には、左右方向の側方に突出する突部49が形成されている。そして、突部49は前側が狭くなった側面視三角形状に形成されている。

整列部34の端部には、この整列部34内での遊技球の重なりを崩して球送り口21に一列状に送るための球崩し部50が、整列部34を上側から覆うように形成されている。この球崩し部50は、貯留部33側の端部が上側に傾斜状に形成され、この傾斜部分で整列部34内の遊技球の重なりを崩すようになっている。

外カバー15は、上部カバー51と下部カバー52とにより構成されている。上部カバー51は、打ち球供給皿14の上部を前側及び左右両側に亘って外側から覆うものである。上部カバー51は、平面視的には貯留部33側の前方への突出量が最大で、整列部34の端部側に移るに従って徐々に突出量が小さくなり、且つ打ち球供給皿14側の貯留部33から整列部34にわたる側壁35の上縁部45との間に舟形の空間ができるように、緩やかな円弧状に湾曲させて形成されている。また上部カバー51は正面視的には上側が略水平状で、下側の左右両側が下方に突出するように形成されている。

上部カバー51の上端には、打ち球供給皿14側に屈曲する受け縁部53が形成されると共に、整列部34の端部側に、球崩し部50を上側から覆う覆い部が上側に突出して形成されている。上部カバー51の下端には後側に屈曲する折り曲げ部54と、この折り曲げ部54の上側近傍のボス部55とが形成され、折り曲げ部54に後側から下部カバー52を当接させた状態で、ネジ30,56 により下部カバー52の上部側が着脱自在に固定されている。

上部カバー51の受け縁部53には、打ち球供給皿14の上縁部45が上側から当接し、また前記舟形の空間部分は舟形の化粧カバー57と透明カバー58とにより塞がれている。化粧カバー57と透明カバー58は、上下に重ねた状態で整列部34側の側壁35の上縁部45に形成された溝47に嵌合され、また透明カバー58に形成された嵌合部59が上部カバー51の受け縁部53に嵌合されている。

上部カバー51には、その端部の後側に、打ち球供給皿14の嵌合孔48が着脱自在に嵌合するボス部59が後方に突設されると共に、打ち球供給皿14の貯留部33側の側面に対応する側面に、前面板6 側から前方側に凹入する切り欠き部60が形成されている。そして、この切り欠き部60に、外側に露出するように打ち球供給皿14の突部49が後側から嵌脱自在に嵌合され、上部カバー51と共に外表面を構成している。

なお、上部カバー51には、ボス部59の他に、この上部カバー51を前面板6 にネジ31で固定するためのボス部61が上下の左右両端部に夫々設けられている。
下部カバー52は、打ち球供給皿14を下側から覆うものである。下部カバー52は下端側が略水平状であって、その下端側を前面板6 に当接させた状態で、ボス部85を介してネジ32により前面板6 に着脱自在に固定されている。

下部カバー52は、上部カバー51の下端側の折り曲げ部54に連続して後方側に凹入するように、縦断面円弧状に湾曲して形成されている。下部カバー52の湾曲部62で且つ前面板6 のスピーカ孔23に対応する部分には、上下方向に長いスリット状の音出し孔63と、この音出し孔63の後側に対応する上下方向の縦桟部64とが左右方向に多数形成され、その各縦桟部64は横桟部65で左右に連結されている。

そして、このスピーカ孔23群の左右両側に、打ち球供給皿14側から下方に突出する左右一対の当接板部39の下端が下部カバー52の湾曲形状に沿って上側から当接されている。一対の当接板部39は、打ち球供給皿14の補強台部38と外カバー15の下部カバー52との間の空間を区画し、スピーカ66から前面板6 のスピーカ孔23を経て音出し孔63に至る音響通路67を構成するようになっている。

スピーカ66は、ゲーム中に、その状況に応じて効果音を発生させるためのもので、前面板6 の閉時に、前面板6 との間に僅かの空間をおいて、そのスピーカ孔23と前後に相対応するように、前枠3 の後側の受け板28に装着されている。従って、このスピーカ66から発生する効果音等は、打ち球供給皿14と下部カバー52との間に一対の当接板部39により区画形成された音響通路67を経て音出し孔63から外カバー15の前側に出るようになっている。

球送り手段16は、発射手段11の発射動作に連動して、打ち球供給皿14の整列部34から前面板6 の球送り口21を経て送られる遊技球を１個ずつ発射手段11の発射レール67上に供給するためのものである。発射レール67は受け板28に装着されている。

球抜き取り通路26は、前面板6 の球抜き口22を介して、この前面板6 の後側のカバー板68に形成され球抜き通路88に接続されている。球抜き通路88は、受け板28に設けられた球戻し通路69を経て、前枠3 の下部に設けられた球戻し口70を介して球受け皿10に連通されている。

球抜き取り手段17は、整列部34の底部に形成された球抜き取り口40と、左右方向に摺動して球抜き取り口40を開閉する開閉板71と、この開閉板71を上部カバー51の前側から左右方向に開閉操作する操作部73とを有する。
即ち、開閉板71は、球抜き取り口40よりも貯留部33側において、打ち球供給皿14の底部の下側に形成された嵌合凹部42に左右方向に摺動自在に嵌合され、コイルバネ74により閉方向に付勢されている。開閉板71には、操作部73を有する閉塞体75が、この閉塞体75から後方に突出する２本の軸部76を介してネジ77により固定され、また２本の軸部76は嵌合凹部42の前側に形成された長孔78に左右移動自在に貫通している。

上部カバー51の球抜き取り手段17に対応する部分は、貯留部33と反対側に移るに従って後方に後退すべく緩やかに湾曲し傾斜する平面視傾斜状の非平行部72となっており、その非平行部72に、左右方向の長孔79と、長孔79の周縁部から後側に一体に突出形成された筒状部80とが設けられている。筒状部80の後端は、開閉板71の開閉方向に沿って前壁41と平行に形成され、また筒状部80の貯留部33側に、その上下壁に亘って切り欠き部81が形成されている。

閉塞体75は、球抜き取り口40の閉時に筒状部80を後側から閉塞し、且つ球抜き取り口40の開時に一部が切り欠き部81から貯留部33側に突出するように、筒状部80内に左右方向に移動自在に嵌合されている。閉塞体75には、貯留部33と反対側の端部で前側に突出する操作部73と、筒状部80の後側近傍で貯留部33と反対側に突出する閉塞板82とが夫々形成されると共に、筒状部80の後端に左右方向に摺動自在に当接するガイド板83が下側に形成されている。

閉塞板82は、球抜き取り口40の開時に、筒状部80の後端を閉塞するようになっている。操作部73は上部カバー51の傾斜前壁62から前側に若干突出しており、打ち球供給皿14の遊技球を抜き取る時には、コイルバネ74に抗して貯留部33側に押圧するようになっている。

上記構成の表機構装置では、通常、球抜き取り手段17の開閉板71がコイルバネ74により付勢されており、球抜き取り口40を閉じた状態にある。そこで、ゲームに際して、打ち球供給皿14の貯留部33に遊技球を入れると、その遊技球は整列部34側に移動して、この整列部34内で一列状に整列しながら前面板6 の球送り口21側に送られる。

遊技者が操作ハンドル12を把持して操作すると、発射手段11が作動し、この発射手段11の作動に連動して球送り手段16が作動する。そして、この球送り手段16が、打ち球供給皿14の整列部34側から球送り口21を経て送られる遊技球を１個ずつ発射手段11の発射レール67上に供給し、その発射レール67上の遊技球を打撃槌で打撃してガイドレールに沿って遊技盤7 の上部側に発射して行く。

発射された遊技球が遊技盤7 の入賞手段等に入球すると、球払い出し手段が作動して、その入球数に応じて所定数の遊技球を球払い出し通路29、球払い出し筒25を経て球払い出し口20から打ち球供給皿14の貯留部33へと遊技球を払い出す。この時、球払い出し口20から出た遊技球は、貯留部33の前側の側壁35部に当たって貯留部33内に止まるが、仮に側壁35部に沿って上昇する遊技球があっても、側壁35部の上縁部45の球返し部46でその遊技球を貯留部33内に戻すので、球払い出し口20から貯留部33に球払い出された遊技球が側壁35部を越えて前側に落下することはない。

貯留部33に多数の遊技球が貯留すると、その後に球払い出し手段から払い出される遊技球は、図外の通路等を経て球戻し口70から下側の球受け皿10に溢流する。
また貯留部33に多量の遊技球が溜まると、上下に遊技球が重なりあった状態のままで整列部34側へと移動するが、球崩し部50まで到達した時に、その上側の遊技球が球崩し部50に接触し、この球崩し部50で遊技球の重なりを崩して行く。このため、球送り口21に到達する時には、整列部34内の遊技球は一列状に整列し、球送り口21の近傍で遊技球が詰まることもない。

打ち球供給皿14の遊技球を抜き取る際には、球抜き取り手段17の操作部73をコイルバネ74に抗して貯留部33側にａ矢示方向に押圧する。すると筒状部80内の閉塞体75が上下壁間でａ矢示方向に移動して、その軸部76を介して開閉板71がａ矢示方向に摺動し、開閉板71が球抜き取り口40を開放する。これによって、打ち球供給皿14の貯留部33の遊技球を、整列部34から球抜き取り口40、球抜き取り通路26、球抜き口22、球戻し口70等を経て球受け皿10へと抜き取ることができる。

この実施例では、球抜き取り手段17の前側に亘って打ち球供給皿14を外側から覆う外カバー15があり、この外カバー15の側壁35の上縁部45を外カバー15の上端の受け縁部53に上側から当接させているので、上縁部45を残して打ち球供給皿14の殆どを外カバー15により覆うことができる。このため、打ち球供給皿14には貯留部33と整列部34とがあり、その下側には球抜き取り手段17があるにも拘わらず、外カバー15の形状を打ち球供給皿14の機能等に関係なく比較的自由に選択し決定することができるので、前面板6 の前側の表機構装置全体の意匠感を自由に選択し決定することができる。

また打ち球供給皿14の側壁35の外側を外カバー15で覆っており、実質的に打ち球供給皿14の側壁35側が二重構造になると共に、その間に適当な空間を確保することができるため、打ち球供給皿14及び外カバー15の強度が向上する。特に、打ち球供給皿14の貯留部33側は、前面板6 からの突出量が大になるので、その強度の低下を確実に防止することができる。

更に外カバー15の非平行部72に、操作部73が外カバー15の前側に突出する長孔79があるが、この長孔79の周縁部から後側に一体に突出する筒状部80を形成し、この筒状部80内に、開閉板71に連結された閉塞体75を筒状部80に摺動自在に嵌合させて、この閉塞体75に操作部73を設けているため、外カバー15が球抜き取り手段17の前側に亘ってあり、その球抜き取り手段17に対応して非平行部72があるにも拘わらず、操作部73により開閉板71を無理なく操作できる。

換言すれば、球抜き取り手段17に対応して外カバー15に非平行部72を形成しても、球抜き取り手段17の操作部73を無理なく操作することができるので、外カバー15の形状が球抜き取り手段17によって制約されることがない。
従って、球抜き取り手段17の構造等に関係することなく、外カバー15の形状を意匠面から決定することができる。

また長孔79の周縁部から後側に一体に突出する筒状部80を形成し、この筒状部80内に、この筒状部80を後側から閉塞する閉塞体75を設け、この閉塞体75を開閉板71に連結しているので、外カバー15の非平行部72に形成された長孔79内で操作部73が左右に移動するにも拘わらず、長孔79部分が開口状になることもない。従って、長孔79部分から外カバー15内への異物の挿入等を防止できると共に、遊技者が指で操作部73を操作する時にも、指に怪我をする等の恐れがなく容易且つ安全に操作することができ、しかも外観上の体裁を良好にすることができる。

更に、開閉板71を球抜き取り口40よりも貯留部33側に配置する関係上から、筒状部80の貯留部33側に、その上下壁に亘って切り欠き部81を形成し、この筒状部80内に、球抜き取り口40の開時に切り欠き部81から貯留部33側に突出するように、閉塞体75を筒状部80に左右方向に移動自在に設けているので、筒状部80内に閉塞体75を嵌合させて支持することができる。このため、閉塞体75、操作部73が安定し、操作部73の操作が容易であり、故障も少なくすることができる。

しかも、閉塞体75には、打ち球供給皿14の貯留部33と反対側の端部に操作部73を設けているため、球抜き取り口40の閉時には閉塞体75により筒状部80を確実に閉塞することができる。
