本発明は、パチンコ機、アレンジボール機等の弾球遊技機の表機構装置に関するものである。

従来、パチンコ機、アレンジボール機等の弾球遊技機の表機構装置は、遊技機本体の前面側で遊技盤の下側に前面板を装着し、この前面板に球払い出し口と球送り口と球抜き口とを形成し、この前面板の前側に合成樹脂製の打ち球供給皿を装着し、球払い出し口から払い出された遊技球を打ち球供給皿の貯留部に貯留して置き、この貯留部の遊技球を整列部で一列状に整列させながら球送り口から球送り手段に供給した後、この球送り手段により発射手段の発射レール上に遊技球を1個ずつ送るようになっている。

最近のパチンコ機等にあっては、ゲーム中に特別の権利状態が発生した場合、球払い出し手段から球払い出し口を経て打ち球供給皿に大量の遊技球が払い出されるようになっており、大量の遊技球が払い出された場合には、打ち球供給皿の貯留部に貯留する遊技球の貯留量も著しく増大し、その遊技球の荷重による打ち球供給皿自体の負担が大きくなる。

そこで、従来、実公昭63−5746号公報に開示されるように、打ち球供給皿を下側から支持するように、この打ち球供給皿との間に空間をおいて前側から帯状の外カバーを装着し、打ち球供給皿と外カバーとを一体に結合して相互に強度を確保するようにしたものがある。
球抜き取り手段は、打ち球供給皿の整列部の下側及び外カバーを前面板と平行に形成すると共に、その部分に長孔を形成し、操作部から後側に突出する軸部を長孔に挿入して、整列部の前壁の後側で軸部と開閉板とを連結する構造を採っている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の表機構装置では、打ち球供給皿の前側に外カバーを配置し、この外カバーと打ち球供給皿との間に空間をおいて、打ち球供給皿と外カバーとを一体に結合してただけであるため、十分な強度を確保できない欠点がある。
また打ち球供給皿は、球払い出し手段から払い出された遊技球を貯留する貯留部と、この貯留部の遊技球を一列状に整列させながら球送り口に送る整列部とを備えているので、打ち球供給皿の形状はその機能上からの制約を受けることになる。

しかし、従来は打ち球供給皿の前側に帯状の外カバーを装着しているに過ぎないので、表機構装置の全体の形状が打ち球供給皿によって定まり、遊技機本体の前面側の意匠感が非常に悪くなる欠点がある。つまり、打ち球供給皿の周辺部分の形状を自由に選択し決定することができないという欠点がある。

更に、従来の表機構装置では、操作部に対応する部分の外カバーの形状は、操作部との関係でその形状が定まり、必ず前面板と平行にする必要がある。従って、従来では、外カバー全体に変化を持たせることができない欠点がある。
本発明は、このような従来の課題に鑑み、打ち球供給皿側の強度を確保できると共に、外カバーの外側の形状を打ち球供給皿、球抜き取り手段等に機能に関係なく比較的自由に選択し決定でき、球抜き取り手段の操作部を安全且つ容易に操作することができる弾球遊技機の表機構装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
発明は、遊技機本体1 の前面板6 の前側に装着された打ち球供給皿14に、遊技球を貯留する貯留部33と、貯留部33の遊技球を一列状に整列させて前面板6 の後側の球送り手段16に案内する整列部34と、整列部34の前記球送り手段16側の底壁36に形成された球抜き取り口40とを設け、左右方向に摺動して前記球抜き取り口40を開閉する開閉板71と、開閉板71を前記打ち球供給皿14の前側から左右方向に開閉操作する操作部73とを有する球抜き取り手段17を備えた弾球遊技機の表機構装置において、前記開閉板 71 を前記球抜き取り口 40 よりも前記貯留部 33 側で前記打ち球供給皿 14 の下側に左右方向に摺動自在に嵌合し、前記打ち球供給皿14を外側から覆う外カバー15に、左右方向の長孔79と、長孔79の周縁部から後側に一体に突出形成され且つその前記貯留部 33 側の側面にその上下壁に亘って切り欠き部 81 が形成された筒状部80とを設け、前記長孔 79 から前側へと突出する前記操作部 73 を有する閉塞体 75 を前記開閉板 71 に固定し、前記操作部 73 の開閉操作時にその一部が前記切り欠き部 81 から前記貯留部 33 に対して出退し且つ前記球抜き取り口 40 の閉時に前記筒状部 80 を後側から閉塞する前記閉塞体75を前記筒状部80に左右方向に摺動自在に嵌合し、該閉塞体 75 に前記筒状部 80 の後側近傍で前記貯留部 33 と反対側に突出し且つ前記球抜き取り口 40 の閉時に前記筒状部 80 を後側から閉塞する閉塞板 82 設けたものである。

【作用】
抜き取り手段17の前側に亘って打ち球供給皿14を外側から覆う外カバー15があるので、外カバー15の形状を打ち球供給皿14の機能等に関係なく比較的自由に選択し決定できると共に、打ち球供給皿14の強度を確保できる。

更に、筒状部80内に、この筒状部80を後側から閉塞する閉塞体75を設けているので、長孔79部分が開口状になることもなく、外カバー15内への異物の挿入等を防止できると共に、操作部73を安全に操作できる。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて詳述する。
図面は本発明をパチンコ機に採用した場合を例示する。図1はパチンコ機の斜視図を示し、その各部の構造を図2乃至図9に示す。
図1乃至図9において、1 は遊技機本体で、外枠2 と前枠3 とから構成されている。前枠3 は左側の上下一対のヒンジ4 により外枠2 の前面側に開閉自在に枢着されている。前枠3 にはガラス扉5 と前面板6 とが上下に設けられ、そのガラス扉5 の後側に遊技盤7 が着脱自在に装着されている。
なお、遊技盤7 の前面には、発射された遊技球を案内するガイドレールが設けられると共に、ガイドレールの内側に入賞手段、変動図柄表示手段等が装着されている。
