Description

【0001】
【0015】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an easily disintegrating tablet, and more specifically, as an easily disintegrating tablet excellent in tableting property and water solubility, and as an expandable tablet to which a foaming agent is added, food, toiletries, kitchen utensils and bath products. The present invention relates to tablets suitable for gardening supplies and medicines.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the manufacture of tablet confectionery and tablets, as a lubricant to prevent the raw powder from consolidating, improve fluidity and improve the filling ability to the tablet making equipment, and give the tablet surface gloss , Sucrose fatty acid esters of HLB 2 to 3 were used (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 49-7421, 55-360, etc.).
[0003]
In recent years, there has been an increasing tendency to tablet various powders for the purpose of effectively ingesting various components at once and improving the storage stability of products. In some cases, the finished tablets are used by dissolving them in water. For example, various tablets are used for gardening as dissolved fertilizers, as medicines such as gastrointestinal drugs, and for washing products for dentures and bathtubs.
[0004]
However, conventional tablets using sucrose fatty acid esters of HLB 2 to 3 as lubricants have poor water solubility when used as easily disintegratable or effervescent tablets dissolved in water. There is a problem in that it does not dissolve in water or warm water in a short time, and insoluble matter floats or sinks with time, making it inconvenient to use and poor in appearance.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is excellent in tableting properties and water solubility. For example, foods, toiletries, kitchen utensils, bath products, clothes detergents, dissolved fertilizers, etc. Another object of the present invention is to provide an easily disintegratable tablet suitable for a medicine such as a gastrointestinal drug.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the gist of the present invention is that a saturated fatty acid having 16 to 18 carbon atoms is a constituent fatty acid, a monoester content is 50 to 55% by weight, and a finely pulverized product having a particle size of 20 μm or less is 50% by weight. It exists in the easily disintegrating tablet characterized by containing the sucrose fatty acid ester contained above .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. Examples of the raw material powder used in the easily disintegratable tablet of the present invention include various powders used by dissolving in water. For example, dissolved fertilizer powder for gardening containing various functional ingredients such as carbohydrates such as glucose and erythritol, vitamins and minerals, and nutritional ingredients such as N, P and K, which are blended in tablets for tablet confectionery and health foods, Examples thereof include pharmaceutical powders containing various medicinal ingredients.
[0008]
The sucrose fatty acid ester (SE) used in the present invention preferably has an HLB of 7 to 16. Therefore, in the present invention, a saturated fatty acid having 16 to 18 carbon atoms is used as a constituent fatty acid, and SE having a monoester content of 50 to 55% by weight is used. By using such SE, an easily disintegrating tablet excellent in tableting property and water solubility can be obtained. SE with a low monoester content and a high content of di, tri, etc., does not provide sufficient water solubility. On the other hand, if the monoester content is too high, the tableting property is lowered and many defective products are generated. Yield decreases.
[0009]
As the saturated fatty acid, a saturated fatty acid having 16 to 18 carbon atoms, specifically, palmitic acid and stearic acid are preferable. In the present invention, SE having two or more kinds of constituent fatty acids is preferable, and SE having a ratio of palmitic acid and stearic acid of about 3 to 7 is particularly preferable. Examples of such SE include finely pulverized products of “Ryoto Sugar Esters (TM)” “S-970” and “S-1170 manufactured by Mitsubishi Chemical Foods. In particular, if the particle size 20μm or less of finely pulverized product was used SE contained more than 50 wt%, improves the flowability of the powder, are uniformly filled, Ru is uniformly compacted.
[0010]
The content of SE in easily disintegrating tablet of the present invention, usually 0. 5 to 4% by weight, preferably 1 to 2% by weight. In particular, the use of SE having a particle size 20μm or less of the pulverized is contained more than 50 wt%, the content of SE sufficient effect can be obtained in about 1% by weight.
[0011]
In addition to the raw material powder and SE, sugars and other components can be blended in the easily disintegratable tablet of the present invention as necessary. In the case of an effervescent tablet, a component that generates a gas upon contact with water is added to the raw material powder. As a component that generates a gas upon contact with water, a solid acidic substance that is acidic when dissolved in water and a water-soluble alkali metal or alkaline earth metal carbonate or bicarbonate are generally used.
[0012]
Examples of the solid acidic substance include succinic acid, citric acid, succinic acid, tartaric acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid and the like. Examples of the carbonate or bicarbonate include potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate and the like.
[0013]
The ratio between the solid acidic substance and the carbonate or bicarbonate is not particularly limited as long as it is an amount sufficient to react under moisture, and is generally added in an equivalent amount. Or it is preferred to add bicarbonate. Moreover, there is no restriction | limiting in particular also about the addition amount of said each component, What is necessary is just to add sufficient quantity to react rapidly, generate | occur | produce carbon dioxide gas, and to disintegrate a tablet when a tablet is thrown into water. Specifically, an effective tablet having excellent foamability can be obtained by blending 5 to 30% by weight of an organic acid such as citric acid or succinic acid and 10 to 20% by weight of sodium bicarbonate.
[0014]
The easily disintegratable tablet of the present invention is usually obtained by mixing the above-mentioned components at a predetermined ratio and then processing with a tableting machine according to a conventional method. The shape of the tablet is not particularly limited. For example, the shape of the tablet can be any shape such as a round shape, a flat plate, or a triangular shape, and the size can be appropriately selected.
[0015]
