Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a moving sidewalk. More specifically, the present invention relates to a moving sidewalk that is installed on the slope to carry skiers or to move people in places where many people gather.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional moving sidewalk is a standing foot belt that moves endlessly and a moving handrail that is made up of endless handrail belts along both sides thereof. The effective width of the tread belt is about 600 mm, and the height of the moving handrail is about 1000 mm.
[0003]
For passengers who do not have baggage, there is not much inconvenience with the above-mentioned dimensions and configuration, but for example, when using at a ski resort etc., passengers usually ride with skis and snowboards For this reason, the moving handrail gets in the way and the usability is poor, and as a result, there is a problem that the transport efficiency is inferior because the passengers get on the front and back at intervals.
[0004]
Moreover, when the captain of the moving sidewalk exceeded about 100 m, there was no emergency exit and it was difficult to evacuate.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, the present invention aims to provide a moving sidewalk that can be used by passengers by expanding the sidewalk space, improving usability, improving transport capability, and enabling emergency evacuation and reducing product costs. And
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The moving walkway according to claim 1 is a moving walkway that circulates an endless tread belt and conveys passengers, and a moving handrail that circulates an endless handrail belt along one side of the tread belt. A climbing prevention fence having a height lower than that of the moving handrail is provided along the other side of the tread belt, and the climbing prevention fence has a height of about 300 to 500 mm and a width. Is approximately 200 to 400 mm , and has a flat portion formed substantially horizontally in the width direction at the apex, and an inclined surface having an angle with respect to the horizontal line of approximately 30 to 40 ° is formed on the lower surface of the flat portion. It is characterized by.

[ 0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
1 is a cross-sectional view of a moving sidewalk according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a moving sidewalk according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. FIG. 4B is a sectional view of still another example of the climbing prevention fence, and FIG. 4 is a side view of the moving sidewalk.
[0012]
First, based on FIG. 4, the basic structure of a moving sidewalk will be described. Reference numeral 1 denotes an endless tread belt, which is wound around the entrance-side pulley 2 and the exit-side pulley 3 and is driven to circulate by the drive unit 4. The width is a general dimension of about 600 mm. Reference numeral 5 denotes a moving handrail. An endless handrail belt 6 circulates along the handrail wall 7 and moves at the same speed as the tread belt 1. The height of the movable handrail 5 is the same as a general one and is about 1000 mm. Further, the handrail belt 6 and the handrail wall 7 are provided only on one side of the tread belt 1.
[0013]
Next, the characteristic part of the moving walk according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, a boarding prevention fence 10 is provided along the side of the tread belt 1 where the moving handrail 5 is not provided. This climbing prevention fence 10 must be lower than the moving handrail 5 in order to prevent passengers from climbing outside without permission, but in an emergency it can be intentionally climbed and escaped, and to further expand the use space. Preferably, it is about 300 to 500 mm, more preferably about 400 mm, and the width is about 200 to 400 mm, preferably about 300 mm. With this height and width, passengers cannot easily straddle, but in the event of an emergency, they can cross over and escape outside. And since it is lower than the moving handrail 5 which has a height of about 1000 mm, the use space S for a passenger carrying a ski board and a snowboard arises, and utilization value becomes high.
[0014]
The climbing prevention fence 10 is preferably formed with a flat inclined surface 11 that makes it difficult for a passenger to step on the foot so that the passenger does not climb on their own. The angle of the inclined surface 11 with respect to the horizontal line is suitably about 30 to 40 °, but is not limited to this. However, when necessary as in an emergency, a foot is put on in order to get over safely. If there is a flat portion 12 that is substantially parallel along the width direction of the overpass prevention fence 10 for this, when the tread belt 1 stops in an emergency, the flat portion 12 can be stepped on and safely escaped to the outside. Therefore, it is preferable.
[0015]
Reference numeral 13 denotes a safety sticker printed with a cautionary statement such as “prohibit jumping” and may be attached as necessary. As a result, it is possible to appeal the general rules for prohibiting overriding at all times.
[0016]
The boarding prevention fence 10 of the present invention is not limited to the above, and may have the following shape.
As shown in FIG. 2, flat inclined surfaces 11 may be formed on both sides, and a flat portion 12 may be provided at the center upper end.
[0017]
Moreover, as shown to (A) figure of FIG. 3, the flat inclined surface 11 may be formed in the outer side, and the flat part 12 may be provided in an inner side upper end. Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, a curved inclined surface 11, for example, a semicircular shape may be used. Also in this case, the flat part 12 may be provided.
[0018]
In addition, the above is also an example, and it is not limited to these, and it is difficult to get over by itself, but it is possible to get over deliberately, and as long as the upper space can be effectively used, various shapes of overpass prevention fences are adopted can do.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to the invention of claim 1, since one side of the tread belt is only provided with a low climbing prevention fence, a space for use above the tread belt is wide, and passengers with skis and snowboards can be transported. is convenient, transport efficiency is increased passenger many carry in.
In addition, the height of the climbing prevention fence is about 300 to 500 mm , the width is about 200 to 400 mm , and the inclined surface makes it difficult for passengers to get on their feet. Available to:
Furthermore, in the event of an emergency, it is easy to get over by putting a foot on the flat part, and the climbing prevention fence has a height and width that can be climbed over, so it is possible to escape safely.
