本発明は、温室の被覆材であるプラスチックフィルムを張設するための止め材に関する。

【従来の技術】
温室の被覆材であるプラスチックフィルムを張設するに当たっては、従来、図11に示すような止め材100が用いられている。すなわち、所定の長さを有し、底板部111と、該底板部111の両側縁から、底板部111とのなす角が鋭角となるような関係をもってかつ上端縁112a,113a間に間隔が生じるように立ち上げられた2つの側板部112,113とを有するベース部材(ベース金具)110と、該ベース金具110内に装填されるフィルム押さえ用スプリング部材120とを有して構成されている。

ベース金具110は、例えば、温室の天井面に幅方向に沿って、上端縁112a,113a間の開口部側を外側に向けて配設される。被覆材であるプラスチックフィルムA,Bは、まず一方のプラスチックフィルムAの一端縁付近を天井面と妻面との境界部に固定し、他端縁付近をベース金具110の開口部上に位置させる。次に、他方のプラスチックフィルムBの一端縁付近をベース金具110上で上部用のプラスチックフィルムAの他端縁付近に重ね合わせる。かかる状態で山形に加工したスプリング部材120を2つのプラスチックフィルムA,Bの重なり合った部分を押さえ付けるようにベース金具110の開口部から挿入する。その結果、該スプリング部材120の各山の頂部がベース金具110の側板部112,113内面を押圧するため2つのプラスチックフィルムA,Bの端縁付近が固定される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記した止め材100は次のような問題がある。まず、スプリング部材120は、プラスチックフィルムA,Bに対して、各山の頂部だけで接触しているため、擦れによりフィルム面が摩耗し、破れやすいという問題がある。特に、近年は耐候性に優れ、燃やしても有害ガスを発生せず廃棄処理が容易なことからビニルフィルムではなく、ポリオレフィン系のプラスチックフィルムが普及しているが、このポリオレフィン系のプラスチックフィルムは、ビニルフィルムと比較して特に擦れに弱いという問題がある。

このようなことから、ポリオレフィン系のプラスチックフィルムを使用する場合には、上記したようにプラスチックフィルムA,Bの各端縁付近を一つのベース金具110に固定するのではなく、ベース金具を左右に2本併設して右側に配置されたものに一方のプラスチックフィルムAの他端縁付近を、左側に配置されたものに他方のプラスチックフィルムBの一端縁付近をそれぞれスプリング部材により固定することが行われている。この方法によれば、2枚のプラスチックフィルムA,Bを重ねてベース金具110に固定する場合と比較して、弾性力の弱いスプリング部材を用いることができ、擦れによる損傷を軽減することができる。しかしながら、この場合には、2枚のプラスチックフィルムA,Bのいずれか一方の端縁を固定するために2本のベース金具を用いる必要があり、その幅分、温室内に影が多く生じるという問題がある。

本発明は上記事情に鑑みなされたものであり、隣接するプラスチックフィルムの端縁付近をまとめて1本のベース部材に固定することができると共に、擦れによるフィルム面の局部的な摩耗による破れの発生を少なくすることができる温室用プラスチックフィルムの止め材を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した課題を達成するため、請求項1では、温室の被覆材であるプラスチックフィルムを固定するための止め材であって、
各上端縁間に所定の間隔を有すると共に、各上端縁の下部に該上端縁間の間隔よりも対向間隔が広くなるテーパ部位を有するように対向して形成された2つの側板部を有するベース部材と、
該側板部間に挿入される挿入部を有すると共に、該挿入部の一方の側部に、ベース部材の底板部に対して直交する方向に引き上げられた場合に一方の側板部内面に係合し、かつ一方向に傾斜させて引き上げようとしても該一方の側板部内面に係合して傾斜を規制する第1の係合部を有し、該挿入部の他方の側部に、ベース部材の底板部に対して直交する方向に引き上げられた場合に他方の側板部内面に係合するが、他方向に傾斜させて引き上げようとする場合には他方の側板部内面に係合しない第2の係合部を有する押さえ部材と、を有し、
前記プラスチックフィルムをベース部材と押さえ部材との間に挟持して固定する温室用プラスチックフィルムの止め材を提供する。
請求項2では、前記ベース部材と押さえ部材が金属材料からなる請求項1記載の温室用プラスチックフィルムの止め材を提供する。
請求項3では、前記ベース部材の底板部の上面に突条部が形成されていると共に、前記押さえ部材を前記他方向に傾斜させて引き上げようとする場合に、該突条部に引っかかる突起部が、該押さえ部材の挿入部の外面に設けられている請求項1又は2記載の温室用プラスチックフィルムの止め材を提供する。
請求項4では、前記押さえ部材の挿入部のいずれかの係合部に、該挿入部をベース部材の側板部間に挿入した際、側板部間から外方に突出すると共に、内方に屈曲された屈曲部を有する突出片を備えた請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載の温室用プラスチックフィルムの止め材を提供する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に示した実施の形態に基づき本発明をさらに詳細に説明する。図1及び図2は、本発明の第1の実施の形態にかかる温室用プラスチックフィルムの止め材1を示す図であり、ベース部材2と押さえ部材3を有して構成されている。

ベース部材2は、所定の長さを有し、底板部21、該底板部21の各側縁から該底板部21となす内角が鋭角となるように立ち上げられた側板部22,23を有している。この側板部22,23は、さらに、上端縁22a,23a間に所定の間隔を保持するように立ち上げられている。すなわち、ベース部材2は、断面でみると底板部21を底辺とする略三角形をなしているが、頂部付近が切り取られているような形状である。また、本実施の形態では、底板部21の上面に、幅方向に所定間隔をおいて長手方向に沿って2つの突条部21a,21bが形成されている。さらに、側板部22,23の上端縁22a,23aも、長手方向に沿って膨出するように形成されている。なお、突条部21a,21b及び上端縁22a,23aのいずれもプラスチックフィルムを損傷しないよう先端面は丸く加工されている。また、ベース部材2は、側板部22,23の上端縁22a,23a間の対向間隔よりも、該上端縁22a,23aの下部に裾広がりのテーパ部位が形成され、該テーパ部位間の対向間隔が上端縁22a,23a間の対向間隔より広ければよく、本実施の形態のように、必ずしも側板部22,23の全体がテーパ状である必要はない。

挿入部31のうち、突出片32が連設されていない側の上端縁は第1の係合部31aとして機能し、一旦内方に屈曲して突出片32が連設されている他方の上端縁は第2の係合部31bとして機能する。また、第1の係合部31aと第2の係合部31bとの外面間の間隔は、ベース部材2の側板部22,23の上端縁22a,23a間の間隔よりも僅かに広くなるように形成されている。その結果、底板部21に対して直交する方向に真っ直ぐ引き上げた場合には第1の係合部31aと第2の係合部31bが、それぞれ2つの側板部22,23の内面に当接して係合する。その一方、突出片32が浮き上がるように傾斜させて引き上げた場合には、他方の側板部23の内面に第2の係合部31bが係合せずに上端縁22a,23aの間隙から抜け出ることができるが、これと逆方向に傾斜させようとすると、突出片32が他方の側板部23の上端縁に接触してその動きが規制され、第1の係合部31aは、一方の側板部22の内面に当接して係合する。

本実施の形態によれば、プラスチックフィルムは次のように張設される。温室の天井面に2枚のプラスチックフィルムA,Bを張設する場合を例にとり説明する。まず、予め、ベース部材2を温室天井面の適所に幅方向に沿って配設する。一方のプラスチックフィルムAの一端縁付近を温室の天井面と妻面との境界部に固定する。次に、他方のプラスチックフィルムBをこの一方のプラスチックフィルムAに重ねるように作業者が保持し、2つのフィルムの他端縁付近をベース部材2の側板部22,23間の開口部上に位置させる。次に、押さえ部材3の挿入部31を、第2の係合部31bがフィルムの他端縁側に位置するようにして、かつ、各フィルムの他端縁が第2の係合部31bとベース部材2の他方の側板部23から多少はみ出るようにして、ベース部材2の側板部22,23間に挿入する。このとき、ベース部材2の底板部21には、2つの突条部21a,21bが形成されているため、断面略半円状の挿入部31の外周面がプラスチックフィルムA,Bを介してこの2つの突条部21a,21bに当接し、所定位置に位置決めされる。次に、ベース部材2の一方の側板部22と押さえ部材3の第1の係合部31bから引き出されている他方のプラスチックフィルムBを折り返し、ベース部材2の側板部22,23上端縁間の間隔を跨ぐようにして図上左側に引っ張る。最後に、他方のプラスチックフィルムBの一端縁付近を図2に示した止め具1と所定間隔をおいて配設される別の止め具(図示せず)に、さらに別のプラスチックフィルム(図示せず)の端縁と共に、上記と同様にして固定する。天井面形成用のプラスチックフィルムを張設する場合は、このような作業を温室の他方の妻面に至るまで繰り返し、複数枚のプラスチックフィルムを張設する。

また、各プラスチックフィルムA,Bに対して、押さえ部材3の第1の係合部31bが点接触でなく、線状(面)で接触する。従って、従来の山形に加工したスプリング部材を用いた場合と比較して、プラスチックフィルムA,Bが部分的に摩耗して破れを生じることが少なくなり、被覆材としてポリオレフィン系のフィルムを採用する場合に好適である。

なお、張設したプラスチックフィルムA,Bを取り外す際には、一方のプラスチックフィルムAの一端縁及び他方のプラスチックフィルムBの一端縁は固定したまま、ベース部材2の他方の側板部23と押さえ部材3の第2の係合部31bとからはみ出している部分を引き上げれば、押さえ部材3の突出片32がその下面から押圧され、第2の係合部31b側が引き上げられる。このように傾斜して引き上げられた場合には、第2の係合部31bが他方の側板部23の内面に接触したとしても係合しないため、ベース部材2内から挿入部31が容易に離脱される。これにより、プラスチックフィルムA,Bの各他端縁の固定が解除される。
