Description

【0001】

[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows an example of a can container according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is a front view showing a state in which transport containers containing beverage cans are stacked, and FIG. 2 is a partially sectional front view of a box-shaped container. 3 is a partially sectional side view, FIG. 4 is a front view showing a state in which an empty box-shaped storage body is nested, FIG. 5 is a partially sectional front view of a locking tool, and FIG. 6 is a sectional side view. is there.
[0007]
The transport container 10 shown in the present embodiment is erected on the periphery of the rectangular substrate 11 in a state where the side wall 13 having a half height of the beverage can 12 to be stored is slightly inclined so as to expand outward. The substrate 11 of the single box-shaped storage body 15 is made of a synthetic resin and includes a pair of upper and lower box-shaped storage bodies 15 having the same shape with the inner periphery as the storage section 14. On the other side, another box-shaped storage body 15 with the storage portion 14 facing downward is placed in a state where a predetermined number, for example, 24 (6 packs × 4) beverage cans 12 are placed and arranged in the storage portion 14. The beverage can 12 is stored by bringing the tips of the side walls 13 of the two box-shaped storage bodies 15 into contact with each other so as to cover from above.
[0008]
Ribs 11a for preventing lateral movement of the stored beverage can 12 are provided on the inner surface of the substrate 11 vertically and horizontally. On the outer surface of the substrate 11, a grounding rib 11b is provided along the outer peripheral edge. It is provided in a square shape.
[0009]
In addition, the side wall 13 is opened with a window 16 capable of directly confirming a part of the stored beverage can 12 from the outside in a state in which the beverage can 12 is stored. A flange 13a that protrudes outward and a reinforcing rib 13b are provided at the tip of the side wall 13 including Further, a protrusion 13c and a recess 13d for positioning the two box-shaped storage bodies 15 when the beverage can is stored are engaged with the front end surface of the side wall 13 when the two box-shaped storage bodies 15 face each other. It is provided at each position.
[0010]
Further, at least a part of the window part 16, for example, one window part 16 on the container short side side is provided with a locking tool 17 as shown in FIGS. The locking member 17 is formed in a substantially U-shape corresponding to the outer shape of the opening edge 16 a of the window portion 16, and the distal ends of the rotating arm portions 17 a on both sides are provided on the opening end side of the window portion 16. The shaft 17b is rotatably attached. In other words, the locking member 17 uses a position indicated by a solid line along the opening edge 16a of the window portion 16 around the rotation shaft 17b and a flange of the opening edge 16a 'of the other window portion 16'. It is formed to be rotatable at a position indicated by an imaginary line that is locked to the stopper 18.
[0011]
Therefore, when the beverage can 12 is stored, the box-shaped storage body 15 is overlapped so that the window portion 16 provided with the locking member 17 and the window portion 16 ′ provided with the locking portion 18 face each other. By rotating the locking member 17 of one window portion 16 and locking it to the locking portion 18 of the other window portion 16 ′, both the box-shaped storage bodies 15 are brought into a state in which the beverage can 12 is stored. Can be held.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the transport container 10 in the state where the beverage can is stored is stacked in multiple stages so that when a vertical load is applied, the laterally expanded side wall 13 is further expanded. The upper substrate 11 moves downward, the inner surface thereof is pressed against the upper end of the beverage can 12, and the load is received by the rigidity of the beverage can 12. Therefore, since the box-shaped storage body 15 itself that forms the transport container 10 requires almost no rigidity, the transport container 10 can be reduced in weight and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Moreover, when transporting the transporting container 10 in the beverage can storage state, it can be easily performed by placing a hand on the flange 13a of the side wall 13 or the like.
[0013]
Furthermore, when the beverage can 12 is displayed and sold at a store, it is only necessary to remove the box-like storage body 15 on the upper side, and the beverage can 12 can be easily taken out by the purchaser. In addition, the beverage can stored in the lower transport container 10 in this state can also be directly confirmed. In addition, the display effect can be improved by molding the box-shaped storage body 15 in multiple colors.
[0014]
Further, since the side wall 13 is expanded outwardly appropriately, the empty box-shaped storage body 15 can be stacked in a nesting state as shown in FIG. The volume can be reduced.
[0015]
Therefore, by forming the box-shaped storage body 15 with a material having durability such as a synthetic resin, sufficient durability and water resistance can be obtained. Therefore, it is possible to easily return and collect empty containers.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the can container of the present invention can directly confirm the beverage can accommodated from the window provided on the side wall, and can be easily and effectively displayed at the store. In addition, when the can is stored, the pair of upper and lower box-shaped storage bodies can be securely held by simply rotating the locking tool, and the container itself can be loaded, so that the container itself has great rigidity. The weight of the transport container can be reduced. Furthermore, it can be used repeatedly, and empty containers can be transported in a nesting manner, so that costs can be reduced and resources can be used effectively, which is also effective for environmental measures.
