Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a double-sided drawer capable of pulling out a drawer body from both sides of furniture.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, rice cooked in a kitchen rice cooker is placed in a kitchen with a teacup, and side dishes cooked in the kitchen are placed on a plate in the kitchen. During meals, meals are served by bringing dishes filled with rice bowls and side dishes to the cafeteria. Accordingly, tableware such as teacups and dishes are placed on kitchen storage shelves, for example, shelves under the cooking table, hanging shelves above the sink, cupboards, etc. for convenience in the kitchen. In addition to tea bowls and dishes, meal utensils such as chopsticks, spoons and forks were also placed on the storage shelves, and they were brought to the cafeteria along with bowls and dishes with rice and side dishes.
[0003]
In addition, food dishes such as dishes for collecting side dishes, servers for collecting side dishes, chopsticks, etc. were also put in the same kitchen storage shelf as dishes. Therefore, the task of bringing food accessories when they are needed is the role of a housewife who knows where to store the food accessories, and the housewives often cannot eat slowly while eating. . At this time, in the floor plan where the cafeteria and the kitchen were separated, it was more troublesome to take small items because of the increased number of steps to walk, which was one of the jobs that housewives dislike.
[0004]
Recently, many so-called face-to-face kitchens have been adopted in which a cafeteria and a kitchen are adjacent to each other across a counter. This face-to-face kitchen is a favorite kitchen for housewives because it allows you to cook while talking to people in the cafeteria, or to cook while watching TV in the cafeteria. In the face-to-face kitchen, as described above, when small items are needed during a meal, the walking distance is short because the dining room and the kitchen are close. However, even though the cafeteria and the kitchen are close like this, standing and walking in the middle of a meal is still an unpleasant job for housewives.
[0005]
For these reasons, a face-to-face kitchen has been proposed in which a double-sided drawer is installed on a counter that partitions the dining room and the kitchen (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. Hei 5-277017 and Hei 11-318611). In this double-sided drawer, the same drawer can be pulled out from both the kitchen side and the dining room side. If you put food accessories in this double-sided drawer, even if you need food accessories during a meal, even if a person sitting near the double-sided It is very convenient because you can take out small food items from the dining room side by step.
[0006]
By the way, in the conventional double-sided drawer, a decorative board with a handle is fixed to both sides of the drawer body, and when the drawer is pulled with one handle, the decorative board with the other handle accommodates the drawer body. It was supposed to enter into the cavity. Since the double-sided drawer with this structure allows the drawer to be pulled out from both sides, the inset type, that is, the decorative plate has to be made smaller than the hollow part.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the double-sided drawer disclosed in JP-A-5-277017, if the drawer body is pulled too much, the drawer body will come out of the cavity where the drawer body is stored, and the food items placed in the drawer will be scattered. There was a problem. In the double-sided drawer disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-318611, the floating holding body that slides the drawer body is stopped by the stopper, so that the drawer body does not jump out. However, this double-sided drawer requires the drawer body to be installed with a high height floating holding body, so the height of the drawer body is shallower than it looks, and the amount of food accessories actually put in is reduced. It was inconvenient.
[0008]
Since these conventional double-sided drawers are inset types, when the front panel of furniture such as a counter and the decorative panel of double-sided drawers are made to be flush with each other, the lower part of the front panel of furniture must be There was a gap between the tops of the double-sided decorative panels. Such a gap is not preferable for hygiene because it becomes an entrance for cockroaches, dust, and the like to contaminate food accessories. Further, the conventional double-sided drawer sometimes feels strange when the drawer is pulled from one side, and the other decorative board enters the cavity of the counter. For example, suppose that there is a third party in the cafeteria who does not know the operating state of the double-sided drawer. At this time, when a drawer is pulled out from the kitchen side, a strange phenomenon occurs in which the decorative plate on the dining room side moves to the back of the cavity, and this third party is surprised.
[0009]
In the present invention, the drawer body does not pop out when the drawer is pulled out, the drawer height is sufficiently high, and the decorative board is made larger than the cavity of the furniture to make up Not only can the board eliminate the gap between the front panel of the furniture, but also provides a double-sided drawer where the drawer on the other drawer of the furniture does not move to the back of the cavity when the drawer is pulled from one of the furniture There is to do.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Invention]
The inventor makes the drawer decorative board larger than the hollow part of the furniture, so that there is no gap for dust and cockroaches to enter between the front panel of the furniture and the decorative panel of the drawer. Pay attention that the problem of conventional double-sided drawer can be solved if the decorative plate moves only when the decorative plate is pulled out and the other decorative plate stops at the entrance of the cavity. The present invention has been completed.
[0011]
In the present invention, the drawer main body is housed in a cavity where the furniture communicates, and a decorative board larger than the cavity is installed on the front and rear sides of the cavity, and each decorative board has an engaging portion and a release. The hook of the engaging device having a portion is easily attached by a spring bias, and a release pin is erected on the floor surface of the hollow portion at a position where the release portion can be pushed, and the drawer body On the bottom surface, an engaging pin protrudes downward at a position shifted laterally from the engaging portion of the hook, and the hook releasing portion is separated from the releasing pin when pulled in the direction to open the decorative plate. The double-sided drawer is characterized in that the hook is rotated in the direction of the engagement pin by the bias of the spring, the engagement part engages with the engagement pin, and the drawer body is pulled out together with the decorative plate .
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The engagement device in the present invention is a rotatable hook attached to both front and rear decorative plates. When the hook is pulled in the direction of opening the decorative plate, the hook can be engaged with a part of the drawer main body to pull out the drawer main body together with the decorative plate.
[0013]
The engagement device in Reference Example 1 is a long material pivotally supported on both front and rear decorative plates. When the long material is pulled in the direction of opening the decorative plate, the leading end of the long material moves upward to engage with a part of the drawer main body, and the drawer main body can be pulled out together with the decorative plate. ing.
[0014]
The engagement device in Reference Example 2 is a magnetic push latch attached to both front and rear decorative plates. When the decorative push plate is pushed once and then pulled in the opening direction, the magnetic push latch is attracted by a magnetic force to an iron plate attached to a part of the drawer main body, and the drawer main body is pulled out together with the decorative plate.
[0015]
The engagement device in Reference Example 3 is such that when the decorative plate is pulled in the opening direction, the dowel protruding the roller holder is fitted into the hole drilled in the roller guide. It is designed to be pulled out with a decorative board.
[0016]

[0020]
A hook 10 of an engagement device is rotatably attached at a position below the front decorative plate 4a and located in a gap between the floor surface of the cavity 2 and the bottom surface of the drawer body 3. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the hook 10 is formed with an engaging portion 11 and a releasing portion 12. The engaging portion 11 has an arc shape so that the engaging pin is securely gripped when engaged with the engaging pin described later, and the releasing portion 12 is linear and is pressed by the releasing pin described later. The hook can be easily rotated. As shown in FIG. 8, the hook is spring-biased in the direction of the engaging portion 11 (arrow A) by a crane spring 13. When the front decorative plate 4a is closed (FIGS. 5 and 6), a release pin 14 that can push the release portion 12 of the hook 10 against the spring bias of the crane spring 13 is provided on the floor surface of the cavity portion 2. Further, an engaging pin 15 protrudes downward from the bottom surface of the drawer body 3 at a position shifted laterally from the engaging portion 11 of the hook 10. Similarly, an engagement device such as a hook, a release pin, and an engagement pin is also installed on the rear decorative plate 4b, but is the same as the engagement device on the front decorative plate.
[0021]
Next, the operation of the double-sided drawer having the above configuration will be described. 5 and 6, when the front decorative plate 4 a is closed, the release portion 12 of the hook 10 is pushed by the release pin 14 erected on the floor surface of the cavity portion 2, and the engagement portion 11 is engaged with the engagement pin 11. It is in a position off 15. When the front decorative plate 4a is pulled in the opening direction to open the drawer from the front direction, the hook attached to the front decorative plate 4a is separated from the release pin 14 together with the front decorative plate 4a. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 10 is rotated to the right (arrow A) in the figure by the spring force, and the engaging portion 11 of the hook 10 is engaged with the engaging pin 15 protruding from the bottom surface of the drawer body 3. When the hook 10 is engaged with the engaging pin 15, the drawer body 3 is pulled forward together with the front decorative plate 4a. At this time, the rear decorative plate 4b stays at the entrance of the cavity 2 because the hook engaging portion is separated from the engaging pin, and the slide rail 5a moves along with the front decorative plate 4a. The moving rail 6b of the other slide rail 5b remains housed in the fixed rail 7b. At this time, the door carts 8 attached to both sides of the drawer body 3 travel along the door wheel rails 9 to make the drawer body move smoothly.
[0022]
Next, the double-sided drawer of the first reference example will be described with reference to FIGS. For the moving rail of the slide rail attached to the front decorative plate and the rear decorative plate, the fixed rail of the slide rail attached to the hollow side wall, and the door rail of the drawer main body and the side wall of the hollow portion, the above-mentioned Since it is the same as that of the first embodiment, description thereof is omitted.
[0023]
A long engagement body 16a, which is an engagement device, is pivotally supported on the front decorative plate 4a. The engaging body used in the first reference example is a long material such as a pipe or a plate material. The front end of the engaging body is moved up and down by a shaft attached to the front decorative plate. The engaging body 16a is slightly longer than the full length of the drawer body 2, and forms an engaging piece 17a whose tip is bent upward. Further, the engaging body 16a is a concave portion 18a that is curved upward from a portion that is pivotally supported by the front decorative plate 4a. As shown in FIG. 9, when the front decorative plate 4a is in a closed state, a roller 19a is installed on the side wall or the floor surface of the hollow portion that coincides with the concave portion 18a of the engaging body 16a. Similarly, the engaging body 16b is pivotally installed on the rear decorative plate 4b.
[0024]
The operating state of the double-sided drawer in the first reference example will be described. As shown in FIG. 9, when the front decorative plate 4a is closed, the concave portion 18a of the engaging body 16a pivotally supported by the front decorative plate 4a is positioned on the roller 19a. It is lower than the rear part of the drawer body 2. When the front decorative plate 4a is pulled in the opening direction to open the drawer from the front direction, the concave portion 18a of the engagement body 16a pivotally supported by the front decorative plate is detached from the roller 19a, and the linear portion of the engagement body 16a gets on the roller 19a. Therefore, the engagement piece 16a engages with the rear portion of the drawer body 3 with the engagement piece 17a at the tip lifted upward. Therefore, when the front decorative board 4a is pulled, the engaging piece 17a bent upward is engaged with the drawer main body 3 and pulled out together with the front decorative board 4a. At this time, the recess 18b of the engaging body 16b pivotally supported by the decorative plate is stopped by the roller 19b and does not move at all, and the rear decorative plate 4b remains at the entrance of the cavity 2.
[0025]
Next, the double-sided drawer of the second reference example will be described with reference to FIGS. For the slide rail moving rail attached to the front decorative plate and the rear decorative plate, the fixed rail of the slide rail attached to the side wall of the cavity, and the door rail of the drawer main body and the side wall of the cavity, the implementation described above The explanation is omitted because it is the same as the example . A magnet-type push latch 20a, which is an engagement device, is fixed to the front decorative plate 4a, and an iron plate 21a that is attracted to magnetic force is attached to the drawer body 2 that coincides with the magnet-type push latch. The magnet type push latch used in the second reference example does not adsorb the adsorbed material even when the adsorbed material approaches, and when the magnetic push latch is pushed by the adsorbed material, the magnetic force acts to adsorb the adsorbed material. .
[0026]
The operation state in the double-sided drawer of the second reference example will be described. As shown in FIG. 12, in a state where the front decorative plate 4a is closed, the magnetic push latch 20a fixed to the front decorative plate 4a does not attract the drawer body 3 by magnetic force. Therefore, in order to open the drawer, the front decorative plate 4a is pushed a little to apply the magnetic force of the magnetic push latch 20a. Then, the magnetic push latch 20a attracts the iron plate 21a attached to the drawer body 3 by the action of magnetic force. Thereafter, when the front decorative plate 4a is pulled out, the magnetic push latch 20a fixed to the front decorative plate pulls out the drawer body 3 by magnetic force. At this time, the rear decorative plate 4 b remains at the entrance of the cavity 2. When closing the drawer, push the front decorative plate 4a until it touches the entrance of the cavity 2, and then pull the front decorative plate 4a slightly to release the magnetic push latch 20a from the iron plate 21a of the drawer body 3. Magnetic force stops working.
[0027]
Next, the double-sided drawer of the third reference example will be described with reference to FIGS. The end of the roller holder 22a is fixed to the front decorative plate 4a. The roller holder has an L-shaped cross section, one end is fixed to the front decorative board 4a, and the roller 23a is rotatably installed at the other end. A dowel 24a projects from the L-shaped bottom surface of the roller holder 22a near the roller 23a installation portion. A roller guide 25a is attached to the side wall of the cavity 2 that coincides with the roller 23a of the roller holder. The roller guide has a C-shaped cross section so that the roller 23a can travel stably. Further, the roller guide 25a is longer than the drawer body 3, and as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, a portion protruding from the drawer body 3 forms a bent portion 26a bent downward. When the front decorative plate 4a is closed (FIGS. 15 and 18), the roller 23a is in the position of the bent portion 26a. In this state, the dowel 24a is slightly positioned on the bottom surface of the roller guide 25a from the front decorative plate 4a. A hole 27a (inside the circle in FIG. 18) in which 24a can be easily fitted is formed.
[0028]
The operation state in the double-sided drawer of the third reference example will be described. When the front decorative plate 4a is closed, the roller 23a is at the bent portion 26a of the roller holder 22a, so that the bottom surface of the roller holder 22a and the bottom surface of the roller guide 25a are separated as shown in FIG. ). When the front decorative plate 4a is pulled to open the drawer, the roller holder 22a fixed to the front decorative plate 4a moves to the left in the figure, so that the roller 23a installed on the roller holder 22a is a roller guide 25a. From the bent portion 26a to the straight portion. Then, the dowel 24a of the roller holder 22a comes into contact with the bottom surface of the roller guide 25a. When the roller holder 22a moves to the left as it is, the dowel 24a of the roller holder is fitted into the hole 27a of the roller guide 25a. (In the circle in FIG. 19). Therefore, the drawer main body 3 to which the roller guide is attached is pulled out with further movement of the roller holder 22a. At this time, the rear decorative plate 4b remains at the entrance of the cavity 2 as it is.
[0029]
The present invention belongs to the present invention as long as it does not depart from the technical idea of the present invention as long as it is an outset type double-sided drawer and the engaging device for engaging the main body is installed on the decorative plate. is there.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the double-sided drawer of the present invention is an outset type that was not considered at all in the conventional double-sided drawer, that is, the decorative plate was made larger than the cavity part that accommodates the drawer body, so that there was a gap between the decorative board and the cavity part. It has excellent hygiene so that cockroaches and dust do not enter the drawer at all, and when the drawer is pulled out from one side, the other decorative plate should remain at the entrance of the cavity. Therefore, there is an unprecedented excellent effect that there is no sense of incongruity even when viewed from the opposite side of opening the drawer.
