Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an electric floor heater equipped with a potential treatment device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, an electric floor heating apparatus has an electric heater mounted on a floor panel, and the temperature of the floor surface is kept at 20 ° C. to 30 ° C. by adjusting the amount of electricity supplied by a temperature controller to warm the floor. This floor heating device does not allow dust to stand up without causing warm air to circulate, such as an air conditioner or a fan heater from the viewpoint of chills, and from the viewpoint of sanitation. It is rapidly becoming popular because it is economical with a warmth comparable to ° C. In addition, the potential treatment device is generally said to have a curative effect on stiff shoulders, headache, insomnia, chronic constipation, etc., and this principle of efficacy is based on circulation of a patient with the disease at a negative potential. The ionization of sodium and calcium in the blood is increased, thereby alkalizing the acidified human body and activating the physical condition.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention combines electric floor heating, which has a certain advantage, and electric floor heating, which can be used only in winter, by combining an electrical potential treatment device that is extremely effective for the human body, incorporating electrical safety and safety in use. The present invention aims to provide an electric floor heating device with an electric potential treatment function that can be used throughout the year as required and does not increase the cost of equipment, and therefore the present invention constitutes an electric floor heating. A soaking plate that combines electrical safety and soaking is used to give a potential treatment function by applying a negative potential to it, but the other pole of the negative potential generator is grounded. Therefore, the soaking plate grounded for electrical safety has a reduced insulation resistance with the power supply circuit, and there is a risk that the electrical safety cannot be maintained.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the electric floor heating apparatus with electric potential treatment function of the present invention incorporates a negative electric potential generator into the temperature controller of the electric floor heating apparatus, and switches the electric floor heating panel as an electric potential treatment apparatus by switching. It is intended to be used as an electrical floor plate for the treatment and as a heater for floor heating.
In this case, the heat equalizing plate that is also used as the treatment conductor electric floor plate is connected to the ground during the floor heating function by switching the first changeover switch (relay 1), but the insulation deterioration between the power supply circuits at this time is eliminated. Therefore, when the second switch (relay 2) is provided at the ground electrode of the negative potential generator and the first changeover switch is grounded during the floor heating function, the second switch is opened and the first switch When the negative switch is connected to the negative potential generating circuit and the heat equalizing plate, the second switch is interlocked to be grounded.
[0005]
That is, in the electric floor heating panel, a soaking plate such as an aluminum foil grounded for the purpose of soaking and electrical safety against electric leakage or the like is incorporated together with the electric heater. Therefore, by operating the first switch (relay 1), the soaking plate is connected to the ground when the heater is used and not used, and when the potential treatment is used, the ground connection is disconnected and connected to the negative potential generating circuit. Efficient potential therapy can be performed without impairing the electrical safety function, and the second switch (relay 2) is opened by linking the ground electrode of the rectifier circuit necessary for potential generation to the first switch. Thus, the insulation resistance with respect to the commercial power supply line is not lowered, and it functions as an electric floor plate that can add a negative potential generating function to the heat equalizing plate.
[0006]
In addition, electrical potential is required for potential treatment, but it is necessary to use a heat insulating plate such as foamed urethane that has good heat insulation performance and good electrical insulation, and heat conduction performance that is inferior, but has constant electrical insulation performance. A floor heating function and an electric potential treatment function can be used in combination by attaching a surface plate such as a wooden floor with a thickness to a soaking plate.
[0007]
【Example】
1 to 3 show an embodiment of the electric floor heating panel A of the present invention, and FIG. 4 shows a state where the electric floor heating panel A is installed. An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a surface board, which is a laminated wooden decorative board 2 bonded to the surface of a plywood 3 and has a short side and A wood flooring having a thickness of 4 mm to 7 mm in which a male fruit 4 is formed on one side of the long side and a female fruit 5 is formed on the other side of the short side and the other side of the long side is used. On the back surface of the front plate 1, a pier 6 having a thickness of 8 mm to 5 mm is formed at the peripheral portion, and a soaking plate 7 such as an aluminum foil having good heat conduction performance and good electrical conductivity is bonded to the pier 6. ing.
[0008]
8 is an electric heater in which thermostats 9 ... and thermofuses 10 ... are wired, 11 is a heat insulating plate such as a foamed urethane plate, and 12 is a back plate such as cardboard. The surface plate 1, the soaking plate 7, the electric heater 8, and the heat insulating plate 11 are sequentially laminated and assembled to constitute the electric floor heating panel A.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 3, the electric heater 8 is a carbon surface obtained by applying a carbon paint to a woven fabric in which electrode wires 13 and 13 are woven on both sides, and bonding an electric insulating film such as a vinyl chloride resin film on the front and back surfaces. A lead wire 15 is connected to one electrode wire 13 of the heating element 14 via an electrode terminal 16, and a lead wire 15 is connected to the other electrode wire 13 with a thermostat 9. 16 is connected. The heat insulating plate 11 is foamed with urethane resin in a space surrounded by the pier 6, the electric heater 8, and the back plate 12.
[0010]
Reference numeral 17 in FIG. 4 denotes a temperature controller that adjusts the amount of electricity supplied to the electric floor heating panel A installed and installed on the floor surface to adjust the heat generation temperature. The temperature controller 17 is connected to the power wiring of the electric floor heating panel A and is installed on the wall surface of the room.
[0011]
FIG. 5 to FIG. 6 are diagrams for explaining an embodiment of the temperature controller 17. FIG. 5 is a surface operation panel of the temperature controller 17, and the LCD 18 displays an operation status such as a temperature control bar code (not shown) and a time display for a timer. The push button switch 19 is a power switch, a timer switch for reserved operation, an automatic operation switch that automatically keeps the temperature at an appropriate temperature according to the room temperature, a temperature setting switch that sets the heat generation temperature to a desired temperature, and a temperature display on the LCD 18. Alternatively, a display changeover switch that can be arbitrarily switched to the time and an hour / minute switch for adjusting the time are provided.
[0012]
In addition, the slide switch is a heater used as a floor heating temperature, an ion used as a potential treatment, a changeover switch 20 that can arbitrarily switch between a heater and an ion that can be operated alternately with a heater and an ion, and a timer operation time adjustment, when the time goes wrong The time adjustment switch 21 is provided.
[0013]
FIG. 6 is a block diagram for explaining the electric circuit of the temperature controller 17, which includes a negative potential generation circuit and a heater control unit, and incorporates a circuit for alternately operating them into a microcomputer. It can be operated arbitrarily by switching.
[0014]
When the changeover switch is switched to the negative potential generation circuit, the grounding circuit connected to the heat equalizing plate 7 is opened. The alternating between warm bed temperature and electric potential means that when the energization is stopped by temperature control at the time of hot operation, the electric potential generating circuit is alive and the heat and electric potential are alternately operated as shown in FIG.
[0015]
FIG. 8 is a circuit diagram for explaining the generation of a negative potential. The relay 1 (25) operated by the changeover switch 20 is connected to the heat equalizing plate when the negative potential is generated, that is, when the potential treatment function, the resistor R is connected to the diode bridge. o , R L are switched through and are switched to the ground side when the heater generates heat and is not used.
[0016]
Relay 2 (26) circuit connected to ground at the time of potential therapeutic functions conjunction with operating the relay 1 (25) via a resistor R E to the diode bridge is closed, the ground connection open to and during nonuse heater heating Is done. The negative potential generating circuit operates normally by switching the switch by the relay 2 (26), and does not lower the insulation resistance of the commercial power supply line when the heater is heated and not used.
[0017]
FIG. 9 is a waveform diagram for explaining a negative potential waveform generated by the negative potential generating circuit of FIG. The AC 200V power supply from the commercial power line has a sinusoidal waveform as shown in a, but the positive half wave is cut through a diode bridge and the negative half wave as shown in b is rectified as a negative potential output. If the negative potential is set to a half wave in this way, it is convenient that a non-contact detector to which a detector is applied can be used for verification of negative potential application when the floor warming operation is completed.
[0018]
In the above embodiment, the carbon heater is used as the electric heater. However, this electric heater has a cord heater 23 meanderingly wired on an aluminum foil 22 as shown in FIG. It is also possible to use an electric heater 24 that is fused. However, by using a carbon sheet heating element for the electric heater, when using the heater, a floor heating device with a potential function having a feature that the rise of heat is faster than that of the cord heater can be obtained. It is not limited.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described in the above embodiments, according to the floor heating apparatus with a potential treatment function of the present invention, the floor heating panel itself can be used as a treatment conductor floor plate of a potential treatment device. Therefore, it can be used as a heater in winter and as a potential treatment device in summer and can be used throughout the year. In addition, the soaking plate is grounded when heating is used, and the grounding circuit is opened when used as a potential treatment, and the ground electrode necessary for the potential generating circuit is also used during heating operation and when not in use. Since it is opened, electrical safety is maintained, the potential treatment effect is not impaired, and the insulation resistance with the commercial power supply line is not reduced.
[0020]
In addition, by making the potential into a pulsating waveform, the potential generation of the electric floor plate incorporated in the floor can be verified with a non-contact detector using a detector. Furthermore, since the potential generator is only incorporated in the temperature controller required for floor heating, the price is low and it is economical.
