Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sanitary napkin using a thread made of Japanese paper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Commonly used sanitary napkins are thin and have good absorbency so as to be comfortable to use, but many of these use petroleum-based synthetic chemicals in the manufacturing process and the product itself. For example, a nonwoven fabric such as polyester or polypropylene is used on the surface, and a cotton-like pulp or a polymer absorbent is used as the absorbent material.
[0003]
And they are not only a large amount of trash that can be a source of dioxins, but also prevent skin respiration around sensitive folds, cause rashes and scabs, and also let female organs covered with mucous membranes touch for a long time. There is concern about the impact on the human body. As pharmacological components are absorbed by applying to skin or poultry, they continue to absorb the harmful substances of sanitary napkins for many years, and the uterus that is the basis of life creation is contaminated with dioxins and other chemical substances There is a worry.
[0004]
In addition, many of the conventional paper napkins and absorbent materials are convenient disposable types, and are disposable after a single use. One woman has menstruation from her teens to her 50s. During this period, more than 10,000 sanitary napkins will be thrown away. The world's forests are crushed one after another to make them.
[0005]
Conventionally, there are sanitary napkins that can be washed and reused many times, and organic cotton is used for this. However, in Japan, the raw material cotton cannot be self-sufficient and the supply of cotton depends on foreign imports. In addition, some products claiming to use organic cotton are suspected of some chemical treatment being applied between the time they are manufactured and imported to Japan for sale. It can not be said that it is a napkin for use. This is because, when investigating the actual situation of use in Japan, there are people who have complained of genital rashes and kayumi when using sanitary napkins using organic cotton.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, the conventional sanitary napkin has the above-mentioned problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, it can absorb menstrual blood efficiently, it can be freely deformed to fit the movement of the human body, and it can be washed and reused many times Provided is a sanitary napkin that can be biodegraded without containing chemically synthesized substances and is harmless to life systems on earth.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problems]
The sanitary napkin according to the present invention is characterized in that the material is Japanese paper. The raw material of Japanese paper is plant bast fiber, and this bast fiber and human skin have something in common. It is said that the plant will die if it loses about 1/3 or more of the outer skin surrounding the stalk of the plant, but human skin will also die if it loses about 1/3 or more by burns. In other words, the limit of losing both the plant skin and human skin is 1/3, and if it is less than that, it can be recovered without dying.
[0008]
From this fact, it is understood that both plant skin and human skin are important parts of their vitality, and how consistently the bast fibers in the plant skin are put together like human skin. I can understand that. The sanitary napkin according to the present invention uses a knitted fabric using a Japanese paper yarn made from natural Japanese paper that is familiar to the human body and harmless to the human body, or a circular knitted fabric knitted using a Japanese paper yarn. There are various sanitary napkins, but in the present invention, the shape and structure of the sanitary napkin are not particularly limited, and at least the upper fabric that contacts the skin is a woven fabric using Japanese paper yarn.
[0009]
By the way, as for the Japanese paper yarn production, the applicant has made a patent application as of March 21, 2000 (Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-77950). The This Japanese paper yarn can be softened by blanching or by passing it through a gear-like roll, and waxing can be applied to reduce frictional resistance. This Japanese paper yarn has a water absorption capability that is about three times that of cotton yarn, and the surface of the paper can be made into a three-dimensional solid appearance by using the Japanese paper yarn as a knitted fabric.
[0010]
Since the surface is a three-dimensional solid, the gap becomes a passage for menstrual blood, menstrual blood is smoothly guided and absorbed by the Japanese paper yarn, and menstrual blood is also adsorbed in the gap generated in the woven fabric. Further, depending on the form of the knitted fabric, it is possible to apply a strong surface tension to the menstrual blood adsorbed in the gap generated in the woven fabric, and to adsorb menstrual blood stably and more efficiently.
[0011]
On the other hand, the sanitary napkin of the present invention obtained by processing a knitted fabric using Japanese paper yarn, or a circular knitted fabric knitted using Japanese paper yarn, freely deforms and fits the human body, and is flexible to the movement of the body. Can follow. Furthermore, it can be washed and reused over and over again, it is biodegradable, harmless to life systems on earth, and does not contain any chemically synthesized substances. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is an embodiment showing a liner constituting the sanitary napkin of the present invention. The outer shape of this liner is not much different from that of a conventional sanitary napkin, and is not limited to the shape shown in FIG. The liner has an upper fabric 1, a lower fabric 2, and an absorbent material 3 as shown in FIG. 2, and the absorbent material 3 is slightly smaller than the upper and lower fabrics 1 and 2 as shown by dotted lines in FIG. It has become. The absorbent material 3 is sandwiched between the upper fabric 1 and the lower fabric 2, and the upper and lower fabrics 1, 2 are fastened at the outer periphery. The fastening means is optional, but is generally sewn together.
[0013]
Here, the upper fabric 1 and the lower fabric 2 are fabrics knitted using Japanese paper yarn, and are cut into an oval shape. The absorbent material 3 is also a fabric knitted using Japanese paper yarn, and the number of absorbent materials 3 sandwiched between the upper and lower fabrics 1 and 2 can be selected according to the amount of menstrual blood. That is, it is only necessary to prepare liners with different numbers of absorbent materials 3, and an appropriate one can be used according to the menstrual blood volume during menstruation.
[0014]
FIG. 3 is an embodiment showing a napkin body constituting the sanitary napkin of the present invention, and the liner shown in FIG. 1 is accommodated and used in this napkin body. The dotted line in the figure shows the accommodated liner. The napkin main body is provided with an oval container 4 and blades 5a and 5b on both sides thereof. As shown in FIG. 4, the napkin consists of an upper fabric 8 and a lower fabric 9, and the upper and lower fabrics 8 and 9 are sewn around. Are combined. A slit 6 is formed in the center of the lower fabric 9 in the longitudinal direction, and the slit 6 can be opened.
[0015]
The outer periphery of the napkin body is sewn, and a liner 10 is accommodated between the upper and lower fabrics 8 and 9. The liner 10 can be inserted and removed from the slit 6. Adhesive tapes (magic tapes) 7a and 7b are provided at the tips of the blade portions 5a and 5b, and the blade portions 5a and 5b can be connected to each other.
[0016]
That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the lower joint portion of the pants is held by the both blade portions 5a and 5b and is fastened by the adhesive tapes 7a and 7b so as not to come off. The adhesive tape 7a is provided on the front side of the blade portion 5a, and one adhesive tape 7b is provided on the back side of the blade portion 5b. Of course, the connecting means for the blade portions 5a, 5b is not limited to the adhesive tape, and hooks, buttons, etc. may be used. In the figure, (a) shows the upper side in contact with the skin, (b) shows the lower side, a sanitary napkin is applied to the pants 11, and the adhesive tapes 7a, Fasten at 7b.
[0017]
Since this sanitary napkin can insert the liner 10 from the slit 6 provided in the accommodating part 4 of the napkin body, the number of the liners 10, 10... Is adjusted according to the menstrual blood amount. In order to obtain further absorbency, a circular knitted fabric knitted using Japanese paper yarn intertwined with knitting weaves is suitable. In these examples, the upper fabric, the lower fabric, and the knitted fabric made of Japanese paper yarn are used for both the upper fabric, the lower fabric, and the liner, but at least the upper fabric that hits the skin needs to be composed of a woven fabric using Japanese paper yarn. However, other materials may be used for the other underclothes and the absorbent material 3.
[0018]
On the other hand, not only when the liner 10 is accommodated in the accommodating part 4 of the napkin main body, the liner 10 may be overlapped and fastened to the center of the upper fabric of the napkin main body. In this case, it is not necessary to provide the slit 6 in the accommodating portion 4, and it is fixed to the upper fabric 8 so as not to be displaced by an adhesive tape or the like. Moreover, since the accommodating part is not required, the lower fabric 9 may be omitted. By using the liner 10 in the center of the napkin body, the liner 10 adsorbing menstrual blood can be easily removed and washed.
[0019]
On the other hand, the sanitary napkin of the present invention can be impregnated with mugwort pharmacological components. This is made by blending the pharmacological components of mugwort into the raw Japanese paper, making a Japanese paper yarn using this Japanese paper, and using a knitted fabric. That is, Japanese paper impregnated with the pharmacological component of mugwort is produced by finely pulverizing the mugwort, mixing it into the raw material liquid, and spreading the raw material liquid mixed with the crushed mugwort.
[0020]
Moreover, the pharmacological component of mugwort can be impregnated by immersing the fabric knitted using Japanese paper yarn in a solution obtained by finely grinding mugwort. Alternatively, the pharmacological components of mugwort can be adhered by immersing the fabric knitted using Japanese paper thread into a solution in which mugwort is finely ground and paste is mixed. As another method, the pharmacological component of mugwort may be adhered by immersing a fabric knitted using a Japanese paper yarn coated or sprayed with glue in a finely pulverized solution of mugwort. The type of glue used is not particularly limited, and starch that is harmless to the human body is suitable.
[0021]
Then, an upper fabric and a lower fabric of a sanitary napkin, and further an absorbent material are manufactured using a woven fabric impregnated or adhered with a pharmacological component of mugwort. By impregnating or adhering the pharmacological component of mugwort in this way, it is possible to maintain the hygienic condition of female genital organs or to recover natural treatment, and not only mugwort, but also Kihada, Dokudami, Yukinoshita, loquat, etc. Herbs may be used.
[0022]
As described above, the sanitary napkin according to the present invention uses a fabric knitted with Japanese paper yarn, and can obtain the following effects.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
Since Japanese paper does not contain petrochemical chemical synthetic substances that are said to be harmful to the human body, the sanitary napkin of the present invention using the woven fabric made of the Japanese paper yarn is harmless to the human body. And even if it is disposed of in the soil, it will be decomposed in nature and harmless to life in nature. A sanitary napkin made of a woven fabric using Japanese paper yarn has strength, elasticity, flexibility, and air permeability.
[0024]
However, since the material is Japanese paper, menstrual blood can be absorbed efficiently, and even when the menstrual blood is absorbed, it can be flexibly fitted according to the movement of the human body. Furthermore, the sanitary napkin of the present invention can be reused by forming a slit, in particular by replacing the liner, or by overlapping the liner at the center of the napkin body so that it can be removed. It has a great effect on preventing
