【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、排水管内に排水が流れて管内が減圧されてトラップ封水が吸込まれることがないように外気を吸入することにより排水管内が減圧になることを防止するとともに臭気が外部に漏れないように常時は閉塞している吸気弁に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、高層ビルや家屋などの建築物の各階にある便器などの排水設備からの汚水は各階の各排水横管を経て排水縦管に合流され、この排水縦管を経て排水は排水縦管に接続した地下の下水本管に排水するようにしている。

そして、通常、排水縦管の上部に通気口を形成し、上階の便器などの排水設備から水をフラッシュし、この上階からの排水が排水縦管を経て地下の下水本管に流下するとき、この流下により、排水縦管内が減圧になり、各下階の便器などの排水設備のトラップ封水が各排水横管から排水縦管内に吸引されて吸出される。この排水縦管内が減圧になり、各下階のトラップ封水が流出すると、下水本管から下水の臭気が上昇し、この臭気が各階の便器などの排水設備から放出されるため、便室などに臭気がただようようになる。

そこで、排水縦管の上部に通気口を備えた吸気管などを延設し、排水設備の水のフラッシュ時に、通気口から外気を吸入して排水縦管内に空気を供給することにより、便器などの排水設備のトラップ封水の流出を防止している。

しかしながら、排水縦管に連通している通気口を常時開放していると、排水設備からの排水の流出時以外は下水本管からの臭気が通気口から外方に放出することになり、通気口は一般には屋根のひさしの下方に開口されているため、この場合、窓が近くにある時は、窓を開けると臭気が建物内に侵入する問題がある。

そこで、近年、通気口を建物内に設けることができるように、例えば、特公昭54−39048号公報に記載されている吸気弁を排水縦管に連通する通気管の吸気口に取り付け、この吸気弁により常時は排水縦管に連通する吸気口を閉塞し便器の水のフラッシュなどにより排水縦管内が減圧されると吸気口を開き外気を排水縦管に吸入し、トラップの封水の吸出しを防止するとともに、常時は下水本管からのの臭気が吸気口から外方に放出しないようにしている。

そして、上記特公昭54−39048号公報に記載されている吸気弁は、弁本体に排水縦管に連通した通気管に接続する開口部を形成し、この開口部の外周部に沿って同心状に吸気口を形成し、この吸気口の内端に位置して内外周に環状の弁座部を形成し、この弁本体内の中心部に設けた案内杆部に弁支持体の案内杆部を上下動自在に設け、この弁支持体の放射状の支持部の外周部に前記内外弁座部に接離する環状の弁体を設け、常時は弁支持体と弁体との自重で下降して弁体が弁座に接触し、吸気管側が減圧されると弁支持体が浮上して弁体が弁座から離反する構造が採られている。

また、弁体をコイル状スプリングで付勢して常時は弁体が弁座に接触するとともに通気管側が減圧されると弁体がスプリングの付勢力に抗して吸引され、弁体が吸気口を開口するようにし、吸気口を横向きにもできるようにした構造の吸気弁も知られている。

さらに、実開平6−43441号公報に記載されているように、吸気弁の狭い箇所に設置できるように、弁本体を略楕円状長方形として中央部に排水縦管に連通した通気管を接続する下向きの開口部を形成し、この開口部の両側に下向きの吸気口をそれぞれ開口し、この各開口部の内端側に形成した弁座部に接離する弁体を弁本体内に上下動可能に設けた構造が提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記特公昭54−39048号公報に記載されている吸気弁は、吸気弁体が接離する吸気口の弁座部は内外二重円となり、吸気口と通気管に接続する開口部との中心部を通る縦断面をみると、一側外周弁座部、一側内周弁座部、他側内周弁座部および他側外周弁座部の4か所となり、弁体はこの4か所の弁座部に均等に接離しなくては安定した性能が得られないが、長い直径上での水平直線をとりにくく、弁体はこの4か所の弁座部に均等に接離させることが困難であり、また、通気管に接続する開口部の外径よりも外周側に外気の吸気口を設けているため、吸気弁本体の外径が大きくなり、吸気弁を建物の壁内にコンパクトに配設することができないという問題を有している。

また、スプリングで弁体を付勢する構造の吸気弁では、スプリングの付勢力は、長さの多少の相違でも変化し易く、安定した特性を得ることが困難であった。

さらに、実開平6−43441号公報に記載されている構造の吸気弁では、弁体をきわめて低い気圧差で作動させるため、左右の弁体が同時に作動することはほとんどなく、先に弁体が開いた一方の吸気口から外気が侵入し、排水縦管に連通する通気管側と外気との差がなくなり、他方の吸気口の弁体は開かれず、吸気面積が狭いままで所定の吸気効果が得られなくなる問題を有している。

本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みなされたもので、弁体による吸気口の閉塞が確実にできるとともに必要な吸気面積が得られ、安定した開閉特性を有し、コンパクトに建造物に配設することができる吸気弁を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の発明の吸気弁は、長径方向の一側部に下向きの外気吸気口を形成するとともに他側部に管体の上端を連通接続する外気下向きの開口部を形成した略長円形状の弁本体と、この弁本体の吸気口に着脱自在に嵌合され内端部に弁座部を形成するとともに中心部に弁杆案内孔部を形成した弁組立筒体と、この弁組立筒体の弁座部に接離自在に当接され常時は前記吸気口を閉塞するとともに前記弁本体の開口部側が減圧されたときに前記吸気口を開口する弁体と、前記弁本体の上面開口部に嵌合され前記吸気口および開口部の上方を覆う覆部材とを備え、前記弁体は、前記弁座部に接離自在に当接され常時はこの弁座部に接触して前記吸気口を閉塞するとともに前記弁本体の開口部側が減圧されたときに前記弁座部より離反し前記吸気口を開口する弁部と、この弁部の中心部から突設され前記弁杆案内孔部に進退自在に内側から外側に挿通された案内杆部とを有し、弁体の弁部は上面を中心部から周縁に向って下方に傾斜した形状に形成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の吸気弁の一実施の形態を図1および図2を参照して説明する。 図1および図2において、11は幅方向が一側部が広く他側部が狭い変形した略長円形状の略長円形状の弁本体で、この弁本体11には、一側部には上下面に貫通した略円筒状の吸気口17が開口され、この吸気口17の内周下部にはねじ溝20が刻設されている。

吸気弁の組立に際しては、弁組立筒体21の嵌合段部23に弾性環体24を嵌合固着してこの弾性環体24の上縁にて弁座部25を形成し、次いで、弁組立筒体21の弁杆案内孔部27の上方から弁体30の案内杆部32の下端から挿通し、この案内杆部32の弁杆案内孔部27から突出した下端のねじ溝にナット35を螺合固定する。この状態で、弁体30はストッパー35により弁組立筒体21の弁杆案内孔部27から案内杆部32が抜け止め保持され、弁体30の案内杆部32が弁組立筒体21の弁杆案内孔部27を進退自在に組立てられ、弁体30の弁部31は弁座部25に接離自在となる。
