Description
【0001】
【0046】
Bg(φ,θ)=(1−ut(θ))B(φ) …(8)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a permanent magnet rotating electric machine and an electric vehicle using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a permanent magnet rotating electrical machine, there is a problem that “cogging torque” due to magnetic fluctuations between the stator and the rotor is generated, preventing smooth rotation.
[0003]
In order to reduce the cogging torque, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-45140 discloses a magnetic that generates grooves in a permanent magnet and generates cogging torque of the same order as that of the cogging torque to be generated, and almost in reverse phase. A permanent magnet rotating electrical machine in which a variable component is provided in a permanent magnet field is described.
[0004]
In addition, the permanent magnet field is not provided with a magnetic fluctuation component in the permanent magnet field, but a permanent component having a structure such as a hole or a groove is provided on the surface of the rotor core located on the outer periphery of the permanent magnet. As the magnet rotating electric machine, there are one described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-103453 and one described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-336917.
[0005]
In the former (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-103453), a hole extending in the axial direction is provided in the rotor core at a position corresponding to an electrical angle of 60 degrees and 120 degrees of the rotor core. The torque and the noise are reduced by reducing the torque at the peak position of the torque ripple and making the torque as a whole uniform.
[0006]
The latter (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-336917) is a rotor core that is uniformly arranged so that the convex portions of the arc-shaped permanent magnets face the rotation center of the rotor, and the diameter of the rotor core is located on the concave portion side of the permanent magnets. A slit extending in the direction is formed. The magnetic resistance of the portion is increased by the slit, the magnetic flux passing therethrough is reduced, and the inductance of the stator winding is reduced, thereby suppressing torque reduction.
[0007]
Also, in an electric vehicle using a permanent magnet rotating electric machine, it is difficult to smoothly decelerate and stop the vehicle due to cogging torque of the permanent magnet rotating electric machine. A mechanism that cuts off the connection between the rotating shaft of the electric machine and the wheel or the wheel drive shaft and a mechanism that absorbs vibration are required.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Although the technique described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-45140 can reduce the cogging torque, since the grooves are provided in the permanent magnet itself, the following problems arise.
[0009]
First, when a permanent magnet is processed, cracks and cracks are likely to occur depending on the material, and the mechanical strength decreases. Second, since the groove is formed on the surface of the permanent magnet, it is necessary to form a large groove in order to sufficiently reduce the cogging torque. Thirdly, in the case of so-called post-magnetization in which the magnet is magnetized after the rotor is formed, if a groove is present on the magnet surface, uniform magnetization is difficult, and the performance as a magnet is degraded.
[0010]
The technique described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-103453 can make the entire torque uniform. However, if holes are provided at an electrical angle of 60 degrees and 120 degrees, the cogging torque can be effectively used. It cannot be reduced.
[0011]
The technique described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-336917 relates to a permanent magnet rotating electrical machine in which the convex part of an arc-type permanent magnet is arranged so as to face the center of the rotor, and aims to improve the magnetic path unique to it. However, it does not effectively reduce the cogging torque of the rotating electrical machine having such an arrangement.
[0012]
In view of the above points, the present invention is a permanent magnet rotating machine with a very small cogging torque without providing a groove on the permanent magnet surface in a block-shaped or trapezoidal or arc-shaped permanent magnet rotating electric machine with convex portions facing the stator side. It is a first object to provide an electric machine.
[0013]
Moreover, in an electric vehicle using a permanent magnet rotating electrical machine, a mechanism for cutting the connection between the rotating shaft and the wheel or the wheel driving shaft as described above or a mechanism for absorbing vibration is provided to suppress cogging torque. As a result, the efficiency is lowered, the assemblability is lowered, and the cost is increased.
[0014]
Accordingly, a second object of the present invention is to eliminate the need for equipment for reducing the influence of cogging torque on a vehicle in an electric vehicle using a permanent magnet rotating electric machine, and to improve the efficiency of the entire electric vehicle.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A feature of the present invention is that a stator having a stator winding, and an inner periphery of the stator are rotatably arranged via a rotation gap, and a block shape, a trapezoidal shape, and a convex portion face the stator side. In a permanent magnet rotating electrical machine, a rotor having a rotor in which a plurality of permanent magnets each having an arc shape are embedded and arranged so as to have a circumferential shape and an alternating polarity of the permanent magnets. At the position of the surface of the iron core between the outer circumference of the outer circumference of the rotor core and the outer surface of the circumferential width of the permanent magnet and at the position corresponding to the vicinity of the center of the magnetic pole of the permanent magnet, A groove for generating a magnetic fluctuation is provided to reduce the cogging torque caused by the magnetic fluctuation. Alternatively, a cogging torque generated by magnetic fluctuations during rotation of the stator and the rotor at a position between the outer peripheral portion of the rotor core and the outer surface of the circumferential width of the permanent magnet and at a position corresponding to the vicinity of the center of the magnetic pole of the permanent magnet This is because a hole for generating a magnetic fluctuation for reducing the above is provided.
[0016]
Another feature of the present invention resides in that the permanent magnet rotating electrical machine is used as a drive motor in an electric vehicle including a drive motor that directly drives a wheel or a wheel drive shaft.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a three-phase 8-pole / 48-slot 50 kW permanent magnet rotating electric machine will be described below with reference to FIG. 1 showing one pole pair. First, in FIG. 1, a

FIG. 2 shows the magnetic field analysis result for one pole when there is no groove in order to compare the effect of the presence or absence of a groove on the surface of the rotor core in the present invention, and FIG. 3 shows one pole in the shape of FIG. It shows the cogging torque of minutes (
[0020]
FIG. 4 shows the magnetic field analysis result for one pole when the rotor core surface of the present invention has a groove of 1 mm in depth, and FIG. 5 shows one pole in the shape of FIG. ) Shows the cogging torque.
[0021]
From FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the cogging torque from the peak to the peak when there is no groove on the rotor core surface is 11.4 Nm, whereas the cogging torque when there is a groove on the rotor surface of the present invention is The cogging torque can be reduced to 40% by adding a groove.
[0022]
On the other hand, FIG. 6 shows the magnetic field analysis result for one pole when there is no groove in order to compare the effect of the presence or absence of a groove on the magnet surface in the conventional example, and FIG. 7 shows one pole in the shape of FIG. It shows the cogging torque of minutes (
[0023]
FIG. 8 shows the magnetic field analysis result for one pole when the surface of the magnet has a groove having a depth of 1 mm in the conventional example, and FIG. 9 shows one pole (
[0024]
From FIG. 7 and FIG. 9, the cogging torque from peak to peak when there is no groove on the magnet surface is 21.6 Nm, whereas the cogging torque when there is a groove on the permanent magnet surface is 18.5 Nm, By providing the groove, the cogging torque can be reduced to 85%.
[0025]
FIG. 10 shows a change in cogging torque value depending on the presence or absence of the groove of the present invention and the conventional example. The cogging torque can be greatly reduced when the groove is formed on the surface of the rotor core of the present invention compared to the case where the groove is formed on the surface of the magnet of the present invention, even though the groove of the same depth is provided. I understand. This is due to the fact that the change in magnetic energy due to the presence or absence of grooves in the rotor core is larger than the change in magnetic energy due to the presence or absence of grooves in the permanent magnet.
[0026]
In order to achieve the same cogging torque in the present invention and the conventional example, the groove on the magnet surface must be deepened in the conventional example, and in addition to the above-mentioned difficulties in manufacturing and mechanical strength, the windage loss increases. Efficiency is reduced.
[0027]
In the present invention, since the groove is formed on the surface of the rotor core, a die provided with a groove in die cutting of the laminated steel plate may be used, and the production is easy. Mechanical strength is stronger than the conventional example, windage loss can be reduced, and efficiency is improved.
[0028]
The principle of generation of cogging torque in this type of rotating electric machine will be described below with reference to FIG. In general, the cogging torque is caused by a change in magnetic energy in the

In the figure, for the sake of convenience, the following description will be made assuming that the armature portion (c) moves relative to the permanent magnet magnetic pole (b) contrary to the actual case.
[0030]
In the figure, the cogging torque Tc can be expressed by the following equation where θ is the moving angle of the armature part (c) with respect to the permanent magnet magnetic pole (b) and E (θ) is the magnetic energy of the entire gap. .
[0031]
[Expression 1]
[0032]
On the other hand, the magnetic energy ΔE (θ) per minute physique dφ at an arbitrary angle in the gap can be expressed by assuming that μ 0 is the permeability of air, B g (φθ) is the magnetic flux density of the gap, and K 1 is a constant ( 2) It is expressed by the formula.
[0033]
[Expression 2]
[0034]
Therefore, the magnetic energy E (θ) of the entire gap is expressed by equation (3), where P is the number of permanent magnet magnetic poles.
[0035]
[Equation 3]
[0036]
In general, when there is no winding groove, the gap magnetic flux density B (φ) is decomposed into harmonics, and if B n is the peak value of the harmonics of B (φ), it is expressed by the following equation.
[0037]
[Expression 4]
[0038]
Furthermore, harmonic harmonic content of S (phi) of S n (phi) as an energy function S (phi), the K n DC component of S n (phi), the S an, of S n (phi) is the gap portion The following equation is defined when the peak of the wave is used (FIG. 11 (f)).
[0039]
[Equation 5]
[0040]
Here, it is considered that the influence on the magnetic flux density of the winding groove is that the gap magnetic flux density on the groove portion is reduced or becomes zero. Therefore, W is defined as the winding groove width in the following function that uses only the position of the groove as a unit (FIG. 11 (e)).
[0041]
[Formula 6]
[0042]
[Expression 7]
[0043]
By using the above function, the presence of winding grooves can be expressed by the following ut (θ), where α 1 , α 2 ,... Α n are winding groove positions and nα is the number of winding grooves.
[0044]
[Equation 8]
[0045]
Therefore, the distribution of magnetic flux density including the winding groove is
[Equation 9]
B g (φ, θ) = (1−ut (θ)) B (φ) (8)
When substituting equation (8) into equation (3),
[0047]
[Expression 10]
[0048]
It becomes. By the way, since the first term of the equation (9) is not a function of θ, it obviously does not affect the cogging torque from the equation (1). Therefore, the cogging torque Tc is
[0049]
[Expression 11]
[0050]
S (φ) represents an energy function when there is no winding groove, and this is expressed by the following equation.
[0051]
[Expression 12]
[0052]
Accordingly, the cogging torque will be described with reference to FIG. 11. The energy function sum E1 in which the positional relationship before movement (FIG. (E)) in the energy function E (θ) shown in FIG. And an energy function E2 indicating (d) after movement.
[0053]
Since it is difficult to find the variation directly from FIG. 11 (f), further expansion of the expression (11) is as follows.
[0054]
[Formula 13]
[0055]
Therefore, the cogging torque can be decomposed into each harmonic component from the equation (12). This indicates that each harmonic component of the cogging torque is given as a variation of the sum of the winding groove positions of the energy function of the same harmonic component.
[0056]
In this embodiment, the permanent magnet rotating electrical machine that generates cogging torque according to the above theory is the same as the cogging torque generated by the
[0057]

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the surface of the rotor core is fixed at a position between the outer peripheral portion of the rotor core and the outer surface of the circumferential width of the permanent magnet and at a position corresponding to the vicinity of the center of the magnetic pole of the permanent magnet. Partial and permanent magnets between the outer surface of the circumferential width of the permanent magnets on the outer periphery of the rotor core and the grooves for generating magnetic fluctuations for reducing the cogging torque caused by the magnetic fluctuations during rotation of the rotor and the rotor Since a hole for generating magnetic fluctuation for reducing cogging torque caused by magnetic fluctuation during rotation of the stator and rotor is provided at a position corresponding to the vicinity of the center of the magnetic pole , a groove is provided in the permanent magnet field. Compared to the above, a cogging torque can be effectively reduced with a small groove or hole, and a permanent magnet rotating electrical machine excellent in workability and mechanical strength can be provided.
[0065]
In addition, according to the present invention, since the permanent magnet rotating electric machine is used as a drive motor for an electric vehicle that directly drives a wheel or a wheel drive shaft, smooth deceleration and stop are realized, and the electric vehicle as a whole is realized. Efficiency can be increased.
