前記従来の仕切り板付き缶は、一旦開口すると、開口部を塞ぐことができないので、外蓋を必要とする問題点があった。また従来の缶は、缶口部内壁へ環状鍔を一体的に設けるには、別製の筒口部を缶口部へ連設していたので、缶の製造を複雑化し、製造価格の高騰を招く問題点もあった。

この発明は、帽状蓋の頂板下面へ摺り切り片を設けると共に、帽状蓋を固定蓋部と開閉蓋部とに分け、使用時には開閉蓋部を開くようにし、外蓋不用の摺り切り片付き蓋を得て、前記従来の問題点を解決したのである。また缶体は缶胴材を縦に溶接接合することにより、缶口部へ内鍔を一体成形しても、加工に無理がなく、良好に仕上げることができる。
