Description

【0001】
【0133】

Embodiment
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The hook receiver of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 mainly includes a support member 31, an inner hook locking member 32, an outer hook locking member 33, a set of bolts 34, and a wing nut 34 ′. This is a component.
[0037]
The support member 31 is formed by bending a band, and its inner end (building side) is bent downward to form a fixed portion 36 for the mounting surface 35 of the building, and a mounting plate 37 is fixed to the fixed portion 36. is doing. A first mounting portion 38 is formed which is bent outwardly from the upper end of the fixing portion 36, that is, in a direction away from the building and extends horizontally outward. The first mounting portion 38 extends horizontally through a downward inclined portion 39. The second mounting portion 41 is formed.
[0038]
A horizontal outer ear pinching part 43 is formed from the tip of the second attachment part 41 through the upward inclined part 42.
[0039]
The inner hook locking member 32 is also formed by bending a band, and has a fixing portion 45 fixed to the lower surface of the first mounting portion 38 by a rivet 44, and the inner end of the fixing portion 45 faces downward. In addition to being bent, it is further bent outward to form a U-shaped inner ear locking portion 46. An inner receiving portion 47 is formed by bending the outer end of the inner ear locking portion 46 downward.
[0040]
The outer ear locking member 33 is also formed by bending a band. The outer end of the horizontal slide mounting portion 52 is bent upward, and further bent inward, so that an inverted L-shaped outer ear locking portion 48 is formed. Is forming. Further, the inner end portion of the slide mounting portion 52 is bent downward to form an inner gripping portion 49, and the lower end thereof is bent obliquely outward to form an inclined guide portion 51.
[0041]
A long slide hole 53 is formed in the above-mentioned slide mounting portion 52 in the inner and outer directions, and the portion provided with the slide hole 53 is overlapped on the lower surface of the second mounting portion 41 of the support member 31, and a downwardly facing corner is formed on the overlapping portion of both. A letter-shaped stopper 54 is fitted from above. Then, the bolt 34 is inserted into the slide hole 53, the second attachment portion 41, and the shift stopper 54, and the wing nut 34 ′ is screwed into the bolt 34, and is tightened to the support member 31. Are slidably coupled.
[0042]
The position of the outer end of the slide hole 53 is such that when the outer ear locking member 33 slides inward (in the direction approaching the building), the outer ear locking portion 48 is shown in FIG. In this way, it reaches the opposite position below the outer ear-hook holding portion 43 of the support member 31 with a gap equivalent to or slightly larger than the thickness of the hook 1, and the inner hook portion 49 is in contact with the inner ear-holding portion 46. And a gap that is equal to or slightly larger than the thickness of the heel 1, that is, a gap that sandwiches the heel inner side wall 5, and is set to reach the opposing position.
[0043]
Further, the position of the inner end of the slide hole 53 is such that when the outer ear locking member 33 is slid most outward, the outer hook between the outer hook locking portion 48 and the outer hook holding portion 43 is located. A gap through which the ear 2 can pass sufficiently is formed, and a gap through which the inner hook 4 can pass sufficiently is formed between the inner holding portion 49 and the inner receiving portion 47.
[0044]
The hook receiver of the first embodiment is as described above. After fixing the mounting plate 37 of the support member 31 to the mounting surface 35 of the building with the nail 55, the wing nut 34 'is loosened as shown in FIG. The outer ear-hook locking member 33 is slid to the maximum extent outward. Next, the outer hook 2 of the hook 1 is locked to the outer hook locking portion 48 (see the one-dot chain line in FIG. 3), and the operator rotates the hook 1 inward with the locking portion as the center.
[0045]
If it does so, the inner side ear 4 will be pushed up along the guide part 51, and the inner wall 5 of the heel 1 will be lifted in the state along the inner side holding part 49, as shown by the continuous line of FIG. In this state, the outer hook-and-hook locking member 33 is pushed inward together with the hook 1 and is slid to the maximum extent (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 3) to fasten and fix the wing nut 34 ′.
[0046]
As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, the outer hook 2 is held between the outer hook locking portion 48 and the outer hook holding portion 43, and an upward force acts on the outer hook 2. It is obstructed by the outer ear pinching part 43 and does not come off.
[0047]
At the same time, the inner side wall 5 of the heel 1 is held between the inner receiving portion 47 and the inner holding portion 49, so that the inner inner ear 4 does not come off. Further, since the inner wall 5 is sandwiched from both the inner and outer surfaces, deformation of the ridge 1 is prevented even when wind blowing up the mounting surface 35 is blown.
[0048]
Instead of bending the inner gripping portion 49 downward as described above, as shown in FIG. 4, the outer end of the horizontal portion 52 is bent downward, and further bent obliquely upward to form a guide surface 51 ′. The upper end of the guide surface 51 ′ may be bent upward to form the inner holding portion 49 that faces the inner receiving portion 47 with a gap sandwiching the inner wall 5 of the flange. In this case, the inner hook portion 49 contacts the inner side of the inner ear ear 4 and the inner receiving portion 47 contacts the outer side of the inner inner wall wall 5, thereby preventing the inner inner ear 4 from coming off.
[0049]
Although not shown, the inner ear locking part 46 uses an independent component such as the inner ear locking member 32 by forming a part of the support member 31 by cutting it downward. It can also be formed without.
[0050]
Furthermore, when a locking step 56 that is bent inward is provided at the lower part of the outer hook 2 of the heel 1 as shown by a one-dot chain line in FIG. 1, the outer hook 2 is lifted by the locking step 56. Since this can be prevented, the inclined portion 42 and the outer ear pinching portion 43 extending from the tip of the second mounting portion 41 of the support member 31 can be omitted.
[0051]
As shown in FIG. 5, the inner gripping portion 49 formed at the inner end of the slide mounting portion 52 of the outer hook locking member 33 does not bend the inner end of the slide mounting portion 52. The stopper 46 is formed at a position higher than the slide mounting portion 52, and the inner wall 5 is formed between the inner receiving portion 47 and the inner end of the slide mounting portion 52 by approaching or contacting the inner surface of the inner wall 5. Can be pinched. However, when it becomes necessary to slide the hook 1 in its length direction during construction, the hook 1 may be difficult to slide smoothly.
[0052]
For this reason, as shown in FIG. 5, the inner gripping portion 49 is formed of a disc as a separate member, and is rotatably attached by the pin 61, and a part of the outer peripheral surface is brought into contact with the inner wall 5. In this way, the sliding resistance of the heel 1 is reduced, so that it can be smoothly slid.
[0053]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the inner gripping portion 49 is formed by extending the inner end of the slide mounting portion 52 as it is onto the inner ear locking portion 46, and between the inner ear locking portion 46. You may make it leave the gap | interval which pinches | interposes the latching step part 6 of the inner side ear 4. In this case, the inner hook 49 is inserted into the opening 7 of the inner hook 4, and the locking step 6 of the inner hook 4 is vertically moved by the inner hook 49 and the inner hook locking portion 46. Hold it. Since the inner gripping portion 49 protrudes outward, when the hook ear 4 is locked to this, the hook inner side wall 5 is elastically deformed outward as indicated by a one-dot chain line in FIG. At this time, it is preferable to incline the inner wall 7 ′ of the thumb 4 so that the amount of deformation may be small.
[0054]
Next, in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 7, a slide adjustment hole 57 in the inner and outer directions is provided in the first mounting portion 38 of the support member 31, and the slide adjustment hole 57 and the fixing portion of the inner ear locking member 32 are fixed. A bolt 58 is passed through 45 and fastened with a wing nut 58 '.
[0055]
Further, since the heel 1 uses the one having the locking step 56 at the lower portion of the outer ear 2, the inclined portion 42 and the outer ear pinching portion 43 (see FIG. 1) of the support member 31 are omitted. . In addition, the inner end of the outer hook locking member 33 forms an inner gripping portion 49 by bending the inner end of the slide mounting portion 52 upward. The inner gripping portion 49 faces the inner receiving portion 47 with a gap for gripping the inner wall 5. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment described above.
[0056]
The attaching operation of the scissors 1 is performed in the same manner as described above. However, in the case of the second embodiment, when the fastening of both the bolts and nuts 34, 34 ', 58, 58' is loosened, the scissors 1 and the inner ears are connected The three members of the locking member 32 and the outer ear locking member 33 can be slid inward and outward together. Accordingly, the adjustment of the eaves 1 (adjustment of the eaves appearance with respect to the eaves) can be freely performed.
[0057]
The hook receiving device of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 8 is used in the case of an inward type in which the inner hook 4 of the hook 1 protrudes inward from the inner wall 5.
[0058]
In this case, an inverted L-shaped inner receiving member 59 is fixed to the first mounting portion 38 of the support member 31 by the rivet 44. The downward vertical portion of the inner receiving member 59 becomes an inner receiving portion 60 along the inner side of the inner ear 4 and the inner wall 5 (building side). The inner receiving portion 60 can be formed by cutting and raising a part of the support member 31.
[0059]
Further, the inner end of the slide mounting portion 52 of the outer hook-and-loop locking member 33 is bent downward to form the inner gripping portion 49, and the lower end thereof is bent obliquely outward to form the inclined guide portion 51. is doing. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment (see FIG. 1).
[0060]
In the above case as well, the heel 1 is attached after the outer hook-and-loop locking member 33 is slid outward. At this time, interference occurs and the fitting is difficult due to the inner inner ear 4 projecting inward, but when the inner wall 5 of the heel 1 is elastically deformed outward as shown by the one-dot chain line in FIG. The hook ear 4 can be easily locked to the inner holding portion 49 (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 8).
[0061]
After being locked in this way, when the outer hook-and-hook locking member 33 is slid inward together with the hook 1, the inner gripping portion 49 is engaged with the lower surface of the inner hook 4 as shown by the solid line in FIG. At the same time, the inner wall 5 is clamped between the inner gripping portion 49 and the inner receiving portion 60 to prevent detachment.
[0062]
9 is a case where the basket 1 is attached close to the mounting surface 35 of the building, and the inner receiving member 59 in the third embodiment shown in FIG. 8 is omitted. In addition, the inner wall 5 of the heel 1 is sandwiched between the mounting plate 37 fixed to the fixing portion 36 and the inner gripping portion 49. Others are the same as the third embodiment of FIG. Reference numeral 38 'denotes a horizontal portion formed by bending the upper end of the fixed portion 36 outward, and 41' denotes an attachment portion formed through the downward inclined portion 39 on the horizontal portion 38 '.
[0063]
In the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the inner gripping portion 49 of the outer hook-and-loop locking member 33 is pressed against the inner wall 5 of the hook 1 and is sandwiched between the inner gripping portion 49 and the mounting plate 37 without gaps. In this state, when the bolt 34 and the nut 34 ′ are tightened, a substantially rectangular shape surrounded by the mounting plate 37, the fixing portion 36, the horizontal portion 38 ′, the inclined portion 39, the outer hook-and-loop locking member 33, and the inner gripping portion 49. The frame-shaped part is configured. For this reason, the part (upper end bending part of the fixing | fixed part 36, horizontal part 38 'etc.) near the attachment surface 35 of the supporting member 31 is reinforced.
[0064]
The above-described reinforcing action is the same in a fifth embodiment (FIGS. 10 to 12) described later and its modified examples (FIGS. 13 to 15).
[0065]
10 to 12, the basic structure of the support member 31 and the outer ear locking member 33 is the same as that of the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. However, it is different in the slidable coupling structure of the outer ear locking member 33 to the support member 31.
[0066]
That is, the lower pin hole 63 provided in the slide mounting portion 52 of the outer ear locking member 33 is opposed to the central portion of the mounting portion 41 ′ of the support member 31, and an upper pin hole 64 having a smaller diameter is provided. The rivet pin 65 is inserted through the upper pin hole 64 and the lower pin hole 63 so as to be movable up and down. The rivet pin 65 has an upper head 66 and a lower head 67.
[0067]
The upper head 66 has a diameter larger than that of the upper pin hole 64. The lower head 67 is smaller in diameter than the lower pin hole 63 but larger in diameter than the upper pin hole 64. The lower half of the upper pin hole 64 is tapered so that the lower end has the same diameter as that of the lower pin hole 63, and the lower head 67 can be fitted into the tapered portion. This tapered portion is referred to as a fitting portion 68 of the lower head 67.
[0068]
In addition, when the lower head 67 is formed relatively thin, the fitting portion 68 can be replaced with a gap existing between the support member 33 and the attachment portion 41 ′.
[0069]
On both sides of the upper pin hole 64 in the inner and outer directions, rivets 69 and 69 ′ are fitted into the attachment portion 41 ′. Corresponding to each rivet 69, 69 ′, the slide mounting portion 52 of the outer ear locking member 33 is provided with slide holes 71, 71 ′, and the lower end of each rivet 69, 69 ′ is the slide hole 71. , 71 'are inserted with required margins. The slide holes 71 and 71 ′ are provided at two locations in a state in which the lower head 67 of the rivet pin 65 is fitted into the fitting portion 68 (see FIG. 12) as will be described later. This is because the outer ear locking member 33 may be rotated with respect to the support member 31 when the number of the holes is one. There is no fear when it is provided in two places.
[0070]
The selection of the outer end position and the inner end position of each of the slide holes 71 and 71 ′ is the same as the selection of the inner and outer ends of the slide hole 53 described in the first embodiment.
[0071]
The scissor support of the fifth embodiment is as described above, and an operator reverses the top and bottom of the scissor support before attaching it to the building. Then, the lower head 67 of the rivet pin 65 falls into the fitting portion 68. Therefore, the outer ear-hook locking member 33 can be slid with respect to the support member 31, and is pulled out outward. After that, the hook receiving device is returned to the original posture, and the mounting plate 37 of the support member 31 is fixed to the mounting surface 35 of the building by the nail 55 (see FIG. 12).
[0072]
Thereafter, the outer hook 2 of the heel 1 is locked to the outer hook locking portion 48 (see the one-dot chain line in FIG. 12), and the inner hook 4 is locked to the inner holding portion 49. Thereafter, when the heel 1 is pushed into the building side together with the outer side ear locking member 33, the rivet pin 65 falls into the lower pin hole 63 as shown in FIG. 10, and between the inner gripping portion 49 and the mounting plate 37. The inner wall 5 of the basket 1 is clamped. The outer hook-and-loop locking member 33 is restricted from moving inward and outward by the rivet pin 65 and is supported by the support member 31 by the rivets 69 and 69 ′.
[0073]
When the outer hook-and-loop locking member 33 is slid outward after the support member 31 is fixed to the mounting surface 35, the operator picks up the upper head 66 of the rivet pin 65 with a fingertip and lifts the lower head 67. After pulling up to the fitting part 68, the outer ear-hook locking member 33 is slid outward.
[0074]
FIG. 13 shows a modification of the fifth embodiment in which the outer ear locking portion 48 is bent and deformed in accordance with the rising shape of the outer ear 2 of the heel 1. FIG. 14 also shows a modification of the fifth embodiment, in which an auxiliary member 73 is fixed to the tip of the outer ear locking member 33 and an outer ear locking portion 48 is provided at the upper end of the auxiliary member 73. At the same time, a bottom presser 73 is provided at the lower end.
[0075]
FIG. 15 also shows a modified example of the fifth embodiment. In this case, an inverted L-shaped inner receiving member 59 is fixed to the lower surface of the first mounting portion 38 of the support member 31, and the inner receiving member 59. The inner wall 5 of the bag 1 is clamped between the inner receiving part 60 and the inner holding part 49. In this case, the fixed portion 36 and the mounting plate 37 fixed to the fixing portion 36 are given a required angle in accordance with the inclination angle of the mounting surface 35.
[0076]
In the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the fifth embodiment shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, and the modification of the fifth embodiment shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, Since the building-side outer surface is received by the mounting plate 37, the basket 1 is attached to the building mounting surface 35 almost in close contact.
[0077]
However, when the position of the eaves 1 is attached at a certain distance from the attachment surface 35 in accordance with the design of the building, the configuration as in the third embodiment (see FIG. 8) must be taken. However, in the configuration of the third embodiment, all loads are received at the portion of the first attachment portion 38 of the support member 31. For this reason, in order to cope with an excessive load such as heavy snow, it is necessary to take a strengthening measure such as increasing the thickness of the support member 31. However, in the next sixth embodiment (see FIG. 16), the thickness of the support member 31 is increased. The first attachment portion 38 and its vicinity are strengthened without changing the height.
[0078]
That is, the support member 31 of the sixth embodiment shown in FIG. 16 has an outer clamping side 75 that contacts the inner wall 5 of the heel 1, and the upper end of the outer clamping side 75 is bent outwardly horizontally, The horizontal portion 38 'is formed.
[0079]
Further, the lower end of the outer sandwiching side 75 is bent inward (building side), further upwardly bent to form a fixed side 76, and the upper end of the fixed side 76 is bent outward to form the horizontal portion 38 ′. It is stacked on top and secured with rivets 77. Thereby, a rectangular frame-shaped fixing portion 36 ′ including the outer sandwiching side 75 and the fixed side 76 is formed.
[0080]
An upper mounting plate 37 a and a lower mounting plate 37 b are fixed to the fixed side 76, and each of these mounting plates 37 a and 37 b is fixed to the mounting surface 35 with a nail 55. If it does so, the cage | basket 1 will be attached in the position away from the building by the width | variety of said fixed part 36 '.
[0081]
In this case, since the fixing portion 36 ′ is formed in a rectangular frame shape, the strength is remarkably improved. Moreover, the inner side wall 5 of the heel 1 is clamped by the outer clamping side 75 and the inner clamping portion 49 without any gaps. As a result, a quadrangle is formed by the outer holding side 75, the horizontal portion 38 ′, the inclined portion 39, the outer ear-hook locking member 33, and the inner holding portion 49, so that the horizontal portion 38 ′, the inclined portion 39 and the like are also reinforced. The
Other configurations are the same as those of the above-described embodiments.
[0082]
In the seventh embodiment shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, the inner hook 4 is formed to protrude outward (building side) of the hook 1, and the horizontal portion 38 ′ and the fixing portion 36 are reinforced. Is.
[0083]
That is, the fixed portion 36 is divided into an upper fixed side 36a and a lower fixed side 36b, and an upper end of the upper fixed side 36a is bent outward to form a horizontal portion 38 '.
[0084]
Further, the lower end of the upper fixed side 36a is bent outward to form an inner hook locking portion 46, and the outer end thereof is bent downward and the outer holding side 49 'along the inner wall 5 of the heel 1 is formed. Is formed. Further, the lower end of the outer clamping side 49 ′ is bent inward to form an inward bent side 78, and the inner end of the inward bent side 78 is bent upward to form the lower fixed side 36b. Yes. The lower fixed side 36b may be bent downward.
[0085]
An upper mounting plate 37a is fixed to the upper fixed side 36a, and a lower mounting plate 37b is fixed to the lower fixed side 36b.
[0086]
The heel 1 has its inner inner ear 4 locked to the inner inner ear locking portion 46 and the inner wall of the heel 1 between the inner clamping portion 49 and the outer clamping side 49 ′ of the outer ear locking member 33. 5 is pinched without gaps. As a result, a polygon is formed by the upper fixed side 36a, the horizontal portion 38 ', the inclined portion 39, the outer ear-hook locking member 33, the inner pinching portion 49, and the inner ear-hook locking portion 46, and the horizontal portion 38' is reinforced. Is done.
[0087]
When the upper fixed side 36a and the lower fixed side 36b are each fixed to the mounting surface 35 with the nail 55, the portion including the fixed sides 36a, 36b, the inner locking portion 46, the outer clamping side 49 ', and the mounting surface 35 is reinforced. Form a working rectangle.
[0088]
FIG. 19 is one of the modified examples of the seventh embodiment. In this case, the inner inner ear locking portion 46 of the fixing portion 36 is set to the same height as the slide mounting portion 52 of the outer ear ear locking member 33. Forming. For this reason, even if the inner side ear 4 of the heel 1 is outward as shown by a solid line in the figure, it can be used even when it is inward as shown by a one-dot chain line.
[0089]
FIG. 20 shows a second modification of the seventh embodiment (see FIGS. 17 and 18). In this case, the lower fixed side 36b in the fixed portion 36 is formed long so as to overlap the back surface of the upper fixed side 36a, and the upper fixing side 36a and one of the lower fixed side 36b stacked on the upper fixed side 36b are formed by the upper mounting plate 37a. The part is fixed to the mounting surface 35 integrally. Also in this case, the upper fixed side 36a, the outer ear locking member 33, the outer clamping side 49 ', the bent side 78, and the lower fixed side 36b form a reinforcing quadrangular shape.
[0090]
FIG. 21 is a third modification of the seventh embodiment. In this case, the lower fixed side 36 b is bent downward along the attachment surface 35. A nail hole is directly provided in the lower fixed side 36 b and attached with a nail 55. Further, in order to limit the movement of the outer hook-and-loop locking member 33 when the bolt 34 and the nut 34 'are loosened, the same lower pin as described in FIG. 10 (fifth embodiment) is used. An upper pin hole 64 having a hole 63 and a fitting portion 68 is provided, and a rivet pin 65 having an upper head 66 and a lower head 67 is fitted into these holes. The rivet pin 65 picks up the rivet pin 65 (see the one-dot chain line in FIG. 21) and moves the lower head 67 into the fitting portion 68 when the outer hook-and-loop locking member 33 is moved. When the outer hook-and-loop locking member 33 is returned to the original position, the rivet pin 65 falls into the lower pin hole 63 without permission and restricts the movement of the outer hook-and-loop locking member 33.
[0091]
22 and 23 show a fourth modification of the seventh embodiment. Also in this case, the fixing portion 36 has an upper fixing side 36a and a lower fixing side 36b, and forms a protruding portion 90 in which the inner hook locking portion 46, the outer clamping side 49 ', and the bent side 78 are projected outward. Yes. In this case, the mounting plate 37 is composed of one member. As shown in FIG. 23, mounting portions 37a and 37a are provided on both sides, and an intermediate plate projecting outward by the thickness of the support member 31 between them. A mounting portion 37b is provided.
[0092]
The intermediate mounting portion 37b is provided with a square hole 91, and the protruding portion 90 is fitted with no gap from the inside of the square hole 91, and the sandwiching side 49 'of the protruding portion 90 protrudes outward.
[0093]
With the protrusion 90 fitted to the square hole 91 as described above, between the intermediate attachment portion 37b and the upper fixed side 36a and between the intermediate attachment portion 37b and the lower portion, above and below the square hole 91. The side 36b is fixed by a rivet 92 and integrated.

The support member 31 bends the inner end of the horizontal portion 38 ′ downward and further bends outward to form an inner ear locking portion 46. The outer end of the inner ear locking portion 46 faces downward. The inner receiving portion 47 is formed by bending the inner receiving portion 47.
[0098]
In addition, a downwardly inclined portion 39, an attaching portion 41 ′, an upwardly inclined portion 42, and an outer ear pinching portion 43 are formed in this order on the outer end of the horizontal portion 38 ′. The suspension bolt 82 is inserted into the mounting portion 41 ′.
[0099]
The outer hook locking member 33 is the same as that described above (seventh embodiment in FIG. 17). The lower end of the suspension bolt 82 is inserted into the slide hole 53, and the above-described upper and lower nuts 83, 83 are inserted. Fixed by '.
[0100]
When hooking the hook 1, loosen one of the upper and lower nuts 83, 83 ′ and slide the outer hook-and-hook locking member 33 outward (see the alternate long and short dash line). 2 is locked to the outer hook-and-loop locking portion 48, and the outer hook-and-hook locking member 33 is slid inward together with the hook 1. The inner inner ear 4 is locked to the inner inner ear locking portion 46, and the inner holding portion 49 is pressed against the inner surfaces of the inner inner ear 4 and the inner side wall 5 and is held between the inner receiving portion 47. Then, the nuts 83 and 83 ′ are fastened and fixed.
[0101]
In the ninth embodiment shown in FIG. 25, the attachment member 85, the support member 31, and the outer ear-hook locking member 33 are the main members. The mounting member 85 is provided with a fixing portion 36 by bending the inner end of the horizontal first mounting portion 38 a downward, and the mounting plate 37 is fixed to the fixing portion 36. A downward inclined portion 39a is formed at the outer end of the first mounting portion 38a, and a horizontal second mounting portion 41a is formed at the lower end thereof.
[0102]
The support member 31 bends the inner end of the horizontal portion 38 ′ downward and further bends outward to form an inner ear locking portion 46. The outer end of the inner ear locking portion 46 faces downward. The inner receiving portion 47 is formed by bending the inner receiving portion 47. In addition, a downwardly inclined portion 39, an attaching portion 41 ′, an upwardly inclined portion 42, and an outer ear pinching portion 43 are formed in this order on the outer end of the horizontal portion 38 ′.
[0103]
In addition, slide holes 86 and 87 are provided in the horizontal portion 38 'and the mounting portion 41' of the support member 31, respectively.
[0104]
The outer hook-and-loop locking member 33 is formed by forming an outer hook-and-loop locking portion 48 at the outer end of the slide mounting portion 52 and an inner clamping portion 49 and a guide portion 51 at the inner end, and slides on the slide mounting portion 52. A hole 53 is provided.
[0105]
A portion of the slide hole 87 of the support member 31 is overlaid on the lower surface of the second attachment portion 41a of the attachment member 85, and further, a portion of the slide hole 53 of the outer ear locking member 33 is overlaid on the lower surface thereof.
[0106]
And these parts are fitted with the stopper metal fitting 54, inserted through the second bolt 34b, and fastened with the second wing nut 34'b. Further, a portion of the slide hole 86 of the support member 31 is overlaid on the lower surface of the first mounting portion 38a, and the slip-off preventing metal fitting 54 'is fitted to that portion. Then, the first bolt 34a is inserted into the shift stopper 54 ', the first attachment portion 38a, and the slide hole 86 and fastened by the first wing nut 34'a.
[0107]
Further, three lower pin holes 63 are provided in the slide mounting portion 52 of the outer ear locking portion 33, and the upper pin holes 64 are correspondingly provided in the mounting portion 41 ′ of the outer ear locking member. Provided. The lower half of the upper pin hole 64 is a fitting portion 68 that is enlarged in a tapered shape.
[0108]
A rivet pin 65 having an upper head 66 and a lower head 67 is inserted into the upper pin hole 64 and any one lower pin hole 63. The relationship among the sizes of the heads 66 and 67, the lower pin hole 63, the upper pin hole 64, and the fitting portion 68 is the same as that in the above-described embodiment (for example, the fifth embodiment in FIG. 10).
[0109]
The hook holder of the ninth embodiment shown in FIG. 25 above loosens the second wing nut 34'b and picks up the rivet pin 65 with a fingertip (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 25). The ear-hook locking member 33 is slid outward. The manner of pushing inward after locking the outer hook 2 of the heel 1 is the same as in the above-described embodiments, and after the first wing nut 34'a is fastened, the rivet pin 65 is fastened. Is dropped into the lower pin hole 63.
[0110]
After adjusting the hook 1 after attaching the hook 1 as described above, as described above, the second wing nut 34'b is loosened, the rivet pin 65 is lifted, and the first wing nut is further lifted. 34'a is also loosened, and the support member 31, the outer hook-and-loop locking member 33, and the hook 1 are integrally slid inward and outward with respect to the attachment member 85 (see the two-dot chain line). Thereafter, the first wing nut 34 ′ a and the second wing nut 34 ′ b are tightened, and the rivet pin 65 is dropped into the other lower pin hole 63.
[0111]
In the above-described embodiments, the mounting portions 41 and 41 ′ of the support member 31 and the vertical relationship between the weights of the slide mounting portion 52 of the outer ear locking member 32 are as follows. The relationship was such that the slide mounting portion 52 was in the lower order (see, for example, FIGS. 1, 8, and 10). In this case, the load of the heel 1 is received by the support member 31 from the lower slide mounting portion 52 via the bolt 34 and nut 34 '(rivets 69 and 69' in the case of FIG. 10), so the bolt 34 and nut 34 '. The load concentrates on the portion (rivets 69 and 69 'in the case of FIG. 10). In particular, as shown in FIG. 8, in the type in which the inner hook 4 is directed inward of the hook 1, the entire load of the hook 1 is applied to the bolt 34 and the nut 34 ′.
[0112]
Thus, it is not desirable in terms of durability that the load of the kite 1 is concentrated. Therefore, in the tenth embodiment shown in FIGS. 26 to 34 and its modification, the load is distributed by reversing the vertical relationship of the weight portion.
[0113]
That is, the hook receiving device of the tenth embodiment shown in FIGS. 26 to 28 includes the support member 31, the outer hook-and-loop locking member 33, and the side plate member 94 as in the above-described embodiments.
[0114]
In the same manner as described above (see, for example, FIG. 9), the support member 31 is bent outward at the upper end of the fixed portion 36 to the building to form a horizontal portion 38 ′, and the tip of the horizontal portion 38 ′ is inclined downward. The inclined portion 39 is bent so as to be bent, and the tip of the inclined portion 39 is bent horizontally to form the attachment portion 41 ′. A mounting plate 37 is fixed to the fixing portion 36.
[0115]
On the other hand, the outer hook locking member 33 is provided with an outer hook locking portion 48 at the outer end of the slide mounting portion 52, and the side plate member 94 is fixed to the inner end of the slide mounting portion 52 by a rivet 95. (See FIG. 28).
[0116]
As shown in FIG. 27, the side plate member 94 is provided with a fixing portion 96 mounted on the upper surface of the slide mounting portion 52 and side plates 98 lowered by a step portion 97 on both sides of the fixing portion 96, respectively. 98 extends in parallel with both sides of the horizontal portion 38 ′ of the support member 31 and faces both sides of the mounting plate 37 of the support member 31 with a predetermined interval.
[0117]
The inner end (end on the building side) of the side plate 98 is bent downward to form the inner gripping portion 49, and the inclined guide portion 51 is formed at the lower end thereof.
[0118]
The outer outer ear locking member 33 overlaps the slide mounting portion 52 on the mounting portion 41 ′ of the support member 31. As a result, the stepped portion 97 of the side plate member 94 integrated with the outer ear locking member 33 is bent with a height corresponding to the thickness of the slide mounting portion 52 and the mounting portion 41 'overlapped. The plates 98, 98 extend horizontally toward the building at the height of the attachment portion 91 ′.
[0119]
The slide mounting portion 52 is provided with two inner and outer slide holes 71, 71 ′ spaced from each other. The rivets 69, 69 are opposed to the slide holes 71, 71 ′ from the mounting portion 41 ′. 'Is inserted, and the outer ear-hook locking member 33 is slidably supported by the support member 31.
[0120]
Further, an upper pin hole surface is provided in the space between the slide holes 71, 71 ′ of the slide mounting portion 52, and a lower pin hole 63 is provided in the mounting portion 41 ′ correspondingly. The lower half of the upper pin hole 64 is a fitting portion 68 that is expanded in a taper shape.
[0121]
A rivet pin 65 is inserted into the upper pin hole 64 and the lower pin hole 63. The size relationship among the upper head 66 and the lower head 67 of the rivet pin 65, and the upper pin hole 64, the lower pin hole 63, and the fitting portion 68 is the case of the above-described embodiment (for example, the fifth embodiment of FIG. 10). It is the same.
[0122]
In the saddle clamp of the tenth embodiment having the above-described configuration, the lower head 67 is inserted into the fitting portion 68 by reversing or pulling up the rivet pin 65. Thereby, since the outer side ear locking member 33 can be slid with respect to the support member 31, it can attach the collar 1 similarly to the case of each above-mentioned embodiment (for example, 5th Embodiment of FIG. 10). it can.
[0123]
The load of the heel 1 acts on the outer heel ear locking member 33 via the outer heel ear locking portion 48 and the inner heel holding portion 49, but the slide mounting portion 52 is placed on the mounting portion 41 ′ of the support member 31. Since both are in surface contact over a relatively large area, they are dispersed by the load of the heel 1 and received by the support member 31.
[0124]
In addition, in order to reinforce the support member 31, the outer ear locking member and the outer ear locking member 33, the members 31 and 33 are cross-sectioned as shown in FIGS. 29 (a) and 29 (b). The shape may be formed in a downward U shape, and both may be fitted vertically.
[0125]
FIGS. 30 and 31 show a modification of the tenth embodiment, in which the inner hook 4 faces the outer side of the hook 1. In this case, the support member 31 forms the first attachment portion 38 by bending the upper end of the fixing portion 36 outward and horizontally, and the horizontal second attachment portion 41 is provided at the tip thereof via the downward inclined portion 39. The inner ear locking member 32 is attached to the lower surface of the first attachment portion 38 with a rivet 44. The inner ear locking member 32 includes a fixing portion 45, an inner ear locking portion 46, and an inner receiving portion 47.
[0126]
Further, as in the tenth embodiment, the outer hook-and-loop locking member 33 is provided with an outer hook-and-loop locking portion 48 at the outer end of the slide mounting portion 52, and the side plate member 94 is fixed to the inner end by a rivet 95. is doing. The side plate member 94 also has a fixed portion 96, a stepped portion 97, and both side plates 98, as described above, and the inner ends of both side plates 98 are bent downward to form an inner ear pinching portion 79, which is inclined to the lower end thereof. A guide part 51 is formed.
Other configurations are the same as those of the tenth embodiment (see FIG. 26).
[0127]
In the above-described case, the inner hook ear locking member 46 is locked to the inner hook ear locking member 46, and the inner hook ear clamping portion 49 is pressed against the inner side surface thereof (see the one-dot chain line in FIG. 31). Other operations are the same as in the tenth embodiment.
[0128]
32 shows the outer ear locking member 33,... In the tenth embodiment (see FIG. 26) and its modification (see FIG. 30). The side plate member 34 is integrated. In this case, both outer side plates 98 and 98 are integrally formed on the inner end face side of the outer side ear locking member 33 via a stepped portion 97. The inner ends of the side plates 98, 98 are bent downward to form the inner ear pinching portion 49 and the guide portion 51.
[0129]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the attachment can be completed only by attaching the heel while the outer hook-and-loop locking member is slid outward and pulled out, and then sliding and pushing inward.
[0130]
Accordingly, even when the distance between the eaves and the eaves is narrow, the eaves can be easily attached and the number of times of fastening the bolts and nuts is reduced, so that the work efficiency can be improved.
[0131]
Further, since the number of parts can be reduced, the cost can be reduced.
[0132]
When the inner ear locking member is provided inward from the inner side wall of the bag, the inner ear locking member is omitted, and the inner ear locking portion is used as the outer ear locking member. By adopting a configuration provided at the inner end of the lens, a simpler configuration can be achieved.
[0133]
Further, according to the invention of claim 7, wherein the outer ear locking member is attached to the support member with the rivet pin, the rivet pin is pulled out from the lower pin hole only by reversing the upper and lower sides of the hook receiving member. There is the convenience that can slide.
[0134]
Moreover, load resistance can be improved by forming the fixing | fixed part of a supporting member in frame shape.
