Description
【0001】
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a pore shrinkage agent and a pore conspicuousness inhibiting cosmetic comprising the same as an active ingredient.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A pore (follicle pore) is a gap that exists between the hair and the surface of the skin, but if the pore is too large or if a black plug (a mixture of horny and sebum) enters the pore, the pore becomes noticeable. It is not preferable in appearance. Conventional methods for suppressing the conspicuous pores include methods such as concealing pores (filling, blurring, etc.) by applying cosmetics having the same color as the skin, and pore pack treatment (removing square plugs, suppressing sebum secretion, etc.).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, concealing pores does not provide a fundamental solution, and pore pack treatment is effective for removing plugs and the like, and the conspicuous pores are temporarily suppressed, but the effect is not maintained for a long time. For this reason, there has been a demand for a pore contraction agent that continuously reduces pores and makes the pores inconspicuous.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventors have found that sulfated polysaccharide effectively contracts pores. That is, this invention provides the pore shrinkage | contraction agent which uses a sulfated polysaccharide as an active ingredient, and the pore conspicuous suppression cosmetic containing this pore shrinkage agent.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The sulfated polysaccharide used in the present invention has a structure in which a part of hydroxyl groups of the polysaccharide is ester-bonded with sulfuric acid. The sulfated polysaccharide is preferably dextran sulfate, heparin and carrageenan . The sulfuric acid content in the sulfated polysaccharide is preferably 10 to 45% by weight (hereinafter simply expressed as%). The molecular weight of the sulfated polysaccharide is preferably 500,000 or less. These sulfated polysaccharides are known to have intestinal environment improving action, anticoagulant action, cartilage elasticity, strength maintaining action, etc., but were not known to have pore contraction action at all.
[0007]
The pore shrinkage agent of the present invention is a mixture of one or more of such sulfate polysaccharides. The blending amount of the sulfated polysaccharide is preferably 0.0005 to 10%, particularly preferably 0.01 to 5%.
[0008]
The pore conspicuousness-suppressing cosmetic of the present invention contains such a pore shrinkage agent and can be used as either an external preparation or an internal preparation, but an external preparation, particularly a skin external preparation, is preferred. In addition to pore shrinkage, cosmetics for suppressing the conspicuous pores include oily bases, moisturizers, UV absorbers, alcohols, chelates, pH adjusters, preservatives, thickeners, fragrances, etc. It can be produced according to a conventional method by blending pigments used for inhibition, keratoplug removers, sebum inhibitors and the like. As for the compounding quantity of the pore shrinkage agent in a pore conspicuous suppression cosmetic, 0.0005 to 5% is preferable.
[0009]
It is preferable to apply and use the cosmetic composition for suppressing pore conspicuity of the present invention on a portion of the skin where pores are particularly conspicuous, for example, the peripheral part of the nose, cheeks, forehead and the like. Further, it is more preferable to apply and use after the peel-off type pore pack treatment.
[0011]
Example 1 and Comparative Example 1
Lotions (porosity conspicuous cosmetics) with the formulation shown in Table 1 were produced according to a conventional method.
[0012]
[Table 1]
[0013]
Test example 1
The lotion of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1, the right and left nose of 3 males (24-33 years old), was applied between each 50mg by 14 days. In addition, the nose part and the pore pack process were performed before the test start. Before and after the test, nose photography and DSA (manufactured by Hirox) were used for 60-fold nose enlargement, and the degree of improvement in conspicuous pores and diameter, circumference, and area changes were measured. The degree of improvement in conspicuous pores was determined by comparing photographs of the nose before the start of the test and at the end of the test, and criteria for 2: improvement, 1: slight improvement, 0: no change, -1: slight deterioration, -2: deterioration. It was judged visually and expressed as an average value of three people . The pore diameter, perimeter, and area change were analyzed with image analysis software (MEDIA CYBERNETICS IMAGE-PRO PLUS Ver. 3.0) for 60 times nose enlarged images before and after the start of the test. The average increase rate (%) at the end of the test before (20 per person) was calculated and expressed as the average value of three persons .
[0016]
The degree of improvement in conspicuous pores was 1.0 in Comparative Example 1, while that in Example 1 was 1.0, and the effect of suppressing conspicuous pores in the nose of the product of the present invention was recognized.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
If the pore shrinkage agent or pore conspicuousness suppressing cosmetic of the present invention is used, the pore enlargement tendency is reduced even if the pores are contracted or processed in parallel with the pore pack treatment, and the pores can be made essentially inconspicuous. .
