Description

【0001】
【0028】

The present invention also relates to sanitary articles such as disposable paper diapers, sanitary paper napkins or urine pads used for bedtime, rest and excretion, diapers for pets, or sheets for animals.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional sanitary articles for humans or animals such as disposable diapers and animal sheets for disposable use have a water-permeable porous layer part forming an upper surface and a plastic impermeable film layer forming a lower surface. A water-absorbing upper paper layer portion disposed in contact with the lower surface of the water-permeable porous layer portion, and a water-absorbing lower paper disposed in contact with the upper surface of the water-impermeable film layer portion. A layer portion, and formed between the water-absorbing upper paper layer portion and the water-absorbing lower paper layer portion with a water-absorbing layer portion containing paper powder such as a highly water-absorbing resin and fluff. Yes.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, paper powder is used together with a highly water-absorbent resin in the water-absorbing layer portion of sanitary articles such as conventional disposable paper diapers, sanitary pads, urine pads, or animal sheets. In this conventional sanitary product, a pulp pulverized product is used as the paper powder used in the water-absorbing layer. Recently, however, the pulp pulverized product is difficult to obtain and relatively expensive. The use of the pulverized material becomes difficult and is a problem. Therefore, recent disposable sanitary products have reduced the amount of pulp pulverized material used in the water-absorbent layer, and increased the amount of water-absorbing resin to compensate for the decrease in water absorption due to the decrease in pulp pulverized material. The water absorbing layer portion is formed. However, in this way, disposable sanitary goods having a water-absorbing layer portion with reduced pulp pulverized material and increased water-absorbing resin are used in conventional sanitary products in order to reduce the amount of pulp pulverized material used. Compared to this, it is a problem because it is formed relatively thin, has poor elasticity, and gives a relatively firm feeling.
[0004]
Laminated paper, on the other hand, is used in tableware such as milk cartons, paper plates, paper teacups, paper cups, etc., but when cutting laminated paper for molding, a large amount of laminated paper is scraped. However, since a plastic film is used as a raw material, the combustion heat is high, and its treatment is a problem.
In addition, large quantities of sanitary items such as paper diapers, which are poorly inspected, are produced even during the manufacture of sanitary products such as paper diapers, sanitary napkins, urine pads, animal paper diapers, and animal sheets. In addition, sanitary articles such as paper diaper cutting waste and sanitary napkin cutting waste are generated, and their disposal is a problem.
The present invention relates to problems relating to raw materials and elasticity of conventional paper diapers, sanitary napkins, urine pads, animal sheets, office paper waste, laminated paper waste, sanitary napkin waste, incontinence pad waste, urine pad waste And it aims to solve the problems of disposal of sanitary ware waste such as paper diaper waste at once.

A classification treatment product having a high resin powder content can be used.
[0015]
In the present invention, a water absorbent resin and a highly water absorbent resin can be used as the water absorbent resin powder. As the water-absorbing resin, so-called water-absorbing fibers obtained by imparting water absorption to hydrophobic fibers can be used. In this case, the water-absorbent fiber can be molded as it is or used as a water-absorbent fiber molded body or a pulverized water-absorbent fiber molded body.
When water-absorbing fibers are used, the water-absorbing fibers can be used in place of the water-absorbing resin, but the water-absorbing fiber molded body and / or water-absorbing fiber molding is formed between the upper paper layer portion and the lower paper layer portion. A water-absorbing layer part can be formed by disposing a pulverized body. The water-absorbent fiber molded body can be formed by forming a fabric or a nonwoven fabric and arranging or fixing between the upper paper layer portion and the lower paper layer portion.
[0016]
In the present invention, at least a part of the water absorbent resin powder includes a water absorbent resin (including a highly water absorbent resin), a water absorbent fiber (including a highly water absorbent fiber), a water absorbent fiber molded body, or a water absorbent fiber molded article. Pulverized body, or a mixture of two or more of these water-absorbing materials, diaper waste pulverized material, urine pad waste pulverized material, sanitary napkin pulverized material, or pulverized mixture of two or more of these waste pulverized materials, Alternatively, among the classification treatment products of the waste material pulverized product or the waste material pulverized mixture, a mixture with a classification treatment product having a higher content of water-absorbent resin powder than the waste material pulverized product or the waste material pulverized mixture before the classification treatment is used. Can do.
[0017]
In the present invention, at least a part of the water-absorbent resin powder is a diaper waste pulverized material, a urine pad waste pulverized material, a sanitary napkin waste pulverized material, an animal paper diaper waste pulverized material or an animal sheet waste pulverized material, or a pulverized waste material thereof. Among the two or more types of waste material pulverized mixture, or the waste material pulverized product or the waste material pulverized mixture classification treatment product, the content of the water-absorbent resin powder is larger than the waste material pulverized material or the waste material pulverized mixture before classification treatment. In the case of a classification treatment product, the water-absorbing resin or water-absorbing fiber is supplied onto the paper layer part separately from the pulverized plastic waste material powder and / or paper waste material powder. It is preferable because the supply port can be prevented from being clogged.
[0018]
In the present invention, as the water-absorbent resin powder, waste paper diaper waste, urine pad waste ground, sanitary napkin waste ground, animal paper diaper waste ground, animal sheet waste ground or laminated paper waste ground or these Content of water-absorbent resin powder compared to waste pulverized mixture or waste material pulverized mixture before classification treatment among two or more kinds of waste pulverized mixture, or the waste material pulverized product or classification treatment product of waste material pulverized mixture In the case of using classification processing products with a large size, plastic waste pulverized material and paper waste pulverized material include laminated paper waste material, paper diaper waste material, urine pad waste material, sanitary napkin waste material, animal Paper diaper waste pulverized material or animal sheet waste pulverized material or a mixture of two or more waste materials crushed, or the waste material pulverized material or waste material pulverized mixture Among the classification treatment products, it is possible to use the classification treatment product content is larger plastic materials and paper materials than the waste material ground product before classification treatment or waste material ground mixture.
[0019]
In the present invention, the mixture of pulverized powder of plastic waste material and paper waste material includes cutting waste at the time of manufacturing laminated paper products such as milk cartons, paper plates, paper teacups, tableware such as paper cups, and paper napkins. Pulverized pulverized powder, diaper waste pulverized material containing plastic material and paper material, urine pad waste pulverized material, sanitary napkin waste pulverized material, animal paper diaper waste pulverized material or animal sheet crushed material or these Among these pulverized products or classified processing products of the pulverized mixture, classification with a higher content of plastic material and paper material than the pulverized waste material or pulverized mixed material before classification treatment Processed products can be used. Paper diaper waste, urine pad waste, or sanitary napkin waste contains plastic material, paper material and water-absorbent resin, so as a pulverized mixture containing plastic waste material, paper waste and water-absorbent resin waste, Paper dust generated during the manufacture of the crushed napkin product, so-called dust collection loss can be used.
[0020]
In the present invention, the mixture of the paper waste material powder and the water absorbent resin powder is sandwiched between the plastic waste material powder layers, and the polymer sheet waste material pulverized powder such as so-called polymer sheet cutting waste provided with water absorbent paper on both sides Can be used. When the polymer sheet waste material is used, the water-absorbing paper layer portion in contact with the lower surface of the porous layer portion and the water-absorbing paper layer portion in contact with the upper surface of the water-impermeable film layer portion can be omitted. In the present invention, it is preferable to use a highly water-absorbent resin or a water-absorbent resin contained in the water-absorbent resin waste material because it can reduce the amount used.
[0021]
In the present invention, the water-absorbing resin means a water-absorbing resin having a low water-absorbing ability as compared with the high water-absorbing resin and the higher water-based resin. In the present invention, similarly, the water-absorbing fiber means a water-absorbing resin having a low water-absorbing ability as compared with the high water-absorbing fiber and the higher water-based fiber.
In the present invention, the superabsorbent resin is contained in paper diapers in an amount of 25 to 40% by weight, preferably 30 to 35% by weight, particularly 33% by weight, but in animal sheets, 5 to 15% by weight. 7 to 12% by weight, preferably 10% by weight, so that, for example, when animal sheets are produced using crushed paper diaper waste, the amount of the superabsorbent resin is too large. Therefore, the superabsorbent resin is at least partially separated from the pulverized waste material of the disposable diaper by separation means such as classification, and partly commercialized, but conversely, the diaper is produced from the crushed waste material of animal sheets. In this case, since the amount of the superabsorbent resin is insufficient, it is necessary to add the insufficient amount of the superabsorbent resin from the outside.
[0022]
In the present invention, a highly water-absorbing resin is blended in order to keep the animal sheets water-absorbing. The superabsorbent resin used in the present invention is preferably a resin that can retain its shape even when artificial urine absorbs about 30 to 100 times its own weight of water. Examples of such highly water-absorbent resins include saponified copolymers of vinyl esters and ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acids or derivatives thereof, graft polymers of starch and acrylic acid, crosslinked products of polyacrylic acid, and vinyl alcohol. And a copolymer of acrylic acid, a partial hydrolyzate of polyacrylonitrile, a crosslinked product of carboxymethyl cellulose, a crosslinked product of polyethylene glycol, a chitosan salt or a pullulan gel. These are used alone or in admixture of two or more in the water-absorbing material powder.
[0023]
In the present invention, as the superabsorbent resin, for example, a superabsorbent resin-containing material recovered from waste paper disposable diapers can be used. Such a regenerated highly water-absorbent resin is artificial urine and has a water absorption capacity of 10 to 30 g / g, which is poor in water absorption performance. However, it has been found that animal sheets can be sufficiently used with this level of water absorption effect. The particle size of the superabsorbent resin used is 50 to 500 μm.
In the case of adding a pulverized product of wood powder and punch scrap to the waste paper powder, the amount of the pulverized product of wood powder and punch scrap is 3 to 20% by weight or less, preferably 3 to 10% by weight of the paper powder. It is as follows.
In the present invention, plastic waste material, paper material waste material and water absorbent material waste material are used after being pulverized to a particle size of 5 mm or less, preferably 3 mm, in order to increase their water absorption and water retention.
[0025]
[Action]
In the present invention, the sheet comprises a water-permeable porous layer portion that forms an upper surface, a plastic water-impermeable film layer portion that forms a lower surface, and a water-absorbing water layer positioned in contact with the lower surface of the porous layer portion. A paper layer portion, and a mixed layer portion including a mixture of plastic waste material powder, paper waste material powder and water absorbent resin, located in contact with the lower surface of the water absorbent paper layer portion, and the water-impermeable film layer portion Is positioned below the mixed layer portion, so that it absorbs urine excreted by humans or animals, has good water retention, has elasticity, and is good as a bedding.
[0026]
In the present invention, the sheet includes a water-permeable porous layer portion that forms an upper surface, a plastic water-impermeable film layer portion that forms a lower surface, and a water-absorbing material positioned in contact with the lower surface of the porous layer portion. In a sanitary article comprising a water-soluble upper paper layer portion and a water-absorbing lower paper layer portion disposed in contact with the upper surface of the water-impermeable film layer portion, a plastic is provided between the upper paper layer portion and the lower paper layer portion. Since it has a water-absorbing layer part containing waste material powder, paper waste material powder, and water-absorbent resin powder, it absorbs urine excreted by humans or animals, has good water retention, has elasticity, and is good as a bedding. .
[0027]
Plastic materials such as polyethylene film, polypropylene film and / or rubber material have high heat of combustion and are hurting the combustion furnace. In the present invention, plastic film is used as waste paper diapers, waste paper napkins and laminates. By mixing with the paper stock contained in the paper waste material, the heat of combustion of the sheet including the plastic film can be increased, and the heat of combustion due to moisture such as urine and sweat adhering to the sheet after use. However, the mixing of the plastic film can improve the combustion failure of the sheet after use, facilitate the processing of the plastic film waste material, and reduce the waste material processing cost.
