Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seed tape sheet coating apparatus mainly for coating a seed tape laid on a field cultivation soil with a sheet member made of a synthetic resin such as a polyethylene sheet or a vinyl sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The present applicant has already proposed a sheet coating apparatus (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-70842) in a seed tape laying machine. In this device, in order to expose only the seed mounting portion provided at predetermined intervals of the seed tape from the sheet member, the hole portion is previously drilled by the punching device at predetermined intervals to match the seed mounting position. It was used after that. Further, instead of forming the hole, a hole formed by forming the substantially tape-shaped cutting portion on the sheet member surface by, for example, a cutting device, and then forming only the seed tape seed mounting portion. In some cases, it was laid on the cultivated soil in an exposed state.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when such a conventional hole portion is previously drilled and used, the strength against the pulling force applied to the periphery of the hole portion of the sheet member becomes very weak, so that the pressure reducing roller is pulled out from the sheet reel. As a result, the periphery of the hole of the sheet member is damaged until it is laid on the cultivated soil. In addition, when a substantially U-shaped cut part is formed on the sheet member surface and only the seed attachment part of the seed tape is laid on the cultivated soil in a state exposed by the cut part, the cut piece is Since it was blown in the wind, it had the problem that it could result in a great detrimental effect on the seed bud growth.
[0004]
Therefore, the present invention has been created in view of the conventional circumstances as described above. In the state where the sheet member is pulled out from the sheet reel, no hole is formed, and the sheet member is laid on the cultivated soil by the pressure reducing roller. By forming the hole immediately before, the breakage around the hole of the sheet member can be prevented in advance, and the hole formed by the substantially U-shaped cutting part of the sheet member can be removed from the cut piece. A type of sheet member that can easily cover the cultivated soil with the seed tape laid, leaving the seed part, without causing any harmful effects on the seed bud growth, such as being blocked by drowning. and to provide a sheet-covered equipment which shall be able to prevent environmental pollution by using.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a sheet covering device for a seed tape according to claim 1 according to the present invention is attached to a dolly-type machine frame capable of traveling, and the sheet is fed out in synchronism with the seed tape, and an opening formation scheduled portion is formed. A pressure reducing roller for laying the sheet member in a state where the bending direction of the cutting portion is fixed downward,
The cutting residue is configured not to remain in the soil .
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a seed tape sheet coating apparatus for a seed tape that is attached to a dolly-type machine frame capable of traveling, feeds a sheet in synchronism with the seed tape, cuts and covers an opening formation scheduled portion. A sheet coating apparatus,
A seat reel wound with a sheet member;
A guide roller for guiding the sheet member to the cutting position;
A cutting mechanism part that forms a notch part facing the sheet member through a tearing part, which is longer than the U-shaped cutting and U-shaped width in the sheet member;
A dust receiving part for guiding the substantially U-shaped cutting part out of the path and holding the removed part;
A pressure reducing roller for laying the sheet member,
The cutting residue is configured not to remain in the soil.
[0006]
Oite the sheet-covered equipment according to the present invention configured as described above, in conjunction with the traveling operation of the carriage is guided conveyed from the sheet reel 3 to the cutting mechanism unit 2 lower position, along the longitudinal direction of the sheet member P At the same time, the cutting mechanism part 2 forms a substantially U-shaped cutting part Q, and at the same time, an adhesive S is applied to the vicinity of the non-cutting part side of the cutting part Q by the adhesive application device.
The cutting part Q is pressed and released by the pressing spring 5A in the bending mechanism part 5, and at the same time, the opened cutting part Q is bent through the bent part by the bending regulating roller 5B, and near the non-cutting part side. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 in the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 is attached to a carriage-type machine frame (not shown) that can be driven by an electric drive source, for example. The sheet coating apparatus 1 includes a cutting mechanism section 2 that forms a substantially U-shaped cutting section Q on a sheet member P, and a sheet reel that is wound with a synthetic resin sheet member P. 3, guide rollers 4A and 4B for guiding the sheet member P to the lower position of the cutting mechanism unit 2, and a folding mechanism unit 5 for folding the cutting unit Q to the opposite side through a bent part that is not cut, The pressure reducing roller 6 is used to lay the sheet member P on the cultivated soil T so that the sheet surface on the bending direction side of the cutting portion Q is in a downward state. In the figure, illustrations of the machine frame, front wheel, tail wheel, electric drive source, etc. of the bogie are omitted.
[0008]
The cutting mechanism 2 is substantially positioned at equal intervals on the left and right edges along the longitudinal direction of the sheet member P guided by the pair of guide rollers 4A and 4B disposed at the front and rear of the cutting mechanism 2 below. A substantially U-shaped cutting portion formed on the sheet member P, including a cutter roller (not shown) having a substantially U-shaped blade portion on the roller peripheral surface for forming a U-shaped cutting portion Q. When the adhesive S is applied in the form of equally spaced dots in the vicinity of the non-cut portion side of Q, and the cutting portion Q is bent by the bending mechanism portion 5 described later, the cutting portion Q is applied by the applied adhesive S. An adhesive application device (not shown) for attaching Q to the surface of the sheet member P is attached.
[0009]
The seat reel 3 is wound with a sheet member P made of a synthetic resin such as a polyethylene sheet or a vinyl sheet, which is non-polluting and has physical properties that do not remain in the cultivated soil T, and is supported by a machine frame. It is arrange | positioned so that rotation is possible.
[0010]
The bending mechanism part 5 bends via a pressing spring 5A that presses and releases the cutting part Q of the sheet member P, and a bent part that is not cut off the opened cutting part Q. In order to keep it abutting and holding, a bending restricting roller 5B disposed from the outside of the sheet member P is provided.
[0011]
The pressure reducing roller 6 is pivotally supported so as to be rotatable relative to the machine frame at a position slightly below the sheet reel 3 in order to lay the sheet member P on the cultivated soil T.
[0012]
Further, the sheet coating apparatus 1 in the present embodiment may be used by being mounted on a kind of tape laying machine disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 54-70842 previously devised by the present applicant. . That is, in a dolly-type machine frame capable of traveling, a seed tape reel is provided at the front upper part, a seed tape guide is provided at the lower part, a detection guide roller and an outer periphery of the detection guide roller at an intermediate part between the seed tape reel and the seed tape guide. The sheet covering device 1 according to the present embodiment is attached to the rear of the machine frame, while the detection arm protruding downward from the detection device comprising the lamp and the light receiver is arranged along the line. The cutting mechanism 2 of the sheet coating apparatus 1 operates in synchronization with the seed tape so that the seed portion of the seed tape laid on the cultivated soil T matches the hole portion R of the sheet member P covering the seed tape. The sheet member P is laid in a state.
[0013]
Next, an example of use and operation of the embodiment configured as described above will be described. In conjunction with the traveling operation of the carriage, the sheet member P is guided and conveyed from the sheet reel 3 to the lower position of the cutting mechanism unit 2 by a pair of guide rollers 4A and 4B, and is cut at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the sheet member P. A substantially U-shaped cut portion Q is formed by the portion 2. At this time, the adhesive S is applied in the form of equally spaced dots near the non-cut portion side of the cut portion Q. Next, the cutting part Q is pressed and released by the pressing spring 5A in the bending mechanism part 5, and at the same time, the opened cutting part Q is bent by the bending regulating roller 5B through the bent part, and the non-cutting part. A hole R is formed by bonding and fixing the bent cut portion Q to the surface of the sheet member P by the adhesive S applied in the vicinity of the side. Thereafter, the sheet member P is laid on the cultivated soil T so that the bending direction of the cutting portion Q is in a downward state by the pressure reducing roller 6. As described above, the punching method according to the present embodiment is substantially U-shaped at equal intervals on the edge of the sheet member P by a cutter roller (not shown) provided with a substantially U-shaped blade on the roller peripheral surface. This is based on a so-called folding method in which the hole portion R is formed by cutting in advance and then bending it to the opposite side through a bent portion.
[0014]
In the cutting mechanism unit 2 in the present embodiment, a cutter roller (not shown) having a blade portion on the roller peripheral surface is employed. It is also possible to form the hole R. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the shape of the hole portion R is formed in a substantially horizontally long semicircular shape (see FIG. 5A) by a substantially U-shaped cutting portion Q, or a substantially U-shaped shape. It may be formed in a substantially triangular shape (see FIG. 5B) by the cutting portion Q, or may be formed in various other shapes. Further, in order to expose only the seed attachment portion provided at predetermined intervals of the seed tape from the sheet member, a hole is previously drilled by a punching device at predetermined intervals to match the seed attachment position. A commercially available sheet member may be purchased and used.
[0015]

It is provided with a substantially L-shaped bending restricting frame 15B arranged in contact therewith. That is, the cutting mechanism portion 2 is configured so that the left and right edge portions of the sheet member P are formed by a cutter roller (not shown) provided with a substantially U-shaped blade portion disposed on the roller peripheral surface in a direction transverse to the conveying direction of the sheet member P. The cut portions Q are formed in a horizontally U-shaped shape at regular intervals. The bending restricting frame 15B is formed by the horizontally inclined portion 16A and the upright portion 16B, and the cutting portion Q of the sheet member P is pressed and released by the springing operation of the pressing spring 15A, and the cutting is released. The part Q is bent so as to be raised by the standing part 16B while being guided by the horizontal inclined part 16A. In addition, by setting and arranging the direction of the cutting portion Q in this way, the application of the adhesive S by the adhesive application device can be continuously applied in a line shape along the longitudinal direction of the sheet member P.
[0016]
FIG. 3 shows a third embodiment. The same components as those in FIG. 1 showing the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be given. It is omitted. In the third embodiment, instead of the so-called bending method in which the hole R is formed by bending the bent portion of the substantially U-shaped cutting portion Q as in the first embodiment. In addition to the formation of the substantially U-shaped cutting part Q, a long notch part 21 is inserted slightly apart from the bent part, and cutting is performed with a pair of opposing drawing rollers 22A and 22B. This is a so-called punching method in which the hole portion R is formed by holding the portion Q to the cut portion 21 by holding the portion Q and winding the cut piece Q into the dust receiver 23 so that the hole portion R is formed. is there.
[0017]

The cutting portion Q is formed while holding the sheet, and the center of the sheet piece surrounded by the cutting portion Q of the sheet member P is pierced and removed by the pointed portion 36A of the auxiliary roller 36, and the pointed portion is removed by the dust collecting plate 37. The sheet piece pierced by the portion 36A is peeled off by the dust collecting plate 37 and accommodated in the dust receiver 38.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the hole R is not formed in the state of being pulled out from the sheet reel 3, and immediately before the sheet member P is laid on the cultivated soil T by the pressure reducing roller 6. By forming the hole R, damage around the hole R of the sheet member P can be prevented in advance. Further, the cultivated soil T on which the seed tape is laid without causing any harmful effect on the shoot growth of the seed, such as closing the hole R formed by the substantially U-shaped cutting portion of the sheet member P by the cutting of the cut piece. the reliably leaving the seed portion can be easily covered, yet it is possible to provide a sheet-covered equipment which shall be able to prevent environmental pollution by using the sheet member P type which does not remain in the soil.
[0019]
That is, this is a sheet coating apparatus 1 in which the sheet coating apparatus according to the present invention is attached to a dolly-type machine frame capable of traveling, and is pulled out of the sheet reel 3 wound with the sheet member P and the sheet reel 3. The cutting mechanism part 2 that forms the cutting part Q in the sheet member P, the bending mechanism part 5 that bends the formed cutting part Q through the bending part, and the bending direction of the cutting part Q is downward This is because the sheet member P is composed of the pressure-reducing roller 6 for laying the cultivated soil T.
[0020]
The cutting mechanism portion 2 has a substantially U-shaped blade portion that forms a substantially U-shaped cutting portion Q at equal intervals on the left and right edges along the longitudinal direction of the sheet member P on the roller peripheral surface. It is assumed that an adhesive application device for applying an adhesive S is provided in the vicinity of the non-cutting portion side of a substantially U-shaped cutting portion Q formed on the sheet member P. Includes a pressing spring 5A that presses and releases the cutting portion Q of the sheet member P, and a bending regulating roller that is disposed in contact with the outside of the sheet member P so as to bend the opened cutting portion Q through the bent portion. 5B, or the bending mechanism 5 includes a flip-up type pressing spring 15A that presses and releases the cutting part Q of the sheet member P, and the opened cutting part Q via the bending part. The sheet member P from above to bend in the left and right end direction Since the substantially L-shaped bending restricting frame 15B is provided, the cutting portion Q can be smoothly bent after the cutting portion Q is formed, and there is no bending deformation. A clean hole R can be easily formed.
[0021]
In addition to the formation of the substantially U-shaped cutting part Q, the cutting mechanism part 2 is provided with a single long cutting part 21 slightly away from the bent part, and a pair of punching rollers 22A and 22B arranged opposite to each other. Thus, since the cut portion Q is sandwiched and removed while being caught, and the strip piece is accommodated in the dust receiver 23, the hole R is formed so that the hole portion R is formed. The removal of the cut portion Q by the drawing operation can be performed smoothly, and a clean hole portion R without bending deformation can be easily formed. Moreover, since the cut sheet pieces are collected in the dust receiver 23, the dust is not scattered around.
[0022]
The cutting mechanism unit 2 peels off the sheet roller P for punching and cutting the sheet member P disposed at the center of the guide rollers 34A and 34B provided at the upper and lower positions, and the sheet piece cut by the cutter roller 35 to remove dust. Since the auxiliary roller 36 is provided with a plurality of equidistant pointed portions 36A so as to be accommodated in the receptacle 23, the removal of the cut portion Q is smooth by the removal operation by the auxiliary roller 36 after the cut portion Q is formed. Therefore, it is possible to easily form a clean hole R without bending deformation. Moreover, since the cut sheet pieces are collected in the dust receiver 23, the dust is not scattered around.
[0023]
Detected along the outer circumference of the seed tape reel installed at the front upper part of the dolly-type machine frame, the seed tape guide installed at the lower part, the detection guide roller in the middle part of the seed tape reel and the seed tape guide While the detection arm of the apparatus is arranged oppositely, the sheet coating apparatus 1 is attached to the rear of the machine frame, and the cutting mechanism portion 2 of the sheet coating apparatus 1 is operated in synchronization with the seed detection signal from the detection apparatus. Since the seed member of the seed tape laid on T and the hole portion R of the sheet member P covering the seed tape match, the sheet member P is laid, so the seed tape is laid The cultivated soil T can be easily covered in a short time by the sheet member P with the seed portion of the seed tape exposed in the cultivated soil T immediately after being applied.
[0024]
That is , in the sheet coating apparatus according to the present invention, the sheet member P is guided and conveyed from the sheet reel 3 to the lower position of the cutting mechanism unit 2 in conjunction with the traveling operation of the carriage, and is equally spaced along the longitudinal direction of the sheet member P. The cutting mechanism part 2 forms a substantially U-shaped cutting part Q, and if necessary, an adhesive S is applied in the vicinity of the non-cutting part side of the cutting part Q and then cut by the bending mechanism part 5. The part Q is pressed and released, and the opened cut part Q is bent through the bent part, and the bent part Q is adhered and fixed to the surface of the sheet member P by the adhesive S as necessary. Since the hole portion R is formed, and then the sheet member P is laid on the cultivated soil T so that the sheet surface on the bending direction side of the cutting portion Q is in the downward state by the pressure reducing roller 6, the pressure reducing roller 6 makes the sheet member P cultivated soil T The hole R is formed immediately before laying on the sheet member, and damage around the hole R of the sheet member P can be prevented in advance, and the cultivated soil T on which the seed tape is laid is smoothly covered leaving the seed part. Can do.
[0025]
In short, according to the present invention, the sheet can be processed according to the seed tape, and the adverse effect of the residue caused by the opening can be completely eliminated.
