BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is constructed by a communication terminal and a base station by low-power wireless communication means such as a wireless LAN, Bluetooth, and PHS protocol.TThe present invention relates to a network switching system for connecting local wireless switching networks by a wireless network.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A general private branch exchange network (PBX system) is constructed by drawing an extension telephone network around a private branch exchange and installing one extension telephone at the end of the extension telephone network. On the other hand, in recent years, a system for constructing a private branch exchange network by applying so-called VoIP (Voice Over IP), which uses an IP network and makes a call by transmitting packetized voice, has begun to spread. According to the private branch exchange network to which this VoIP is applied, since the LAN existing in the company is used, the installation cost of the extension telephone cable can be reduced, and since it passes through the IP network such as the Internet, it is not connected to the outside. There are merits such as the call cost is basically free.
[0003]
The local wireless switching network is mainly a local wireless switching network base station that functions as a base station function of a wireless network and a function as a private branch exchange that controls a link with a subordinate extension communication terminal by wireless or wired communication means. A small-scale private branch exchange network built in the past, connecting an IP network to the backbone network, By adopting a standard protocol such as H.323, VoIP is used for connection to an external line. By using this local wireless switching network, it is possible to easily deploy a service that enables easy extension connection by wireless and connection to the outside line with significantly improved communication costs by VoIP to each home or large and small office. it can.
[0004]
This is because, in recent years, the constant connection type Internet connection has been widely spread to homes and offices at a low price, and it is becoming possible to significantly reduce the communication cost. Also, the Internet connection has become broadband and VoIP. The fact that it is becoming easier to secure the bandwidth necessary to perform this is also a tailwind of popularization. In addition, by applying a local wireless switching network, a company or the like can construct a company-wide large-scale private branch switching network.
[0005]
As described above, since the local wireless switching network uses an IP network as a backbone network, if an existing in-house LAN is applied, a telephone network with company-wide cable wiring in an enterprise such as a conventional private branch exchange network is constructed. There is no need, and a local wireless switching network can be independently constructed as a minimum unit subdivided into micro areas for each group or department, and a company-wide macro switching network can be constructed as an aggregate. For this purpose, one or more representative telephone numbers are assigned to a base station with a local wireless switching network connected via an IP network (Internet) as a minimum unit, and assigned to each terminal on the IP network. By providing a control server that manages the association with IP addresses, it is possible to expand to a large-scale system.
[0006]
In addition, security can be ensured between the local wireless switching networks of each group scattered on the IP network in this way by using protocol means for authenticating each group. Similarly, in addition to the construction of a company-wide private branch exchange network using the above-mentioned local wireless exchange network, the local wireless exchange networks constructed in homes and large and small offices are connected by the Internet, which is an IP network, so that a larger-scale global network exchange is possible. It is also possible to build a system.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In a network switching system constructed by connecting a plurality of such local wireless switching networks to an IP network, wireless telephones and communication devices (hereinafter collectively referred to as communication terminals) inside the local wireless switching network from outside the local wireless switching network. The IP address and telephone number can be assigned to the extension communication terminal only when the wireless section in the local wireless switching network is based on an IP network such as a wireless LAN. By being under the control of the server, it was possible to make a direct call by telephone number.
[0009]
In addition, the wireless section of the local wireless switching network is not necessarily a wireless LAN, but often adopts Bluetooth, PHS protocol, and cordless telephone connection. Communication terminals under the local wireless switching network are under the control of the control server. There was a problem that it was common to adopt an extension telephone number system without entering.
[0010]
Further, if the extension number is already known, it is possible to make a call by a subaddress system in which the extension number assigned to the extension communication terminal is connected to the representative telephone number of the local radio switching network base station. However, there is a problem of confidentiality in the company, and there is a problem of privacy in the home, so the extension telephone number is often not made public. For this reason, when a call is made from the outside to the extension communication terminal in the local wireless switching network, it is normally performed to the representative telephone number, and the extension communication terminal set as a priority incoming call in the local wireless switching network The operator responded to the call, and the target user was followed by manual operation such as transfer. However, intermediaries by operators have the problem that labor costs are incurred when hiring a full-time operator. However, as is often seen in companies, the operator who relays the telephone in each department is not a full-time employee, and the employee is the operator. There was a problem that the trouble to the original business occurred when he served concurrently.
[0011]
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, an index screen described in, for example, HTML language, Compact-HTML language, Java (registered trademark) language, or the like is set in the local wireless switching network base station. When a call is received from the outside to the local wireless switching network, instead of the operator answering, the file constituting the index screen is transmitted to the caller communication terminal, and the browser function of the caller communication terminal is By displaying, the purpose is to make a representative telephone response instead of an operator response.
[0012]
In addition, the user of the caller communication terminal himself / herself selects an item indicating the extension communication terminal that he / she wishes to talk or communicate from the index screen. It is an object of the wireless switching network to automatically transfer a stored call to a target communication terminal to replace the operator's manual transfer.
[0013]
The index screen is transferred to an external communication terminal that is a call destination even when a call is made from a communication terminal in the local wireless switching network, depending on the service content.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

A first local wireless switching network having one or more first wireless communication terminals and a first base station that performs wireless communication with the first wireless communication terminals;
And at least a second local wireless switching network having one or more second wireless communication terminals and a second base station that performs wireless communication with the second wireless communication terminals,
A network switching system in which the first base station and the second base station are connected by a network, and a telephone call and / or data communication is performed between the first wireless communication terminal and the second wireless communication terminal In
The first base station includes storage means for storing a file constituting an index screen for designating a call destination for performing a call and / or data communication with the first wireless communication terminal, and the second base station. In response to an index file transfer request from the wireless communication terminal, the file constituting the index screen is transmitted to the second wireless communication terminal,
The second wireless communication terminal receives a file constituting the index screen via the second base station, displays the index screen,
A network that establishes communication and / or data communication between the first wireless communication terminal selected using the index screen displayed on the second wireless communication terminal and the second wireless communication terminal An exchange system,
When the first base station transmits a file constituting the index screen, the first base station determines an information disclosure level by performing authentication with a second wireless communication terminal as a transmission destination, and displays the index screen. A network switching system comprising: selecting one file from a plurality of files prepared as constituent files according to the information disclosure level, and transmitting the selected file as a file constituting the index screen.

According to this method, it is possible to shorten the time until the index screen is transferred to the caller communication terminal, and to reduce traffic on the IP network.
[0095]
Next, as a third embodiment, an example will be described in which an incoming call from outside the company shown in FIG. The index screen illustrated in FIG. 3 is an example of a screen that is sent to the caller when a call is received from the outside to the first local wireless switching network 1, and is constructed by connecting the local wireless switching networks. In the case of a company-wide private network, the local wireless switching networks of each group scattered throughout the company are identified by group authentication protocol means (not shown), or it is determined whether the system is on the same network from the IP address. It is possible to discriminate whether the caller is inside or outside the company by various means such as identification of a group by means of performing the identification, or identification by simple telephone number.
[0096]
Furthermore, even if the caller is outside the company, there may be a department where the caller is a family member of the called party, or even in the company, information leakage should be avoided. In this manner, the local radio switching network base station on the called side determines the attribute of the caller by various means, and determines several levels of information disclosure levels.
[0097]
The following is an example in the case where two levels of information disclosure levels, inside and outside, and two types of index screens are prepared according to the levels.

[0110]
However, since it is only necessary to establish a connection on the IP network and apply protocol means such as HTTP, a communication terminal not belonging to the local wireless switching network can communicate not only a telephone call but also data communication from a communication terminal in the local wireless switching network. It can also be used for access related to.

As described above, in the description from the first embodiment to the fourth embodiment, it is assumed that the index screen relating to the incoming call transfer destination selection is used to select the transfer destination of the call stored by the base station at the time of the incoming call. However, in this embodiment, by using it as an index screen related to access to freely access communication terminals in the local wireless switching network, a service that provides applications such as telephone calls and data communication with multiple connections is also realized. it can. In addition, this means that a communication terminal belonging to the local wireless switching network may request an index screen related to the access and access a communication terminal in the same local wireless switching network.
[0120]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in a network switching system that is conventionally constructed in units of a local radio switching network, an operator using a communication terminal that preferentially receives calls from outside the local radio switching network responds, According to the present invention, the local radio switching network base station has an index screen described in Compact-HTML language, Java (registered trademark) language, and the like. By sending to, an automatic response is made, and selection of a call destination is entrusted to the caller user, and the result is automatically transferred in response to the result, so that the operator's work can be saved.
[0122]
Further, according to the present invention, the local wireless switching network on the called side determines the information disclosure level by various means such as an authentication protocol for determining the attributes of the local wireless switching network on the calling side and the communication terminal, and the information An index screen prepared according to the disclosure level is transmitted to the caller. As a result, a detailed index screen corresponding to a high level is disclosed to a caller having a high information disclosure level, and a simple index screen corresponding to a low level is disclosed to a caller having a low information disclosure level. Thus, there is an effect of preventing access to a communication terminal corresponding to confidentiality and leakage of information.
