【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、寝具から立上がる宮部を具え、かつ垂直な折畳み状態においてはベッドの宮部の突出を無くし取り扱い性を向上した折畳みベッドに関する。

【従来の技術】
例えば図23に示すように、逆V字状に、例えば布団、その他の寝具aを敷いたまま垂直に折畳みし移動可能とする折畳みベッドが知られている。この折畳みベッドは、図22に例示するように、寝具(マット)の半体(マット半体)a1,a2をそれぞれ載置しかつ各一端側に支脚部b1,b2を設けた載置枠を有する第1,2のベッド枠体d1,d2の他端側を、中間支脚部eを具備する継ぎ部材fにより連結したベッド基体を具える。

なお図示例では、前記第1のベッド枠体d1の載置枠、支脚部b1、中間支脚部e、及び前記第2のベッド枠体d2の載置枠、支脚部b2、中間支脚部eはともに連結ロッドh、hによりそれぞれ連結されて支脚上方部分で平行クランク機構を構成し、かつ各支脚部b1,b2は車輪kを具えた移動脚であることにより、各支脚部b1,b2を近づける方向に折り畳むことによって、図23のように折畳みベッドは寝具aとともに逆V字状に折り畳まれる。又折畳みベッドは重量体であるために、ベッド及び寝具の重量により常にベッドを水平に展開する力が作用しているために、例えば引張バネを用いた引起こし手段iを用いて折畳み力を補助している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、通常のベッドにおいては、枕、書籍、眼鏡など、就寝に際して使用、乃至使用しない用品のベッドからの脱落を防ぎ、用品を収納し、又ときに背もたれとして用いられる宮具が寝具から突出して設けられるが、折畳みベッドにおいて、例えば図22に示す宮部mを設けるときには、折畳み時においては、図23で一点鎖線で示すように、この宮部mが支脚部b1から略水平方向に突出し、収納に際して嵩張るとともに、ときに移動、歩行の障害となり取り扱い性に劣る。

本発明は、ベッド宮部をなす宮付き受具の立上げ部の高さを減じうることにより、折畳み状態においても、この立上げ部が水平に突出することを防ぎ、取り扱い性を高めうる折畳みベッドの提供を目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のうち請求項1記載の発明は、寝具を載置する第1の載置枠の一端側に第1の支脚部を設けた第1のベッド枠体、寝具を載置する第2の載置枠の一端側に第2の支脚部を設ける第2のベッド枠体、及び第1の載置枠と第2の載置枠との向き合う他端を、該第1、第2の載置枠が展開される展開状態と、第1、2の支脚部が近づき逆V字状の垂直状態との間で折り畳み展開可能に継ぎかつ中間支脚部を有する継ぎ部材からなるベッド基体を具えるとともに、
前記第1のベッド枠体は、前記第1の載置枠の前記一端で立上がり前記寝具のずれを防ぐ受け部と、展開状態において該受け部から立ち上がることによりベッド宮部をなす立上げ部とからなる宮付き受具を具えるとともに、前記立上げ部は、傾動ロック手段を有して前記受け部に取付けられ

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の一形態を図面に基づき説明する。図1(図2に示すベッド床板22を省略している)〜図3において、本発明の折畳みベッド1は、第1の載置枠3Aの一端S1に第1の支脚部4Aを設けた第1のベッド枠体5A、第2の載置枠3Bの一端に第2の支脚部4Bを設ける第2のベッド枠体5B、及び第1の載置枠3Aと第2の載置枠3Bとの向き合う他端S2を折り畳み可能に継ぎかつ中間支脚部7を有する継ぎ部材8からなるベッド基体9を具え(なお第1,第2と区別するときにはA,Bを数字末尾に付すが、区別する必要のないときは数字末尾のA,Bを省略する)、かつ前記第1のベッド枠体5Aには、前記第1の載置枠3Aの前記一端に宮付き受具10を設けている。

前記第1,2の載置枠3A,3Bは、パイプ材からなりかつベッド中心線X方向にのびる下開放の溝型材からなる補強材21aと、その両側の板受け材21b,21bとを配した略矩形の周囲枠21に、図2に示すように、ベッド床板22・・・を前記板受け材21b,21bに架け渡して固定することにより形成され、本形態では、各載置枠3には、マットの半分であるマット半体2A,2Bと、これらのマット半体2A,2Bとを連続して覆うシート体2Cとからなる寝具2を載置しうる。

この第1,2の支脚部4A,4Bは、垂直な支柱部23aとその下端で一端S1側にのびる延長部とからなる左右のL字枠23と、その間を連結する継ぎ材24と、継ぎ材24の中央部で他端S2側(前側)に小長さで折れ曲がる補助材25を設けた支柱基体を具え、かつ前記延長部、補助材25の先端にキャスターを設けている。

また前記各支柱部23aの上方には、図4に示すように、該支柱部23aの外側面の上取付金具26と、内側面で取り付く下取付金具27とが上下に固着される。上取付金具26、下取付金具27は前記一端S1側、即ち後側に突出しており、上取付金具26の突出端で、前記各左右の側枠部21cの内面をピンpを用いて傾動可能に枢着している。

また前記第1,2の載置枠3A,3Bの前記他端S2側には図5に示すように、前記側枠部21cを延長して周囲枠21の前枠部21eを越えて突出する突出部21dを形成し、この突出部21d,21dを、連結金具29によって向き合わせてかつ間隙を隔てて前記折畳み状態に折れ曲り可能に枢着する。

左右の連結金具29は、結合軸30により結合されるとともに、この結合軸30に前記中間支脚部7、7を垂下し、かつこの左右の中間支脚部7,7間を、図1に示すように中央で上に折れ曲がる隆起部33を有する脚台枠部34により連結することによって前記継ぎ部材8を構成している。なお連結金具29はカバー35によって覆うことにより見栄えと安全性とを向上する(なお図11に例示するように、脚台枠部34は中間支脚部7の下端よりも上方で中間支脚部7,7間に間に架け渡すこともできる)。

さらに本形態では、前記中間支脚部7には、前記下取付金具27(図4)の突端の透孔37aと同高さに透孔37bを有する取付け金具36を設け、かつ透孔37a,37b間を連結ロッド19で連結することにより、第1,2の載置枠3A,3Bにおいて、各載置枠3と、連結ロッド19と、支脚部4の上方部分、中間支脚部7の上方部分とによってそれぞれ平行クランク機構を形成している。これにより、図19、20に示すように、中間支脚部7、支脚部4の向きを一定、例えば垂直に保持しつつ折畳みできる。なお、第1,又は第2の載置枠3A,3Bの一方のみを平行クランク機構とすることができ、また、平行クランク機構を用いない種々な折畳みベッドを採用しうる。

又本形態では、図1、図3に略示する引起こし手段17を用いて折畳みを補助している。この引起こし手段17は、図6に示す、前記載置枠3の前記補強材21aで固定され、前記他端S2から離れて固定された軸受け金具で枢支される前記滑車17Aと、前記中間支脚部7の前記隆起部33に一端が固定されかつ前記滑車17A上面に巻掛されるひも状体17Bと、このひも状体17Bの他端に結合されるコイルバネ(ゴム体など他の弾性材も利用できる)などの弾性材17Cとからなる引張部材17Dとを有し、この引張部材17Dの端部は載置枠3の適所で固定される。

なお滑車17Aは、前記ひも状体17Bの一端を、前記隆起部33に取付けることにより該ひも状体17Bの垂直に対してなす角度θが、展開状態において、ベッドを側面視して30〜60゜、好ましくは40〜55゜程度、本形態では約45゜となるように位置決めしている。前記ひも状体17B及び弾性材17Cは図7に示すように補強材21aの溝部を通ることにより、視野から隠し、見栄えを高めうる。

このような引起こし手段17は、ベッドを折り畳むための引起こしモーメントM2変化を好ましいものとなしうる。即ち、図8(a)に示すように、滑車を用いることなく、引張部材を、中間支脚部pの下方と、載置枠qの後端との間で直接架け渡した場合では、ベッド枠体r,rを引き起こすモーメント(以下引起こしモーメントM1という)は、引張部材のバネ力Tを仮に一定としたとき、図8(b)に示すごとく、前記載置枠の水平な展開状態からの起きあがりの角度をα、引張部材の水平状態からの傾斜角をβ(下向きを正)とし、かつ載置枠の長さをA、中間支脚部pが垂直状態を保持されるとするとき、概略的に、M1=TAsin (α+β)(αを折畳み角度という)として求めることができ、その変化を図10の破線で示すように、(α+β)が実質的に0゜(α=90゜、β=−90゜)となる折畳み状態では引起こしモーメントM1は0に近づく。なおベッド、寝具重量による負のモーメント、折畳みに伴うバネ長さの減少によるバネ力の低減を考慮するとき、全体として折畳み角度αが大になるに従い、載置枠の手による引き寄せが必要となる。

これに対して、本形態の引起こし手段17では、載置枠3の前端と滑車17Aとの間の距離をBとしたとき、引起こしモーメントM2はM2=TBsin (α+β)であり、折畳み角度αが0゜(水平状態)から徐々に増大し、ひも状体12と載置枠3とが実質的に直角となるαが90度となる折畳み状態では、βは0、即ちsin (α+β)が1に近づき、結果的に、図10(定性的に示している。)の実線で示すごとく、折畳み角度が増すに従い引起こしモーメントM2が増加することとなり、作動初期は勿論、折畳み状態においても比較的大きい引起こしモーメントM2を発揮させることが従来のものに比して容易となり、展開状態においても自然に折畳み可能な持ち上げ力を作用させておくこともできる。

このためには、本形態においては、図4に示すように、第1の載置枠3Aと第1の支脚部4Aの展開状態において、前記周囲枠21を貫通する挿通部42と、前記支柱部24aに穿設した係止部43とを位置合わせ可能とし、かつ位置合わせ状態において係止金具45を挿入することにより浮き上がりを防止する浮上がり防止手段18を設けている。なお係止金具45は吊下げ具46を用いて適宜吊下される。なおこの浮上がり防止手段18は、前記第1の載置枠3Aと第1の支脚部4Aの他、前記第2の載置枠3Bと第2の支脚部4B、又は第1の載置枠3Aと第2の載置枠3Bとの少なくとも一方と前記中間支脚部7とを回動不可に固定するものであれば多種のものを選択できる。

前記宮付き受具10は、図1〜図3,図11,図12に示すように、第1の載置枠3Aの後端に設けられ、又第2の載置枠3Bの後端には、寝具2であるマット半体2Bのずれ落ちを防ぐ受具12を設けている。

前記宮付き受具10は、寝具2のずれを防ぐ受け部10Aと、展開状態において該受け部10Aから立ち上がることによりベッド宮部をなす立上げ部10Bとからなり、かつ前記立上げ部10Bは、前記のように、寝具2からの高さを減じる高さ変化機構13を有して前記受け部10Aに取付けられるとともに、この宮付き受具10は、受具基枠15と、この受具基枠15を覆うカバー体16とからなる。

前記受具基枠15は、図11に詳示するように、前記受け部10Aを構成するための受け部枠体15Aと、この受け部枠体15Aに前記高さ変化機構13を介して連結されかつ前記立上げ部10Bを構成するための立上げ部枠体15Bとからなる。この受け部枠体15Aは、図4に一部を示すごとく、前記周囲枠21の後枠部21fのスペーサ21gにより該周囲枠21と間隙gを隔てて固定され前記後枠部21fに平行な角筒体からなる取付軸15aを具える。

又受け部枠体15Aは、前記取付軸15aの両端と、その両端部で立設され、前記受け部10Aと略同高の立枠材15b上端との間を前記両側に向かって突出する左右のU字状枠15cで結合し、かつ立枠材15b,b間に横架材15dを架設している。

前記傾動ロック手段14は、図13〜図15に示すように、前記受け部枠体15Aの立枠材15b上端に溶着される下ロック金具51と、立上げ部枠体15Bの前記支持軸15f下端に溶着される上ロック金具52と、両者を継ぐ挿通軸54とからなる。また前記下ロック金具51は、前記立枠材15b内に挿入しうる胴部の上端に略円板状をなす基板部を設け、この基板部には、中心孔55aと、ベッド前側に向いて水平に開口する前スロット部55bと、垂直線に対して後ろに約5〜20゜、好ましくは5〜15゜、本例では10゜で傾いて開口する立上がりスロット部55cとを外周縁に設けている。なお前記前スロット部55bと、立上がりスロット部55cとの間の外周縁を、曲率半径R1が、その外側の外周縁の曲率半径R2よりも小とした案内部55dとしている。

さらに前記上ロック金具52も、前記支持軸15fに挿入されかつ溶着される胴部の下端に略円板状をなす基板部を設けており、この基板部には、その中心から図において下方向にのびる長孔55fを穿設し、かつその上方には前記前スロット部55bと、立上がりスロット部55cとに半径方向中心側への移動により嵌着しうる係止ピン55gとを設けている。

前記上ロック金具52は、前記挿通軸54が長孔55fの上端となる位置まで押し下げることにより、図15(a)、(c)に示すごとく、係止ピン55gを、前スロット部55bと、立上がりスロット部55cとに選択的に嵌着することによりこの上ロック金具52を拘束でき、例えば前スロット部55bに嵌着することによって、立上げ部枠体15Bが前記寝具2に沿う倒れ状態に倒動することにより前記立上げ部枠体15Bの高さを減じる。また立上がりスロット部55cに嵌着したときには、前記立上げ部10Bを、後方に約10゜傾けて受け部10A上で立上がらせる。このように宮部を形成する立ち上がり状態と倒動状態との間で傾動、ロックしうる。なお、前記係止ピン55gは、前記上ロック金具52の半径方向外側への引き上げにより図15(b)のように前記案内部55dを移動でき、かつ曲率半径R2が大である外側への移動はロックされる。

この傾動ロック手段14は、例えば図16〜図18に示すように、前記上ロック金具52に係止ピン55gと中心孔55aとを設け、かつ下ロック金具51に前記長孔55fと、前記係止ピン55gが周方向に移動するスリットからなる案内部55dに前記立上げ部枠体15Bの立上げ状態でロックするための立上がりスロット部55cを設けている。このように、傾動ロック手段14は、前記した機能を奏することが可能であればその変形は可能である。

前記カバー体16は、図2,図11,図12に示すごとく、本形態では、前記受具基枠15を収納して覆いうる下開放の袋体であり(種々に形成しうる)、前記シート体2Cにマッチしたデザインのシートを用いて縫製される。また下縁にはその左右の両端部分を残して切り込んだ切欠き部16aを有し、両端には前記U字状枠15cの下端で貼着される面フアスナ16bと、前記横架材15d下方で貼着される面フアスナ16c、16cとを設けてその貼着によって、カバー体16は前記受具基枠15を覆って前記宮付き受具10を構成しうる。なお収納袋15dなどを設けうる。

なお保持垂れ部2dは、他の垂れ部2a〜2cよりも小巾であり、前記周囲枠21の後枠部21fのスペーサ21g上方で中央部は終端して前記マット半体2Aを後端面で係止しうる。その結果、図19〜図21に示すごとく、保持垂れ部2dは位置ずれ不能に保持されるため、折畳みの進行とともに、他方の端垂れ部2cが基部2a、側垂れ部2bとともにマット半体2Bから位置ずれしてこのマット半体2Bの後端に露出部2eを形成する。また図21のように、側垂れ部2bを左右の両側面で互いに畳んで重ね、かつ前記面フアスナなどの保持具2fにより保持させることにより収納を便宜とする。又前記宮付き受具10の立上げ部10Bは寝具2に沿って、立ち上がり、寝具2の押さえにも役立つことにより収納、保管を便宜とする。

【発明の効果】
上述したように、請求項1記載の発明では、折畳みベッドにおいて宮部を形成でき、かつ立上げ部が高さ変化機構により高さを減じうるため、折畳み状態において宮部による突出がなく、収納、移動を便宜とする。

請求項2に係る発明において、前スロット部と、立上がりスロット部との間の外周縁を、曲率半径が、その外側の外周縁の曲率半径よりも小としたことにより、曲率半径が大である外側への係止ピンの移動がロックされる。
