この種の振出しカートンは片手で持ちやすい小型の直方体のカートンが一般的であり、その例をあげれば、実公昭54−22503号公報と実公昭47−36508号公報に、図4(a)、(b)でそれぞれ示すような振出しカートンが提案されている。
いずれもカートン側部に開口部Mが設けられ、そこから粒状の商品を取り出し易くなっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかるに、図4(a)に示す実公昭54−22503号公報の提案は、カートン側部前板上の振出し口Mを口蓋Dが覆っているだけで係止手段がないため不測の場合に開き易く、またガイド板Gは一方にしかないため、粒状物の取り出される方向が安定しないという問題がある。また口蓋Dがガイド板Gに設けられた係止手段だけでは全開時に外れ易いという問題もある。
実公昭47−36508号公報に提案されている振出しカートンは、ガイド板Gを両側に備え、取り出し方向は安定するが、カートンは2ピースのブランクによる2重構造であって、板紙コスト、組立コストが掛かりすぎるという問題がある。
本発明は、前述の問題点に鑑みてなされたものでワンピースのブランクから容易に組立てることができ、振出し口には両側にガイド板が設けられて振出し方向が安定し、かつ全開時に振出し口がはずれにくく、閉鎖時に口蓋が側板に係止する振出しカートンの提供を目的とする。

実施例のガイド板8の端縁と打ち抜き孔エッジでの擦れ合いによって実施例の方が任意の位置で振出口を止めることが容易であった。
全開時の振出し口の係止は実施例の方が遙に強く確実であった。
再封時の口蓋の係止が比較例ではできなかったが、実施例では口蓋の下部を押さえ込むだけで容易に係止でき不用意に内容物がこぼれ出ることがなかった。
また図4(a)とのブランク比較においては、ブランクの板紙使用量に殆ど差がないにもかかわらず、固定片7を前板1に貼り込むことによって前板1の強度が高まり、丈夫な振出しカートンが得られた。

【発明の効果】
本発明による振出しカートンによれば、ワンピースのブランク使用にもかかわらず両側にガイド板を設けた振出し口を形成せることができ、内容物の振出時の方向性の良好な、また振出し口が全開時と再封時に係止して抜け落ちたり不用意に開封する心配がなく、また任意の半開封の位置で振出口を止めることができ、口蓋が中に入り込むことのない振出しカートンが得られる。
さらに一枚のブランクから成形され、板紙の使用面積も少なく、機械貼加工が可能であるため経済コストで振出しカートンの提供が可能である。
