【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、工事基地として河川や運河上のスペースを有効利用するためにH形鋼杭を打設し桟橋を架設し、工事終了後、不要となったH形鋼杭を撤去するための土中のH杭切断工法に関する。

【従来の技術】
都市部におけるH杭の撤去作業は、騒音公害防止のため従来使用していた振動を利用したバイブロによる撤去作業は行われず、振動、騒音を伴わない引き抜き工法で行うのが主流となっている。

しかし前記引き抜き工法においては、引き抜き撤去するH杭周辺に、引き抜きに必要な大掛かりな反力設備を設けなければならなかった。
また、反力を必要としない工法としては、H杭周辺を掘削し、水中切断する方法がある。いずれの方法においても、経済的な施工ができず工事費が膨大になるという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記従来の問題点を解決するためになされたもので、簡単な方法により、作業性のよい、安価な土中のH杭切断工法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
土中に埋まったH形鋼杭を、無騒音、無振動で切断・撤去するための方法であって、下端部付近にジェット噴出孔を設け、所定間隔をあけて2本のケーシングをケーシング接続材で接続したメガネケーシングを、H形鋼杭のウェブを両側から挟むようにして、フランジ内に沿って圧入し、メガネケーシング内に切断装置を挿入し、ジェット噴出孔からウォータージェットを噴出させてH形鋼杭を切断することを特徴とする、土中のH杭切断工法である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面を参照しながら本発明の実施形態について説明する。

図1は本発明による土中のH杭切断工法の側断面図を示す。
本発明で使用する装置は、所定間隔をあけて一対のケーシング1、1をケーシング接続材で接続したメガネケーシング2と、既存の圧入装置3と、既存の切断装置4から構成されている。

<ロ>メガネケーシング
図2は、切断撤去するH形鋼杭5にメガネケーシング2を圧入した状態を示す正断面図であり、図3はその側断面図である。
メガネケーシング2は、所定間隔をあけた一対のケーシング1、1を、帯鋼等で加工したケーシング接続材6で固定したものである。
メガネケーシング2先端付近にはジェット噴出孔7が設けてあり、先端部は圧入し易くするため鋭角に先付けされている。

図4は、メガネケーシング2上に載置した圧入装置3の側断面図である。
圧入装置3そのものは既存のものであり、メガネケーシング2天端に圧入装置3の圧入板8を載置し、切断撤去するH形鋼杭5に圧入装置3の定着ロッド9を溶接し、油圧ジャッキ10の伸長により緊張ワイヤー11を緊張させることによりメガネケーシング2を土中の所定深度まで圧入させるものである。
H形鋼杭5に溶接した定着ロッド9は、H形鋼杭5を切断後、圧入装置3と共にクレーンなどで引上げて撤去される。

図1に示すように、切断装置4は回転ロッド12に連結され、メガネケーシング2内のジェット噴出孔7まで挿入される。
切断装置4はアブレイシブジェットノズル13とノズル固定治具14を備え、高圧噴射水によりH形鋼杭5を切断する。

メガネケーシング2はケーシング接続材6によりケーシング1、1を一体化しており、H形鋼杭5のウェブを挟んでフランジ間に設置後、前記圧入装置3(図4)により土中の所定深度まで圧入される。

切断装置4のアブレイシブジェットノズル13からジェット噴出孔7に向けて高圧噴射水を噴射させ、H形鋼杭5を切断する。

H形鋼杭5を切断後、H形鋼杭5に溶接した定着ロッド9を引上げて圧入装置3と共にクレーンなどで引上げ撤去する。

本発明は以上説明したようになるから、次のような効果を得ることができる。
<イ>土中のH形鋼杭にメガネケーシングを圧入し、メガネケーシング内に切断装置を挿入して切断作業を行うので、任意の深度での切断・撤去作業ができる。
<ロ>高圧噴射水を利用した切断作業であるので、騒音、振動の発生なしに施工できる。
<ハ>土中のH形鋼杭引き抜きのための大掛かりな反力設備は必要ないので、工事費の低減が計れる。
