本発明は、これら従来の要請を充分満足できるパイプジョイント把持具を提供しようとするもので、パイプ接続の交換並びに増設の際にパイプケーブルのキャビネットへの止着機能を高め、安全な接続処理作業が行えて、作業性を大巾に向上すると共に、構成簡単で低コストの光ケーブル接続部収納用キャビネットにおけるパイプジョイント把持具とすることを目的としたものである。

本発明は、キャビネット内で固定化されたパイプケーブルのパイプ同士を嵌入接続しうるパイプジョイントをキャビネット内に設けた把持具に着脱自在に装着するものであって、前記パイプジョイントに形成した細径部を挿入するガイド溝を形成した受け支板部材を備え、かつパイプジョイントの細径部外周両側に突設した一対の係止突部を有し、該係止突部をパイプジョイントの回動によって嵌入係止しうる係止凹部が支板部材の前記ガイド溝に円弧縁のある鉤状切欠として対向配備されているものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明にかかる光ケーブル接続部収納用キャビネットにおいては、扉を開けてケース本体のケーブル導入部にケーブルカバーを介して引き込みパイプケーブルを導入し、該ケーブル導入部に備えたケーブル把持部にパイプケーブルを把持してパイプケーブルのパイプ同士をパイプジョイントで接続し、該パイプジョイントの細径部を把持具の受け支板部材にあるガイド溝に差し込み回転し、細径部に設けた一対の係止突部をガイド溝にある係止凹部に係止して止着し、フロア系パイプケーブルはフロアケーブル導出部を経てケース本体外に出されて配索される。キャビネット内では、必要に応じ実装ケーブルの心線は、構内心線一括収納用品の接続部収納部によって接続部のコネクタなどが収納されて使用されるが、心線余長は余長収納部に入れて心線接続の交換並びに増設が簡単にできる。そしてパイプケーブルのパイプの接続部の把持作業が把持具によって簡便で止着機能を高めて接続、配線の作業を安全かつ容易にすることができる。

本発明は、キャビネット内で固定化されたパイプケーブルのパイプ同士を嵌入接続しうるパイプジョイントをキャビネット内に設けた把持具に着脱自在に装着するものであって、前記パイプジョイントに設けた細径部を挿入するガイド溝を形成した受け支板部材を備え、かつパイプジョイントの細径部外周両側に突設した一対の係止突部を有し、該係止突部をパイプジョイントの回動によって嵌入係止しうる係止凹部が支板部材の前記ガイド溝に円弧縁のある鉤状切欠として対向配備されていることにより、パイプジョイントで接続されたパイプ接続部の取付けや取外しが簡便にでき作業性が著しく円滑良好であり、しかも止着後には抜けにくくガタついたり、移動することがなくて保持機能が安定であり、保持機能を高めて接続配線の作業を安全にし、かつパイプ接続の交換並びに増設が簡単にでき、パイプの収容も一目でわかる配線ができて識別性良好で、しかも任意のパイプのハンドリングが可能で取り扱い容易であり、作業性を大巾に向上すると共に、パイプ接続部のみ固定すればよいので、余分な保持部材を不要とし、構成簡単で製造容易、低コストで生産できるなど実用上の効果がある。
