Description
【0001】

表層(No.1)53.0g/m2
中層(No.3)53.0g/m2
中層(No.4)53.0g/m2
裏層(No.5)53.0g/m2
【0017】
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cardboard with a checkered pattern used for office supplies paper, packaging paper, book paper and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, paper with a checkered pattern has been widely used for envelopes for office supplies, paper for notes, notebooks, etc., and book paper. The paper with the crease pattern here is also called the crepe, and in the case of machine-made paper, the dandy with the crease mesh (a wire mesh made of straight wires arranged in parallel) is the upper mesh. Paper that has a wrinkle line on paper that is made by a long paper machine using a roll, or paper that has a wrinkle line that is made by using a wrinkled net on a circular net of a circular paper machine. In general, it has been applied to more paper.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, pattern papers with a crepe pattern have been applied mainly to writing papers and book papers that have been made in a single layer. In the case of application to bonded cardboard, it is applied to a pattern paper having a surface with a fringe pattern formed on it, but it is difficult to develop a watermark pattern.
[0004]
In other words, if a surface pattern is formed on the surface layer and a surface pattern is formed on the back layer, it is difficult to match the horizontal lines of the surface pattern, and the watermark pattern becomes bright and dark, and a favorable result cannot be obtained. It was only applied to the surface of cardboard where a watermark pattern was not required.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a new cardboard with a checkerboard pattern that forms a checkerboard pattern on the surface of the cardboard cardboard, which has been considered impossible in the past, and a watermark appears. .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, in the thick paper obtained by combining layers in which a checkerboard pattern is formed on an intermediate layer of a multilayer paperboard, the raw pulp of the checkerboard pattern forming layer is used. Colored, the raw material pulp of the other layer is unstained or has a structure of a cardboard with a square pattern having a basis weight of 90 to 250 g / m 2 , which is colored with a different color .
[0007]
Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, when a wire mesh having a grid pattern previously used for thin paper, and having a horizontal line thickness of 0.914 mm arranged at 17 pieces per 25.4 mm is used for a circular mesh, Or, when paper having a basis weight of 70 g / m 2 or less is used for two- layer stitching, a checkered pattern appears. At 90 g / m 2 , almost no creased pattern appears, and in order to form the creased pattern, a horizontal line of about 2.0 mm in thickness is used to form an intermediate layer of 9 circular nets arranged per 25.4 mm. As a result, the present inventors have found that an extremely thick wrinkle pattern and a watermark appear on the screen even when the basis weight of the 5-layer stitching is about 250 g / m 2 , thereby completing the present invention. .
[0008]
In addition, the basis weight of the layer forming the checkerboard pattern may be determined in consideration of the overall basis weight. When the basis weight is increased to about 250 g / m 2 , the wire mesh of the layer forming the checkerboard pattern is used. When the number of the laminated layers was increased on the surface side, the formation of the crease pattern was good.
[0009]
In addition, as a raw material used in the present invention, generally used papermaking pulp was used, but in this case, a thick line for forming a mesh pattern of a wire mesh formed a paper sheet when the diameter was about 2.3 mm or more. It has been found that it is difficult to apply it to the wire net of a circular paper machine.
[0010]
Furthermore, it was found that when the raw material pulp of the layer that forms the checkered pattern is colored, the checkered line appears in a dark color, and a colored paper with a checkered pattern that has not existed before is obtained. In particular, it has been found that by coloring the raw pulp of each layer of the assemblage with different dyes, it becomes a hue that has a particularly complex hue, and it is also possible to develop a habit pattern with different hues on both sides. We can provide colored paper with cardboard pattern.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on examples.
[0012]
[Embodiment 1] A gauze in which one of the circular nets of a multi-layered circular net paper machine is arranged so that there are nine per 25.4 mm using a bronze wire with a thickness of 2.032 mm on the horizontal line. A patterned wire mesh was made and used. The thickness of the vertical line at this time was 0.132 mm, and the opening of the thick line was 0.790 mm. This mesh pattern forming circle net was disposed so as to be the second of the five mesh nets of a mesh paper machine, and a mesh pattern paper having a basis weight of 110 g / m 2 was made.
[0013]
The composition of the raw materials and the basis weight of each layer at this time are as follows.
1. Raw material blend (1) Pulp blend (wt%)
Surface layer, back layer NBKP 60%, LBKP 40%
Middle layer NBKP 30%, LBKP 40%, TMP 30% (2) Chemicals (% by weight of pulp)
Sizing agent 2.5%, Sulfuric acid band 4.5%
2. Beating degree table, back layer 500cc
Middle layer 480cc
* Note (1) NBKP stands for softwood bleached kraft pulp (2) LBKP stands for hardwood bleached kraft pulp (3) TMP stands for thermo-mechanically treated pulp (4) Beating degree is JISP 8121 Canadian standard freeness tester 2. Measurement by Target basis weight surface layer (No. 1) of each layer 23.3 g / m 2
Middle layer (No. 2) 17.0 g / m 2
Middle layer (No. 3) 23.3 g / m 2
Middle layer (No. 4) 23.3 g / m 2
Back layer (No. 5) 23.3 g / m 2
[0014]
As a result of the papermaking, 110 g / m 2 of cardboard was obtained on which both sides had the same ridge pattern and watermark.
[0015]
[Example 2] A cardboard having a basis weight of 250 g / m 2 was prepared using the same raw material as in Example 1.
[0016]
The target basis weight of each layer at this time is as follows.
Surface layer (No. 1) 53.0 g / m 2
Middle layer (No. 2) 38.0 g / m 2
Middle layer (No. 3) 53.0 g / m 2
Middle layer (No. 4) 53.0 g / m 2
Back layer (No. 5) 53.0 g / m 2
[0017]
The resulting cardboard showed 250 g / m 2 with the same uneven pattern on both sides and a slight watermark. In addition, although the basis weight of the eyelet pattern forming layer is shown as an average amount, the basis weight of the thick line portion is actually very small, and the center portion of the opening between the thick lines is the largest basis weight so that it thickens up. Been formed.
[0018]
[Example 3] Using the same raw material composition and beating degree raw material as in Example 1, only the raw material of the second layer of the ridge pattern forming layer is colored with a blue dye so that each layer is 40 g / m 2. I put together. The first, third, fourth, and fifth layers are white layers of bleached pulp. As a result, the blue wrinkles clearly appear from the first layer side, the back surface is slightly blue, and the blue watermark is included. A paper with a distinctive blue eye pattern was obtained.
[0019]
[Example 4] The first, third, fourth, and fifth layers of the raw material pulp of Example 3 were dyed with a yellow dye, and the second layer was made using a raw material pulp dyed in blue, and were similarly combined, The first layer side is yellowish green as a whole and the blue-yellow eyeline of blue-blue wings appears, and the fifth layer side is almost entirely yellow with the ridgeline eyelines appearing. A paper with a characteristic eyelet pattern with green and dark green eyelines was obtained.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, as a result of using a mesh pattern forming wire mesh using a horizontal line with a thickness of about 2.0 mm, which was not conceived in the past, as an intermediate layer of a multi-layered circular paper machine, it has not been conventionally used in cardboard. It is possible to provide a new cardboard with a card pattern with a blue cell pattern that allows the cell pattern and the watermark to appear on both sides.
[0021]
In addition, if the raw material pulp is colored with the same color for each layer, and the intermediate layer is colored with a different color, it is possible to expect a further change in the watermark line of the blue eye pattern, and a new fancy paper can be provided. .
