BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a topless charging device for a bell-less blast furnace, and particularly in a top-top charging device that employs a parallel bunker system, resulting from the fact that the bunker cut-out port is eccentric from the central axis of the charging device. This is a proposal for a device that is effective in eliminating the turbulence (diffusion) of the charge distribution.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The blast furnace top charging apparatus shown in FIG. 1 is a parallel bunker type comprising a pair of

[0004]
On the other hand, conventionally, in order to prevent the drift of the charged material from falling down, “the raw material discharged from the furnace top bunker is caused to collide with each other from two opposite directions above the turning chute and drop onto the turning chute. "A method for charging the top of a bell-less blast furnace characterized by the above" (JP-A-2-236211) has been proposed.
[0005]
The present applicant has also proposed a charge distribution method that eliminates the drift of the fall trajectory of the charge (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-10018). In this proposal, it has been clarified that the drift of the fall trajectory of so-called charges occurs when a furnace top charging device has a plurality (two or more) of top bunkers. As a result, it has been clarified that the falling flow of the raw material occurs due to reaching different positions (eccentric positions) in the
[0006]
That is, the above-described drift will be described based on the description in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-10018 (FIG. 2). The swivel positions of the
If such fluctuations in the charging amount are left unattended, a deviation in the layer thickness distribution of the charged material in the circumferential direction will occur when entering the blast furnace interior, and this will impede the air permeability in the furnace, which makes stable blast furnace operation possible. Disappear. This prior art (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-10018) is just one way to overcome the above-mentioned problems.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the falling behavior of the raw material falling from the furnace top bunker can be controlled in terms of the raw material charging method and the equipment structure, the raw material charging method becomes even easier to control. The thickness distribution accuracy in the circumferential direction is improved, and more stable blast furnace operation can be realized.
[0008]
In this sense, each of the above-mentioned prior arts was useful in that it could overcome various problems of the previous furnace top charging device to a certain extent. I had it. For example, in the case of the apparatus described in JP-A-2-236211, it is necessary to use two pairs of bunkers per charging batch. In this respect, a double bunker is simply required, and the advantages of the parallel bunker method are reduced.
[0009]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to propose a furnace top charging device capable of suppressing the drift of the charging flow flowing down in the vertical chute.
Another object of the present invention is to realize the expected stable blast furnace operation by eliminating the drift of the charge falling flow and accurately performing the furnace interior charge distribution control.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of diligent research toward the realization of the above-mentioned object, the inventors have observed especially the pattern of the charge falling flow from the collecting hopper to the vertical chute, and from one of the two or more parallel bunkers. When the charge falling on the collecting hopper is first spread and dispersed in the circumferential direction (left and right direction), and then converged again at the entrance side of the vertical chute, effective centering can be achieved. The present invention was conceived by obtaining the knowledge that the charged material can be poured.
Therefore, in the present invention, in particular, a diverting projection for once spreading and dispersing the raw material is provided below the collecting hopper, and a centering tube having a large gradient (inclination angle) is provided continuously, and a vertical chute located below that is provided. Adopt a configuration that connects to
[0011]
That is, the present invention relates to a raw material charging apparatus in which a collecting hopper, a centering tube, a vertical chute and a turning shot are connected in order from the top under the furnace top bunker, and the material dropping portion on the inner wall surface of the collecting hopper and the centering tube It is a bellless blast furnace top charging apparatus, characterized in that a shunt projection for dispersing the falling raw material is provided between the opening and the opening.
[0012]
In the present invention,
(1) The collection hopper's inner wall surface at the material falling part is inclined and the falling material is guided to the vertical chute.
(2) The branching protrusion for dispersing the falling raw material has a height that does not overflow when the raw material collides,
(3) Arrange two or more furnace top bunkers, and arrange these bunkers eccentrically from the central axis of the vertical chute.
(4) At least the side of the lower part of the collecting hopper that is in contact with the vertical chute is constituted by a conical cylindrical centering tube,
(5) The gradient of the cylindrical wall of the centering chute is preferably larger than the gradient of the cylindrical wall of the funnel-shaped collecting hopper on the upstream side, and in particular, the gradient of the centering chute is inclined from the horizontal plane. It is desirable that the inclination of the collecting hopper is 40 ° to 60 ° as an inclination angle from the horizontal plane.
In the present invention, the collecting hopper may be an upper / lower collecting hopper having different gradients.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The basic idea of the present invention is to minimize the drift of the charge flow that passes (falls) through at least the vertical chute.
(1) After collecting and distributing the charge distribution in the circumferential direction (left and right direction) as widely as possible, the configuration of the collective hopper that receives the charge distribution that is cut out from one of the two or more parallel bunkers and dropped And a structure that slides downward,
{Circle around (2)} The charge falling flow that has been spread and distributed in the circumferential direction as described above is converged again for centering before flowing into the vertical chute.
This is to realize the charge fall flow control consisting of the two stages, and to thereby realize the drift control and the accurate charge distribution control at the same time.

The present invention, which embodies the concept as described above proposes a furnace top charging device as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4. FIG. 2 shows a furnace top charging apparatus having a parallel bunker structure including three furnace top bunker.
In these drawings, the upper part (a) shows a plan view, and 1a shows a dropping part of a raw material dropped from a furnace top bunker (not shown). Moreover, the figure (b) of a middle stage part is a side view. As can be seen from these figures, a funnel-shaped

In order to reduce the size, it is effective to set the flat plate portion 1b as a vertical plane so that the plane figure has a substantially triangular shape.
In addition, the said fall part 1a of a raw material means the area | region where the main stream part of the raw material fall flow at the time of cutting out a raw material from a furnace top bunker is distributed.

The result is shown in FIG. This FIG. 10 shows the distribution of the raw material flow falling in the upper part of the vertical chute. In the conventional example (FIG. 10 (a)), the raw material flow is inclined from the center to one side. Although the state can be seen, it can be seen that the apparatus according to the example of the present invention (FIG. 10 (b)) falls relatively at the center. Moreover, when compared with the falling flow itself, a concentration difference is apparent in the conventional example, and the main flow of the high-concentration raw material flow is greatly deviated from the center, but in the present invention example, the concentration difference is small, that is, it is more diffused than the conventional example. As a result, it was found that the center of the tube axis falls with an average concentration distribution, and it was found that the example of the present invention is more excellent in suppressing drift.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the charge falling flow falling in the vertical chute does not deviate greatly from the center of the tube axis and has an average concentration distribution near the center of the tube axis. Since it falls, it is possible to provide a charging device that not only excels in suppressing drift but also contributes to stable operation of the blast furnace.
