VR=λ1・(f2−f1)/2sinθ
λaco=λ1/2sinθ
φ=sin−1(VL0/VR)
tj=2[d1/(V1・cosφj)+d2/(V2・cosφj2)+d3/(V3・cosφj3)+d4/(V4・cosφj4)]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an internal temperature distribution measuring apparatus and an internal temperature distribution measuring method for measuring, for example, an internal temperature distribution of a steel material in a non-contact manner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in a hot plate manufacturing process, a plate having desired specification characteristics is manufactured by controlling the rolling conditions and cooling conditions of controlled rolling.
[0003]
At this time, the temperature information of the thick plate is very important for controlling the reduction condition and the cooling condition. Conventionally, the temperature information of the thick plate has been obtained by measuring the surface temperature of the thick plate using a radiation thermometer or the like and estimating the internal temperature of the thick plate by performing model calculation such as simulation.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, as for the internal temperature of the thick plate, since only the estimated value by model calculation can be obtained as described above, there is a large error from the actual internal temperature distribution, and a thick plate having desired specification characteristics is manufactured. There were cases where it was not possible. In particular, as the plate thickness increases, the structure and material control of the central portion of the plate thickness become more problematic. This is because the influence of center segregation and rolling distortion hardly reach the center of the plate thickness, and the temperature at the center is very high. Therefore, if accurate information about the internal temperature of the thick plate can be obtained, better controlled rolling becomes possible.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of an internal temperature distribution measuring apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a graph showing the relationship between internal temperature and longitudinal wave sound velocity for a steel material.
[0015]
The internal temperature distribution measuring apparatus of this embodiment measures the temperature distribution inside the measurement object in a non-contact manner. Here, as an object to be measured, for example, a steel plate (thick plate) manufactured by a hot process is assumed in an ironworks. The surface temperature of such a thick plate is usually about 700 ° C. In particular, in the present embodiment, the thick plate is divided into a plurality of layers along the thickness direction, and the average temperature of each layer is calculated at a certain measurement position, thereby obtaining the internal temperature distribution of the thick plate. To do.
[0016]
By the way, as is well known, in various steel materials, there is a close relationship between the internal temperature and the sound velocity of longitudinal waves propagating through the inside. An example of the relationship between the internal temperature about the steel material in FIG. 2 and the sound velocity of a longitudinal wave is shown. In FIG. 2, the horizontal axis represents the internal temperature of the steel material, and the vertical axis represents the acoustic velocity of the longitudinal wave. From this graph, it can be seen that the slower the longitudinal wave, the higher the internal temperature of the steel. In the internal temperature distribution measuring apparatus of this embodiment, after obtaining the longitudinal wave velocity in each layer of the thick plate, the internal temperature of the thick plate is utilized by utilizing the relationship between the internal temperature and the longitudinal wave sound velocity as shown in FIG. I will ask for. At this time, the acoustic velocity of the longitudinal wave in each layer of the thick plate is calculated using a laser ultrasonic method.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 1, the internal temperature distribution measuring apparatus according to the present embodiment includes an ultrasonic

[0025]
Since the interference fringes generated by the interference correspond to the pattern of thermal stress, ultrasonic waves corresponding to this pattern are generated. The wavelength of this ultrasonic wave is the wavelength λ of the interference fringes. aco Is the same. In particular, the interference fringe scanning speed V R Is made larger than the speed of sound of the ultrasonic wave inside the

The traveling direction angle (the angle with respect to the thickness direction of the measuring object 2) at the time of occurrence of this longitudinal wave is φ, and the sound velocity of the longitudinal wave inside the measuring

There is a relationship. Therefore, the scanning speed V of the interference fringes R That is, the incident angle θ or the frequency difference f 2 -F 1 By adjusting this, the traveling direction angle φ when the longitudinal wave is generated can be controlled.
[0027]
Note that the traveling direction angle at the time of the generation of the transverse wave is given by the above formula in which the sound speed of the longitudinal wave is replaced with the sound speed of the transverse wave.
[0028]
By the way, as will be described in detail later, in order to obtain the sound velocity of the longitudinal wave in each layer of the

[0030]
Of course, the traveling direction angle φ when the longitudinal wave is generated is controlled by adjusting the incident angle of the first laser beam L1 instead of the second laser beam L2, or by the first laser. You may make it carry out by adjusting the incident angle of both the beam L1 and the 2nd laser beam L2.
[0031]
FIG. 5 shows an example of the setting value of the incident angle θ when the traveling direction angle φ when the longitudinal wave is generated is controlled to 20 degrees, 30 degrees, 40 degrees, and 50 degrees. In this example, the frequency difference f 2 -F 1 Is 80 MHz. As shown in FIG. 5, the incident angle θ may be set to 0.14 degrees in order to set the traveling direction angle φ at the time of longitudinal wave generation to 20 degrees. Further, the incident angle θ is set to 0.21 degrees to set the traveling direction angle φ at the time of occurrence of the longitudinal wave to 30 degrees, and the incident angle θ is set to 0.2 degrees to set the traveling direction angle φ at the time of generation of 40 degrees. What is necessary is just to set to 26 degree | times. In order to set the traveling direction angle φ when the longitudinal wave is generated to 50 degrees, the incident angle θ may be set to 0.32 degrees.
[0032]
As can be seen from this example, since the setting value of the incident angle θ is very small, the
[0033]
Since a transverse wave is generated simultaneously with the longitudinal wave, for reference, FIG. 5 also shows the traveling direction angle of the transverse wave generated in conjunction with the longitudinal wave. The traveling directions of the longitudinal wave and the transverse wave are different because the velocity of the longitudinal wave and the velocity of the transverse wave in the

In the case of a plank manufactured by a hot process, the internal temperature varies depending on the location, and the sound speed of the ultrasonic waves is not constant. For this reason, the advancing direction of an ultrasonic wave changes inside a thick board. In the present embodiment, it is assumed that the sound velocity of the longitudinal wave is constant in each layer of the

Now, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, let us consider a case where a thick plate which is the
[0050]
Also, under the above assumption, the traveling direction of the longitudinal wave in each layer is constant, so it is necessary to consider that the longitudinal wave is refracted when passing through the boundary surface of each layer as shown in FIG. However, in FIG. 8, such refraction is omitted, and the propagation path of the longitudinal wave is shown by a straight line. Here, as shown in FIG. 9, the longitudinal wave travels through the first layer of the measuring

Next, the
[0059]
In the internal temperature distribution measuring apparatus of the present embodiment, by using the laser ultrasonic method and the interference fringe scanning method, longitudinal wave ultrasonic waves traveling obliquely with respect to the surface are generated inside the measurement object, and the vertical wave is generated. A propagation time of a longitudinal wave when a wave is generated in each of a plurality of traveling directions is obtained. Then, based on the propagation time of the plurality of longitudinal waves obtained, the longitudinal wave sound velocity in each layer of the measurement object divided in advance along the thickness direction is calculated, and based on the calculated longitudinal wave sound velocity in each layer Determine the internal temperature of each layer. Therefore, in the internal temperature distribution measuring apparatus of the present embodiment, the internal temperature of the measurement object is not estimated by model calculation or the like as in the prior art, and therefore the internal temperature of the measurement object can be accurately obtained.
[0060]
In addition, this invention is not limited to said embodiment, A various deformation | transformation is possible within the range of the summary.
[0061]
In the above embodiment, the case where the internal temperature of the measurement object is obtained based on the sound velocity of the longitudinal wave has been described. However, the internal temperature of the measurement object may be obtained based on the sound velocity of the transverse wave. The sound speed of the transverse wave can be calculated by the same method as the method of calculating the sound speed of the longitudinal wave described above. Moreover, in this case, it is necessary to construct a database of the correspondence relationship between the internal temperature and the sound speed of the transverse wave for various steel materials in the computer.
[0062]
Further, in the above embodiment, the case where the measurement object is divided into four layers along the thickness direction and the internal temperature of each layer is measured has been described. The internal temperature of each layer may be measured by dividing into layers. In particular, as the number of layers to be divided increases, the measurement accuracy of the temperature distribution inside the measurement object improves. For this reason, it is necessary to determine the number of layers that classify the measurement object in consideration of such measurement accuracy.
[0063]
Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the case where a thick plate manufactured by a hot process is used as a measurement object has been described. However, the internal temperature distribution measuring device of the present invention is not limited to such a thick plate. It can also be applied to.
[0064]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the internal temperature distribution measuring apparatus of the present invention, by using the laser ultrasonic method and the interference fringe scanning method, an ultrasonic wave traveling obliquely with respect to the surface is generated inside the measurement object, and The propagation time of the ultrasonic wave when the ultrasonic wave is generated in each of a plurality of traveling directions is obtained. Then, based on the obtained propagation times of the plurality of ultrasonic waves, after calculating the ultrasonic velocity of sound in each layer of the measurement object previously divided along the thickness direction, the calculated ultrasonic velocity of sound in each layer Based on the above, the internal temperature of each layer is obtained. Therefore, in the present invention, since the internal temperature of the measurement object is not estimated by model calculation or the like as in the prior art, the internal temperature of the measurement object can be accurately obtained.
[0065]
Moreover, according to the internal temperature distribution measuring method of the present invention, the internal temperature distribution of the measurement object can be accurately measured as described above.

An internal temperature distribution measurement method for dividing a plate-like measurement object into a plurality of layers along its thickness direction and measuring the internal temperature of each layer at a predetermined position on the surface of the measurement object,
By irradiating the first laser beam and the second laser beam having different frequencies to the same position of the measurement object at a predetermined incident angle, interference between the first laser beam and the second laser beam is caused. A first step of generating ultrasonic waves traveling obliquely with respect to the surface of the measurement object inside the measurement object;
A second laser beam is guided to the position where the ultrasonic wave is reflected from the bottom surface of the measurement object and returned to the surface, and the third laser beam reflected from the surface of the measurement object is acquired. Steps,
A third step of detecting a change in the frequency of the third laser beam caused by vibration of the ultrasonic wave based on the third laser beam acquired in the second step;
A fourth step of obtaining a propagation time during which the ultrasonic wave propagated inside the measurement object based on waveform data representing a change in frequency of the third laser beam detected in the third step;
The number of traveling directions when the ultrasonic waves are generated is set in advance by the same number as the number of layers, the ultrasonic waves are sequentially generated in the set traveling directions, and the first step to the fourth. A fifth step of obtaining a propagation time of the ultrasonic wave generated in each of the traveling directions by repeating the steps;
A sixth step of calculating a speed of sound of the ultrasonic wave in each layer based on a propagation time of the ultrasonic wave generated in each of the traveling directions;
A seventh step for determining the internal temperature of each layer based on the sound velocity of the ultrasonic wave in each layer calculated in the sixth step;
