【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、舗装機械の締め固め制御装置に関するものであり、特に、アスファルトフィニッシャー等の舗装機械に於て、タンパやバイブレータ等を備えた締め固め装置の回転数や振動数を自動制御し、最適な締め固め度が得られるようにした舗装機械の締め固め制御装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の此種舗装機械の締め固め装置について説明する。従来のアスファルトフィニッシャー等の舗装機械に備えられた締め固め装置はタンパやバイブレータ等を有し、舗装作業に於て該タンパやバイブレータの回転や振動を調節して締め固め度を調整し、該締め固め度の調整により仕上がりの良い舗装を行えるように操作されていた。

そして、前記舗装機械ではオペレータが手動で舗装速度や舗装厚に合わせて前記締め固め装置の回転数や振動数を調整していたため、オペレータが前記回転数や振動数の調整を忘れることがあったり、調整をしない場合があり、これによって舗装面が荒れたり所定の締め固め度が得られないという問題があった。

そこで、舗装機械の締め固め装置の作動を自動的に制御することにより、最適な締め固め度による仕上がりの良い舗装面を得るために解決すべき技術的課題が生じてくるのであり、本発明はこの課題を解決することを目的とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態を図1乃至図6に従って詳述する。先ず請求項1記載の発明を図1に従って説明する。図に於いて、1はアスファルトフィニッシャー等の舗装機械に備えられた締め固め装置の締め固め制御装置であり、該締め固め制御装置1は前記舗装機械(図示せず)の走行装置2の舗装速度を検出する舗装速度検出手段3を有すると共に、該舗装速度検出手段3の検出信号を入力して演算する演算装置4を備え、且つ、該演算装置4に接続されて該演算装置4に操作される電磁比例流量制御弁5が設けられる。そして、該演算装置4及び電磁比例流量制御弁5によって前記締め固め装置(図示せず)の作動制御手段6が構成される。
