【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、ファミコン、その他ゲ−ム機、音響機器等に使用されている十字方向に移動可能な操作スイッチに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の十字方向に移動可能な操作スイッチ(以下操作スイッチと称する)は例えば、図7で示されるようなゲ−ム機に使用されている。
図でわかるように、操作スイッチSは十字方向に移動可能の矢印マ−クが施されており、ゲ−ムをする場合のコントロ−ラ−となる。

図4、図5及び図6は従来の操作スイッチSに係る関係断面図を示している。
図4はスイッチ本体部2がプリント配線基板1等に取り付けられ、シャフト2’が樹脂製のキ−トップ3の嵌合孔3’へ圧入されている状態を示している。
この場合、組立てはアッパ−ケ−ス4の裏面より行う構造となっている。
また、キ−トップ3はスイッチ本体部2のシャフト2’の動作支点を中心とした半球形状をしており、キ−トップ3の操作によりスイッチ本体部2を動作させた場合でも、図でわかるように、機器内部からの光が洩れない構造となっいる。
しかしながら、この構造ではスイッチ本体部2のシャフト2’の円周方向のがたつきを吸収出来ず、それがキ−トップ3へ伝わるという不具合があった。
また、この構造においては、キ−トップ3の指先が当たる部分の形状が、アッパ−ケ−ス4の開口面積より大きくとれない為、デザイン上にも限界があった。

図5は従来の他の例を示すもので、この場合図でわかるように、図4との構成上の違いは組立てとして、キ−トップ3を最後に上方よりシャフト2’へ圧入して行うものである。
この構造によれば、図4に比べてキ−トップ3を自由にデザインすることが可能となるが、やはり同様にシャフト2’の円周方向のがたつきを吸収できないという問題点があった。

図6はさらに従来の他の例を示すもので、上記したものと違い、キ−トップ3を半球状以外の構造となっている。この場合、機器内部からの光洩れを防ぐため、アッパ−ケ−ス4の開口部とキ−トップ3との間にスポンジ5を設けている。
このスポンジ5を構成した場合、その材料によっては低温時に硬くなりスイッチ自体の動作不良を起こす等の不具合があった。また、スポンジを使用することにより、コストアップ乃至装置の低級感等の問題点もあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、上記実状を鑑み、キ−トップが取り付けられる操作スイッチの構造において、操作スイッチ自体が持つ、シャフト円周方向のがたつきを吸収し、かつ機器内部からの光洩れを防ぎ、またキ−トップのデザイン自由度を広げる等を特徴したものを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで本発明は、十字状に操作される操作スイッチにおいて、基板に固定接続され、内部に動作支点を有するシャフトが上方に突設されるスイッチ本体部と、前記シャフトが中心部に挿入固定され、中心外面部に係止シャフトが形成される半球状ボタンガイドと、前記係止シャフトが挿入固定されるキートップと、前記キートップの十字状の移動に連動する前記半球状ボタンガイドに沿うように開口部を設けたアッパーケースとを備え、前記半球状ボタンガイドの外面部には、前記スイッチの操作方向に突設されるガイドピンが設けられと共に、前記アッパーケースと前記基板間には前記ガイドピンが係合されるガイド溝を有するリブが設けられ、前記ガイド溝は、前記半球状ボタンガイドの前記十字状の移動を許容し、かつ、前記係止シャフトを軸とする前記半球状ボタンガイドの回転移動を規制する形状に形成されていることを要旨とするものである。

【作用】
キ−トップは操作スイッチを覆うように最上部に設けられているので、形状乃至デザインの自由度が大であり、またボタンガイドは半球状構造であって、そのボタンガイドの形状に合わせて設けられたアッパ−ケ−スの開口部に沿って移動可能となっており、よって下方の機器内部からの光洩れがなく、さらにまた、ガイドピンとガイドリブと相俟ってシャフト円周方向のがたつきをなくしている。

【実施例】
図1及び図2は本発明を各方向から見た断面関係図を示す実施例である。図において、本発明の操作スイッチSは上方より、キ−トップ3、半球状に形成されれキ−トップ3に圧入固定する係止シャフトを有するボタンガイド6及びプリント配線基板1に接続固定されたスイッチ本体部2等で構成されている。なお、図1は本発明の操作スイッチの構造をある方向から見た断面関係図であり、図2は図1の右方90度の位置から見た断面関係図である。 また、図3は本発明の操作スイッチの構造を各部において、理解しやすくするために示した分解関係図である。
以下、さらに図面に基づき本発明の詳細な説明をする。
プリント配線基板1上に設置されたスイッチ本体部2のシャフト2’には半球状のガイドボタン6が取り付けられている。このガイドボタン6には円柱状のガイドピン7が設けられており、このガイドピン7の位置の中心は図1の状態で、スイッチ本体部2におけるシャフト2’の動作点aと同一線上にあるように設定されている。
アッパ−ケ−ス4はボタンガイド6の出っ張る部分が開口されており、これら両者が近接するところはその開口部がボタンガイド6を覆うように土手状になっているので、上方への光洩れを防いでいる。
なお、ガイドピン7はアッパ−ケ−ス4の下面に設けられたガイドリブ8の溝8’に係合している。

図1において、キ−トップ3をA方向に移動すると、ボタンガイド6のガイドピン7がガイドリブ8の溝8’に案内され、スイッチ本体部2のシャフト2’が連動し、A方向における右端側又は左端側でそれぞれスイッチがオンされる。
また、図2においても同様に、キ−トップ3をB方向に移動すると、ボタンガイド6のガイドピン7がガイドリブ8の溝8’に案内され、スイッチ本体部2のシャフト2’が連動し、B方向における右端側又は左端側でそれぞれスイッチがオンされる。

図でわかるように、ガイドピン7とガイドリブ8の溝8’とのクリアランスは摺動するための最小寸法となつていることから、スイッチ本体部2のスイッチ状態が中立の時においても、キ−トップ3のC方向のがたつきは殆どない構造となっている。

【発明の効果】
以上に述べたように本発明の操作スイッチの構造は、特に十字方向に移動するようなスイッチにおいて、スイッチ自体が持つシャフトの円周方向のがたつきを吸収し、かつ機器内部からの光洩れを防ぎ、またキ−トップのデザインの自由度を広げる等の大きな利点を有する。
