【従来の技術】
従来の火力,原子力発電プラントのタービン・発電機等の回転機械の現地での組立・据付においては、タービン及び発電機をそれぞれ単独で、あるいは共通台板上に一体化した状態で現地に搬入していた。

現地搬入後は、図3に示すように現地で建設された基礎架台であるコンクリート製タービン架台51上にタービン52及び発電機53を据付け、その周囲にメンテナンスラックや配管ラック54等を組立てて据付工事を完成させるのが一般的であった。

このようなコンクリート製基礎架台は、高調位型と呼ばれるもので、堅固に作られており、固有振動数が高く、回転体の固有振動数がそれ以下になるように設計されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のタービン発電機の現地据付において、タービン及び発電機の基礎架台は、前述したようにコンクリート製で高調位型のものであり、高剛性かつ堅固に設計されているため、体積が大きくなり重量も極めて重かった。

このため、タービン及び発電機は現地に別々に、あるいは共通台板上に組立てて発送され、現地に建設された基礎架台上に調整しながら据付けることが必要であり、基礎工事費、据付工事費が嵩む上に工期も長くなっていた。
本発明は上記の課題を解決しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に記載の発明に係るタービン・発電機の搬送・現地据付方法においては、基礎架台を、その固有振動数が組み付けるタービンおよび発電機の固有振動数以下である低調位型鋼製基礎架台とし、同基礎架台を工場にて組立て、これに前記タービンおよび発電機を組付けたのち、同タービンおよび発電機を前記基礎架台とともに現地へ発送し、現地にてそのまま据付けることを特徴としている。

上記において、タービン及び発電機を組付ける基礎架台は、従来の高調位型コンクリート製基礎架台に替えて、その固有振動数が組み付けるタービンおよび発電機の固有振動数以下である低調位型鋼製基礎架台を用いるものとしたため、重量の大幅軽減が可能となる。

そのため、工場内でタービンと発電機を基礎架台に組付けて一体とし、この一体化された状態で現地まで搬送し、そのまま据付けることが可能となり、工事費の大幅低減と工期の大幅短縮が可能となる。

本発明の実施の一形態に係るタービン・発電機の搬送・現地据付方法について、図1及び図2により説明する。

図1及び図2に示す本実施形態に係るタービン・発電機の搬送・現地据付方法においては、予め、工場内で低調位型鋼製基礎架台1を製作し、この基礎架台1上にタービン2及び発電機3を組付けて一体化する。

次に、基礎架台1とタービン2と発電機3を一体化した状態で工場から現地まで海上輸送し、現地構内をトレーラ4に搭載して搬送した後、現地の据付場所でトレーラ4を引き出すことにより、一体とした基礎架台1とタービン2と発電機3の据付けを完了する。

上記において、低調位型鋼製基礎架台1は、その固有振動数をタービン2及び発電機3の固有振動数以下として柔軟に設計されており、鋼製のため、従来のタービン発電機の据付けにおいて用いられていたコンクリート製基礎架台に比べて大幅に重量が軽減されるとともに、工場製作が可能となった。

本発明のタービン・発電機の搬送・現地据付方法においては、タービン及び発電機を搭載する基礎架台として、その固有振動数が組み付けるタービンおよび発電機の固有振動数以下である低調位型鋼製のものを工場内にて製作し、この基礎架台の上にタービン及び発電機を工場内で組付けて一体とした後、そのままの状態で現地まで搬送し、現地据付を行うものとしたことによって、基礎架台の重量が従来のものに比べて大幅に軽減され、タービン、発電機及び基礎架台の一体搬送、一体現地据付が可能となったため、基礎工事費及び据付工事費の大幅低減と工期の大幅短縮が可能となる。
