【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、複数台の遊技機を並列して取り付ける島設備に遊技機を取り付ける際に、島設備に対する遊技機の前後方向の傾斜角度を調整できるようにした遊技機の取付構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
複数台の遊技機を並べて設置するための取付設備である所謂島設備に取り付ける遊技機は、島設備に対して前後方向に傾斜して取り付けられている。例えば、代表的な遊技機であるパチンコ機では、一般的に、下部が上部に対して前方に突出する状態で傾斜させて、島設備に取り付けられている。
これは、遊技球が障害釘に当って流下方向を変換しながら流下する際に、遊技球が障害釘の根本に絡み付くように流下させることにより遊技球が遊技部内を流下するに要する時間を長くして、これにより遊技球一個当りの遊技時間(遊技者が遊技球の流下状態を見守りながら入賞を期待する時間)を延長せしめるためである。

従来、このように、遊技機を島設備に対して前後方向に傾斜させて取り付けるには、遊技機の前後方向の傾斜角度を調整しながら、外枠の上横枠材及び下横枠材と、島設備の上下の横材に釘で打ち付けることにより、島設備に遊技機を傾斜させた状態で固定している。
また、遊技店において、遊技機の傾斜角度を調整する傾斜角度調整パーツを別途用意し、外枠の上横枠材を島設備に釘で固定した後、傾斜角度調整パーツを下横枠材に取り付けて、遊技機の傾斜角度の調整を行う方法もある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記した従来の島設備に対する遊技機の取付方法では、傾斜角度の調整が面倒であり、傾斜角度の微妙な調整は、熟練した作業者の勘に頼ることとなっていた。このため、遊技機を所望する傾斜角度で正確に島設備に取り付けることが困難であるという問題があった。
また、傾斜角度調整パーツを遊技店側で別途用意するのでは、遊技店側の負担が増加するという問題もあった。

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来の技術の有する問題点に鑑み提案されたもので、その目的とするところは、複数台の遊技機を並列して取り付ける設備に遊技機を取り付ける際に、遊技機の前後方向の傾斜角度調整が容易な遊技機の取付構造を提供することにある。

上記した目的を達成するため、請求項1に記載の発明は、複数台の遊技機を島設備の上横材と下横材との間の設置空隙内に並べて設置する島設備に対する遊技機の取付構造において、
遊技機の外枠を構成する上横枠材または下横枠材のいずれか一方に設けられ、外枠を設備に止着する止着手段と、
上記止着手段で止着されない外枠の上横枠材または下横枠材を、設備に対して前後方向に揺動させることにより、設備に対する外枠の前後方向の傾斜角度を調整する傾斜角度調整手段と、
該傾斜角度調整手段により調整した傾斜角度を維持するように傾斜角度調整手段と外枠と設備との相対位置関係を保持する相対位置保持手段と、
を備え、
上記傾斜角度調整手段は、止着手段で固定されていない外枠の上横枠材または下横枠材から島設備の横材に向って突出した支持突起と、該支持突起を外枠の前後方向に移動させる移動手段とを備えたベースを外枠に取り付けてなり、
上記相対位置保持手段は、上記傾斜角度調整手段側に位置する島設備の横材に設けられ、上記支持突起の先端部を係合する支持凹部からなることを特徴とする。

【作用】
請求項1記載の発明では、設備に遊技機を取り付けるには、まず、外枠を構成する上横枠材または下横枠材のいずれか一方に設けられた止着手段により外枠を設備に固定する。
次に、止着手段で固定されていない外枠の上横枠材または下横枠材から突出した支持突起の先端部を支持凹部に係合し、この状態で移動手段により支持突起を外枠の前後方向に移動する。この様にして、止着手段で固定していない外枠の上横枠材または下横枠材を、設備に対して前後方向に揺動させると、設備に対する外枠の前後方向の傾斜角度が変化し、これにより所望する傾斜角度に調整できる。
そして、相対位置保持手段により傾斜角度調整手段と外枠と設備との相対位置関係を保持して、傾斜角度調整手段により調整した傾斜角度を維持する。

パチンコ機1は、図1及び図2に示すように、外枠2に、内枠3を蝶番によって開閉及び着脱可能に取り付けて、内枠3には、開口部を裏側から塞ぐようにして上部に遊技盤4が設けてあり、遊技盤4の下方には球供給皿5、球貯留皿6、打球発射操作部7等が配設されている。また、内枠3の裏側には、遊技盤4の裏面を塞ぐ裏機構盤8、打球発射装置9等が配設されている。そして、パチンコ機1は、複数台の遊技機を並列して取り付けるための取付設備である所謂島設備10に前後方向に傾斜した状態で取り付けられる。
