BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, when stacking empty transport containers (hereinafter, transport containers are also simply referred to as “containers”), an upper container is fitted into a lower container, and the contents The present invention relates to a transporting container that can be stacked so that a container positioned above does not fit into a container positioned below.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the vicinity of both ends of the side wall of the container, a pocket supporting leg portion comprising a combination of a pocket having a depth approximately half the depth of the container formed on the inner wall of the side wall and a supporting leg formed on the outer wall of the side wall, Formed containers are known. Such a container is located above a flange formed in the opening of the container located below when the container located below and the container located above are stacked in the same direction. The container support legs are placed and the upper container is stacked so as not to be fitted into the lower container, so-called stacking, and the upper container is placed on the horizontal plane from the stacking state. Is rotated 180 degrees so that the support leg of the upper container is inserted into the pocket of the lower container, and the upper container is fitted into the lower container by about half. So-called nesting is performed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The upper container is positioned below by lifting one of the upper containers and sliding the support leg opposite the lifted side along the flange of the lower container. The so-called slide stacking, which is stacked on the container, is performed, but at this time, the support leg of the upper container is fitted in the pocket of the lower container, and the slide stacking cannot be smoothly performed. there were.
[0004]
The problems to be solved by the above-described invention will be specifically described below with reference to FIGS.

[0011]
Further, the conventional container C ′ described above has a problem that the buckling strength and the like of the container C ′ on the side where the support legs s1 ′ and s2 ′ of the pockets p1 ′ and p2 ′ are not formed are reduced. In particular, when the width is increased as in the pocket p1 ′ of the first pocket support leg A ′, there is a problem that the strength near the pocket p1 ′ where the support leg s1 ′ is not formed is significantly reduced.
[0012]
Furthermore, in order to maintain the side wall strength of the container C ′, a wide support leg is required, and if a wide support leg is provided, a wide pocket must be formed. While the strength of the formed side wall was lowered, and a wide pocket was formed, there was a problem that the printed area of the side wall and the label attaching area were reduced.
[0013]
The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of conventional transport containers and to stack a large number of containers in a stable state when stacked in a vertical direction, that is, when stacked. Is to provide a simple transport container.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention provides a transport container capable of stacking in the same direction and nesting in the opposite direction by a combination of pocket support legs composed of pockets and support legs. And a pair of narrow pockets having a depth approximately half the depth of the container formed by bulging outward the side walls near both sides of the wide support legs. A first pocket support leg, a wide pocket formed by bulging the side wall of the container to the outside, and a pair of pockets formed near both sides of the wide pocket; It consists of narrow support legs.

【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the configuration as described above, the following effects are achieved.
[0042]
The strength of the container side wall can be increased, and deformation such as buckling deformation of the container side wall can be prevented.
[0043]
When the container is stacked, the wide support leg and the pair of narrow support legs are configured to be continuous in the vertical direction, so that the wide support leg or the narrow support leg is not deformed or buckled. In a stable state, a large number of containers can be stacked in multiple stages.
[0044]
A pair of narrow support legs are formed near both sides of the wide pocket, and the number of narrow support legs is increased from that of the conventional one.
