【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ遊技機に関し、更に詳しくは、パチンコ遊技機の遊技盤面に設けられ、特別な遊技状態が生じた時に遊技球の入賞が可能なように開閉駆動される入賞装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ遊技機の遊技盤面には、各種の入賞装置が設けられている。例えば、昨今においては、遊技盤面に普通図柄表示装置や特別図柄表示装置といった複数の図柄表示装置が設けられ、遊技盤面のゲート(又は入賞口)を遊技球が通過すると普通図柄表示装置が図柄変動を開始し、その停止図柄が「当たり」図柄であると遊技盤面の普通電動役物である第一種始動入賞装置が短時間開放される。そして、前記開放の間に遊技球が入賞すると特別図柄表示装置が図柄変動を開始し、停止図柄が「大当たり」図柄であると、今度は遊技盤面の特別電動役物である大入賞装置が長時間の開放状態を何回か繰り返し、その間に数多くの遊技球の入賞によって多量の賞品球を獲得することができるといったものもある。

このようなパチンコ遊技機において、入賞装置の開閉駆動はソレノイドによって行われるものが一般的である。例えば、大入賞装置は、大入賞口に開閉自在に設けられる入賞口扉に、この入賞口扉を開閉駆動させるソレノイドのアクチュエータ(プランジャ)を直接連結させるか、リンク機構を介して連結させている。そして、このような入賞装置によれば、ソレノイドの駆動によって速やかに入賞口扉が開放され、あるいは閉鎖させるためのタイミング的な制御が行い易いという利点がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような従来の入賞装置は、ソレノイドと大入賞口の入賞口扉とを一体的に連結させているために、ソレノイドの駆動による入賞口扉の開放動作時に遊技球が入賞口扉とその前面に位置するガラス扉との間に挟まって入賞口扉の開放を妨げたり、あるいは入賞口扉と入賞口の縁との間に遊技球が挟まって、入賞口扉が閉じるのを妨げたりすることがある。

そしてこのように入賞口扉の開閉動作時に遊技球の噛み込み等があると、ソレノイドが飽和状態となったときに誤作動を起こすことがあった。これでは遊技者は折角多量の賞品球が得られる機会が与えられても、入賞口扉が充分に開閉されない状態となったために、
その機会を逸することとなる。また、このような遊技球の噛み込み状態が頻繁に起きると、遊技者は遊技トラブルの多発によりゲームに対して興ざめし、ついには遊技場ホールから足が遠のくことになってしまう。

本発明の解決しようとする課題は、パチンコ遊技機の遊技盤面に設けられる大入賞装置などの入賞口扉の開閉動作が確実になされることはもとより、万が一、入賞口扉と前面ガラス板との間などに遊技球の噛み込み等が生じた時には、速やかにその状態が解消されるようにした入賞装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この課題を解決するために本発明の請求項1に記載の入賞装置は、遊技盤面の入賞口に開閉自在に設けられる入賞口扉と、該入賞口扉を開閉駆動するための開閉駆動源を設けると共に、該開閉駆動源による該入賞口扉の開放方向への作用に抗して該入賞口扉を閉鎖方向に附勢する第一附勢手段と、該第一附勢手段による該入賞口扉の閉鎖方向への作用に抗して該入賞口扉を開放方向に附勢する第二附勢手段とを設けたことを要旨とする。このような構成とすることにより入賞口扉の開閉動作を速やか且つ確実に実施することが可能となり、賞品球の払出しに直結する入賞口扉の開閉動作に係るトラブルを未然に防止できることが期待できる。

そしてまた、請求項に記載のように遊技盤面の入賞口に開閉自在に設けられる入賞口扉と、該入賞口扉を開閉駆動する開閉駆動源とを設けると共に、該開閉駆動源による入賞口扉の開放方向への作用にして入賞口扉を閉鎖方向に附勢する第一附勢手段を前記開閉駆動源に設ける一方、該第一附勢手段による該入賞口扉の閉鎖方向への作用に抗して該入賞口扉を開方向に附勢する第二附勢手段とを設け、前記第一附勢手段と第二附勢手段とを非連状態とし、該開閉駆動源に対して入賞口扉の開閉位置に係わらず附勢手段による附勢作用を初期状態に復帰させるようにすれば、仮に何れか一方に誤作動やトラブルが生じても、一方には影響を与えることなく初期状態に復帰することが可能となり、効率的な動作が実施できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好適な一実施の形態を図面を参照して詳しく説明する。
図1は、本実施形態に係るパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤面を示したものである。図示するように、遊技盤10の遊技領域中央部に設けられる特別図柄表示装置2は、その表示画面2fの上半分に各々個別に変動可能な左図柄表示部2a、右図柄表示部2b、中図柄表示部2cが設けられ、下半分領域には各種のキャラクタ等の絵柄が表示される図柄表示領域2dが設けられる。そして、前記特別図柄表示装置2の周囲を囲む装飾枠体4の上部左側位置には、7セグメントデジタル表示でもって数字や記号等の図柄が表示される普通図柄表示装置6が設けられる。尚、この実施例では「0」〜「9」までの数字が可変設定されるようになっている。

また、前記特別図柄表示装置2の真下位置には、遊技盤10面を転動する遊技球の落入により特別図柄表示装置2の各図柄表示部2a、2b、2cの図柄変動を起動させる始動入賞装置14が設けられる。この始動入賞装置14は、前記普通図柄表示装置6に所定の図柄が表示された場合に開閉動作を行う左右の可動翼片14a、14aを有する普通電動役物である。

そして遊技盤10面には、遊技球の落入(通過)により前記普通図柄表示装置6の図柄変動を起動させる左ゲート20及び右ゲート21が各々設けられる。又、前記始動入賞装置14の下方位置には、通常は閉じており前記特別図柄表示装置2の各図柄表示部2a、2b、2cの表示図柄の組み合わせが特定の図柄表示態様と一致した時に開放される特別電動役物である大入賞装置16が設けられ、その内側には、大入賞装置16が開放された時に入賞可能となる特定領域入賞口18が設けられる。この特定領域入賞口18は、大入賞装置16が開放されている間に遊技球が入賞することにより、大入賞装置16を所定の回数まで繰り返し開閉させるためのものである。

ちなみに次の表1(a)(b)には、特別図柄表示装置2の「大当たり」図柄の表示態様を示す。 この表1(a)に示す通常図柄(非特定図柄)と、表1(b)に示す特定図柄の場合とでは、その後の遊技状況が異なり、表1(a)に示した通常図柄(非特定図柄)の組合わせでもって「大当たり」が発生した場合は、次回の特別図柄表示装置2に係る抽選確率2段階の確率のうち低確率が設定され、各図柄表示部2a,2b,2cの図柄変動時間には7.7秒間、始動入賞装置14の可動翼片14a,14aの開放時間は0.3秒間が各々設定される。

また、表1(b)に示した特定図柄の組合わせでもって「大当たり」が発生した場合は、次回の特別図柄表示装置2の抽選確率は高確率に移行するようになっている。そして、
この移行に伴って各図柄表示部2a,2b,2cの図柄変動時間は7.7秒間から5.2秒間に短縮され、「大当たり」発生の抽選の機会が高められると共に、前記始動入賞装置14の可動翼片14aの開放時間が0.3秒間から4.5秒間に延長され、始動入賞装置14への遊技球の落入の機会も高められるようになっている。

また、前記普通図柄表示装置6に表示される「当たり」図柄は「1」「3」「5」「7」「9」の5種類であり、普通図柄表示装置6に「当たり」図柄が表示された時には、前記始動入賞装置14の可動翼片14a、14aが前述のように、低確率の時には0.3秒間、また高確率の時には4.5秒間開放されることとなる。

そして、前記左右ゲート20,21を通過した遊技球数はカウントされ、前記装飾枠体4に設けられる普通図柄用記憶表示LED8に最大4個まで記憶されてランプの点灯でもって表示される。前記普通図柄表示装置6は、この記憶個数分の図柄変動が繰り返されるようになっている。又、前記始動入賞装置14に入賞した遊技球数もカウントされ、これも前記装飾枠体4に設けられる特別図柄用記憶表示LED12に最大4個まで記憶されてランプの点灯でもって表示され、特別図柄表示装置2は、この記憶個数分の図柄変動が繰り返されるようになっている。

その他遊技盤10面の下方位置には、普通入賞口である左袖入賞口22及び右袖入賞口23、更に左落し入賞口24、右落し入賞口25が各々設けられる。これらの普通入賞口に遊技球が落入すると、右袖入賞口23においては8個、左袖入賞口22及び左右落し入賞口24,25においては6個、又、前記始動入賞装置14においては6個、大入賞装置16及び特定領域入賞口18においては15個の賞品球(以下「賞球」という)が各々払出されるようになっている。

尚、前記特別図柄表示装置2の周囲を囲む装飾枠体4の左右壁面には、前記遊技盤10面を転動する遊技球が該装飾枠体4の内側へ転入可能なようになっており、また該装飾枠体4の枠内底面は中央がへこんだ穏やかな傾斜が設けられ、その中央部に運ばれた遊技球は、再度遊技盤10面に流落されるようになっている。更に前記装飾枠体4の枠内底面の奥側には、キャラクタ等を立体表示した装飾部材5が遊技状況等に関連なく駆動用モータの駆動に伴って一定周期で上下運動を繰り返すようになっている。

また、遊技盤10面には、前述したように各種の入賞口等が設けられるが、これらの他にも釘部材や遊技球の流下速度及び落下方向を無作為に変化させる風車26,26等が設けられる。更に遊技盤10面の周囲やその内部には、これも図示しない飾りランプ等が多数設けられ、点灯点滅することによって遊技機を彩るように構成される。そして、前記遊技盤10面の最下部には球排出口27が設けられ、何れの入賞口等にも落入しなかった遊技球は、この球排出口27から遊技盤10面外へ排出されるようになっている。

図2は、遊技盤10の裏面における入賞球の流出経路及び各種スイッチ類やソレノイド類等の配置状態を示した図である。図示されるように、始動入賞装置14、左落し入賞口24、左袖入賞口22に入賞した入賞球は、傾斜板状の入賞球集合路(入賞球集合板)40上に落下し、その傾斜下端位置に設けられる傾斜板状の入賞球誘導路(入賞球誘導板)42を介して入賞球(セーフ球)排出機構部85へと誘導される。また、大入賞装置16、特定領域入賞口18、右落し入賞口25、右袖入賞口23に入賞した入賞球は、直接入賞球誘導路42上に落下し、入賞球排出機構部85へ誘導されるようになっている。

前記始動入賞装置14における入賞球の流出経路には、その入賞を検知する始動口用検出スイッチ44が設けられる。また、前記大入賞装置16における入賞球の流出経路には、その入賞球数をカウントするカウント用スイッチ46が設けられ、前記特定領域入賞口18における入賞球の流出経路には、その入賞を検知する特定領域用スイッチ48が設けられる。更に前記左右ゲート20,21における遊技球の通路経路には、その入球を検知する左ゲート用スイッチ51及び右ゲート用スイッチ52が設けられる。

そして、前記始動口用検出スイッチ44の検出信号により、前記始動入賞装置14への入賞が検知されると、既述したように特別図柄表示装置2の各図柄表示部2a,2b,2cが図柄変動を開始する。そして、各図柄表示部2a,2b,2cの停止図柄が「大当たり」の条件を満たす場合には前記大入賞装置16が開放されるが、該大入賞装置16が開放状態である場合に前記カウント用スイッチ46の検出信号により10個の入賞球が検知されると、1回の開口動作の制限時間内であっても該大入賞装置16は閉じられる。そして、この開放中に特定領域用スイッチ48の検出信号により特定領域入賞口18への入賞が検知された場合には、大入賞装置16は所定の時間経過後再び開放され、これらの作動が繰り返されることになる。

また、左右ゲート用スイッチ51,52からの検出信号があれば、既述したように普通図柄表示装置6が駆動される。更に遊技盤10の裏面には、始動入賞装置14を開閉動作させる始動入賞口開放用ソレノイド54や、大入賞装置16の前面に設けられる入賞口扉を開閉動作させる大入賞口開放用ソレノイド55、特定領域入賞口18を開閉動作させる特定領域開放用ソレノイド56が各々設けられる。尚、装飾枠体4の内側下部に設けられた装飾部材5を上下動作するための装飾部材用モータ57も設けられる。

一方、前記右袖入賞口23における入賞球の流出経路には入賞検出用スイッチ60が設けられ、この検出スイッチ60の検知信号に基づいて図示しない賞品球払出機構により8個の賞球が払出される。また、前記始動口用検出スイッチ44の検出信号からの検知信号に基づいて、賞品球払出機構より6個の賞球が払出される。更に、前記大入賞装置16に設けられるカウント用スイッチ46、或いは特定領域入賞口18に設けられる特定領域用スイッチ48から検出信号があれば、賞品球払出機構より15個の賞球が払出されるようになっている。

なお、前記左右落し入賞口24,25及び左袖入賞口22における入賞球の流路には入賞球検出用のスイッチは設けられていないが、前記セーフ球排出機構部85に設けられるセーフ球検出スイッチ63により入賞球(セーフ球)の合計個数がカウントされるので、そのカウント数から前記カウント用スイッチ46、特定領域用スイッチ48及びセーフ球検出スイッチ63からの検出信号のカウント数を引いた個数差分に対比して6個ずつの賞球が払出されるようになっている。

即ち、セーフ球排出機構部85のセーフ球排出樋62を流下する入賞球は、セーフ球排出樋62の途中に設置されたセーフ球検出スイッチ63によってその通過が検知され、この検知を受けてセーフ球排出ソレノイド64が作動する。この作動によりセーフ球排出樋62内に貯留されている入賞球が1個ずつ通過するが、その際にカウント用スイッチ46、特定領域用スイッチ48、入賞検出用スイッチ60からの入賞信号がなければ、各々6個の賞球が払出される。

図3は、各種制御基板及びスイッチ類やソレノイド類等の接続を示す制御ブロック図である。図示するように、主制御基板70は中継基板72及びCR外部接続端子基板74、CR賞球払出制御基板76と直接接続され、該CR賞球払出制御基板76には、前記セーフ球排出機構部85に設けられるセーフ球検出スイッチ63等が接続される。そして、前記セーフ球検出スイッチ63によって遊技球の通過が検知されると、その検知信号はCR賞球払出制御基板76を介して主制御基板70に出力されて制御処理される。

前記CR外部接続端子基板74は、特別図柄表示装置2の「大当たり」の発生回数や各種入賞装置の始動回数、出球情報等を遊技場の管理装置へ出力する等の機能を有する。又、CR賞球払出制御基板76は、発生したセーフ球の種別に応じて、一定個数の賞球を図示しない賞品球払出機構部に払出し動作を行わせる等の機能を有する。

前記主制御基板70には、特別図柄表示装置2及び普通図柄表示装置6に係る制御を行う図柄表示装置基板82が接続され、更に中継基板72を介して大入賞装置16に係る制御を行う大入賞装置基板16aが接続される。この大入賞装置基板16aには、前述したカウント用スイッチ46、特定領域用スイッチ48が接続されると共に、大入賞口開放用ソレノイド55、特定領域開放用ソレノイド56が各々接続され、これらは所定の遊技状況に応じて制御処理される。

また、前記主制御基板70には各種のスイッチ類が直接接続される。例えば、前記左右ゲート20,21における遊技球の通過を検知する左右ゲート用スイッチ51,52、始動入賞装置14における遊技球の通過を検知する始動口用検出スイッチ44及び始動入賞口開放用ソレノイド54が各々接続される。これにより、前記主制御基板70は各々のスイッチから受信する検知信号を基に遊技状況に応じた動作を設定制御することができるようになっている。尚、本遊技機には上記説明した以外にも各種制御基板や検出スイッチ、ソレノイド等が接続されているが、その図示及び説明については割愛する。

図4は、本遊技機における遊技内容の制御フローチャートを示している。この遊技機では、遊技者によって遊技盤10面に向けて発射された遊技球が左右ゲート20,21の何れかを通過したことが左右ゲート用スイッチ51,52により検知される(S10「YES」)と、その信号に基づいて普通図柄表示装置6が図柄変動を開始する(S12)。この普通図柄表示装置6は図柄変動を開始してから6.0秒を経過すると図柄変動を停止し、図柄が確定する(S24)。この確定図柄のうち、いわゆる「当たり」と称される図柄(例えば、1,3,5,7,9の何れか)が表示されれば(S26「YES」)、主制御基板70からの指令信号により遊技盤10面の始動入賞装置14が開放される(S28)。

また、前記可動部材112の先端部は二股状となっており、その二股部116が前記入賞口扉102に突設される係留ピン118に係留される。そして、前記大入賞口開放用ソレノイド55が「OFF」状態では、該可動部材112がバネ部材110に押し下げられて入賞口扉102が閉じられた状態となり、該ソレノイド55が駆動された時(「ON」状態)には、プランジャ108の収縮動により該可動部材112がバネ部材114に押し上げられて入賞口扉102が開放されるように構成されている。

そして更に、前記入賞口扉102の下端部分には該入賞口扉102が傾動した時に一体的に動く感知片(感知部材)120が設けられると共に、該感知片120が入賞口扉102の開放により動いた時にこれを感知する感知センサ122が大入賞口100の内側に設けられている。この感知センサ122は、一般的に光センサが用いられ、発光源と受光素子との間を感知片120がさえ切ると発光源からの光が受光素子により感知されない状態となり、前記入賞口扉102の開放状態が感知されるように構成される。尚、この感知センサ122からの信号も、前記図3の制御ブロック図において主制御基板70へ出力されるようになっている。

このように構成された大入賞装置16によれば、今、遊技盤10面の遊技状況において特別図柄表示装置2に「大当たり」図柄が表示され、「大当たり」が発生したとする。そうすると、主制御基板70からの指令信号により大入賞口開放用ソレノイド55が駆動されてプランジャ108がバネ部材110の付勢力に抗して収縮し、それに伴いバネ部材114の付勢力により可動部材112が押し上げられる。そのとき、可動部材112の先端部分の二股部116が入賞口扉102に突設される係留ピン118に係留されているために、該入賞口扉102が図6(a)中に矢示したように支軸104を中心に遊技盤10の前面側へ傾動し、大入賞口100が開放される。

そしてこの時、入賞口扉102に設けられる感知片120が入賞口扉102の傾動に連動して傾動し、図6(b)に示したように、この感知片120の動きが感知センサ122により検知されることにより入賞口扉102が開放されたことが検知される。この感知センサ122による検知信号は主制御基板70へ出力され、主制御基板70では、その入力信号に基づいて大入賞装置16が正常に作動していることを把握することとなる。

逆に、大入賞口100に遊技球が10個入賞したこと、あるいは特定領域入賞口18に遊技球が入ったこと等がカウント用スイッチ46、特定領域用スイッチ48からの検知信号により検知されると、主制御基板70から大入賞口開放用ソレノイド55への指令信号により大入賞口100が閉じられるが、そのときには大入賞口開放用ソレノイド55の「OFF」信号によりプランジャ108の収縮力が解除されて、バネ部材110の付勢力によりプランジャ108が伸長し、その付勢力によって可動部材112を押し下げる。これにより、前記可動部材112の二股部116が係留される入賞口扉102は、図6(b)中に矢示したように支軸104を中心に回動し大入賞口100は閉じられる。
