【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The hydrodynamic bearing device of the present invention is a hydrodynamic bearing device in which the outer periphery of a bearing metal is closely fitted in a cylindrical inner hole of the bearing housing, and a static pressure pocket is formed on the inner periphery of the bearing gold. By forming an annular thermal expansion allowance gap at the fitting portion between the inner periphery of the hole and the outer periphery of the bearing metal, it is possible to prevent the axial land from expanding radially inward due to the thermal expansion of the bearing metal. A decrease in the clearance between the axial land and the rotating shaft is suppressed, an increase in load and seizure are prevented, and a highly rigid and highly accurate hydrodynamic bearing device can be provided. The annular thermal expansion allowance gap may be formed on the inner periphery of the cylindrical inner hole of the bearing housing at the fitting portion between the inner periphery of the cylindrical inner hole of the bearing housing and the outer periphery of the bearing gold. By forming a plurality of grooves extending in the axial direction or circumferential direction on the bottom surface of the thermal expansion allowance gap, the processing becomes easy and the cooling effect can be increased.
[0010]
In the hydrodynamic bearing device of the present invention, the outer periphery of the bearing metal is closely fitted in the cylindrical inner hole of the bearing housing, and the static pressure pocket defined by the axial land and the circumferential land is formed on the inner periphery of the bearing metal. In the hydrodynamic bearing device, the thermal expansion allowance gap that allows thermal expansion toward the radially outward direction of the angular phase portion in which the axial land of the bearing metal is formed includes an inner periphery of the bearing housing and an outer periphery of the bearing metal. By forming it in the angular phase portion corresponding to the axial land of the fitting portion, it is possible to efficiently prevent adverse effects due to thermal expansion of the bearing metal while maintaining high rigidity. The thermal expansion allowance gap that allows thermal expansion toward the radially outward direction of the angular phase portion where the axial land of the bearing metal is formed is the inner circumference of the cylindrical inner hole of the bearing housing or the outer circumference of the bearing gold. The angular width θ 2 of the thermal expansion allowance gap that allows thermal expansion toward the radially outward direction is formed wider than the angular width θ 1 of the axial land. Thus, the efficiency can be further increased.
Further, a sufficient effect can be obtained by setting the axial length l 2 of each thermal expansion allowance gap to at least 40% or more of the axial length l 1 of the bearing surface.
[0011]
Furthermore, the hydrodynamic bearing device of the present invention includes a passage provided with means for supplying pressurized fluid to the thermal expansion allowance gap, and having a throttle element for supplying the pressurized fluid supplied to the thermal expansion allowance gap to the static pressure pocket. A passage provided with another throttle element formed in the bearing metal and returning a part of the pressurized fluid supplied to the thermal expansion allowable gap to the pressurized fluid supply source without passing through the static pressure pocket is provided with the bearing metal and the bearing. By forming at least one of the housings, pressurized fluid is supplied to the static pressure pocket via the thermal expansion allowance gap, and a part of the pressurized fluid supplied to the thermal expansion allowance gap is further passed via the static pressure pocket. Since the bearing metal can be efficiently cooled by recirculation without being carried out, the thermal expansion of the bearing metal can be suppressed. At this time, the cooling effect can be further enhanced by including a cooling device for cooling the pressurized fluid in the means for supplying the pressurized fluid.

【The invention's effect】
The present invention relates to a hydrodynamic bearing device in which the outer periphery of a bearing metal is closely fitted in the cylindrical inner hole of the bearing housing, and a static pressure pocket is formed on the inner periphery of the bearing gold. Since the annular thermal expansion allowance is formed in the fitting part between the outer periphery of the bearing metal and the bearing metal, the pressurized fluid is supplied to each static pressure pocket through the thermal expansion allowance. It is supported by the static pressure of the fluid generated in the static pressure pocket and rotates well. Even if heat is generated due to high-speed rotation of the rotating shaft, it is constantly pressurized to the annular thermal expansion allowance provided on the outer periphery. Since the fluid is supplied, the temperature rise of the bearing metal is suppressed as much as possible. In addition, even if thermal expansion occurs in the bearing metal due to a rise in temperature, a thermal expansion allowance gap is provided on the outer periphery, so that the clearance expands in a direction that reduces the clearance, and the inward expansion is small. The decrease in the clearance between the axial land of the surface and the rotating shaft can be suppressed very little, and an increase in load and seizure are prevented. The annular thermal expansion allowance gap is formed on the outer periphery of the bearing metal, and by forming a plurality of grooves extending in the axial direction or the circumferential direction on the bottom surface of the thermal expansion allowance gap, processing becomes easy. The cooling effect can also be increased.
[0025]
Further, the present invention provides a fluid dynamic bearing in which the outer periphery of the bearing metal is closely fitted in the cylindrical inner hole of the bearing housing, and the hydrostatic pocket defined by the axial land and the circumferential land is formed on the inner periphery of the bearing gold. In the apparatus, a thermal expansion allowance gap that allows thermal expansion toward the radially outward direction of the angular phase portion where the axial land of the bearing metal is formed is a fitting portion between the inner periphery of the bearing housing and the outer periphery of the bearing metal. By forming it in the angular phase portion corresponding to the axial land, it is possible to efficiently prevent adverse effects due to thermal expansion of the bearing metal while maintaining high rigidity. At that time, the angular width θ 2 of the thermal expansion allowance gap that allows thermal expansion toward the radially outward direction is formed to be wider than the angular width θ 1 of the
Furthermore, sufficient results can be obtained by setting the axial length l 2 of each of the thermal expansion allowance gaps to at least 40% or more of the axial length l 1 of the bearing surface.
[0025]
Furthermore, the present invention provides means for supplying pressurized fluid to the thermal expansion allowance gap, and forms a throttle passage in the bearing metal for supplying the pressurized fluid supplied to the thermal expansion allowance gap to the static pressure pocket, By forming another throttle passage in at least one of the bearing metal and the bearing housing for returning a part of the pressurized fluid supplied to the thermal expansion allowable clearance to the pressurized fluid supply source without passing through the static pressure pocket, Supply the pressurized fluid to the static pressure pocket via the thermal expansion allowance gap, and then recirculate part of the pressurized fluid supplied to the thermal expansion allowance gap without passing through the static pressure pocket. Since it can cool efficiently, it is possible to suppress thermal expansion of a bearing metal. At this time, the cooling effect can be further enhanced by including a cooling device for cooling the pressurized fluid in the means for supplying the pressurized fluid.
