Abstract
【解決手段】 誘導加熱コイルにより加熱される加熱容器により水を加熱して蒸気を発生させる誘導加熱式蒸気発生装置において、前記加熱容器を非磁性で非導電性部材で構成し、この加熱容器の各細管内に電磁誘導によって発熱する磁性を有する導電性金属の小片よりなる発熱体を多数充填して、この発熱体によって容器内の水を加熱して蒸気にするとともに、加熱容器で発生された蒸気を加熱コイルの冷却水流通路に通して、このコイルの損失熱により再加熱して、過熱蒸気を発生する。

Description
ここで、ρ:発熱体の抵抗率、f:周波数、μ0:真空の透磁率、μs:金属の比透磁率例えば、f=20kHz、ρ=100μΩ・cmとすると、λは非磁性発熱体では3.6mm、磁性発熱体では、0.1mmと、磁性発熱体は、浸透深さが浅くなり、発熱体の表面付近に集中して誘導電流が流れるため、磁性発熱体の方が非磁性発熱体より加熱効率を高くできる。
Claims (4)
- 非磁性で非導電性の耐熱材で形成した容器と、この容器内に充填された多数の磁性を有する導電性金属の小片からなる発熱体とからなる加熱容器と、この加熱容器の周囲にこれを取り囲んで配置され、内部の加熱体を誘導加熱する誘導加熱コイルと、前記誘導加熱コイルの外周部または上下端部に所要数配設されそれぞれ電気的に閉じられた環状コイルからなり、前記誘導加熱コイルから漏洩する磁束をシールドするシールドコイルとを備え、前記加熱容器により内部に供給される水を加熱して蒸気を発生させるようにした誘導加熱式蒸気発生装置において、前記誘導加熱コイルを構成する導体に冷却水流通路を設け、前記加熱容器で発生された蒸気を前記誘導加熱コイルの冷却水流通路に通して再加熱し、過熱蒸気を発生することを特徴とする誘導加熱式蒸気発生装置。
- 請求項1に記載の誘導加熱式蒸気発生装置において、前記加熱容器を、非磁性で非導電性の耐熱材で形成した複数の細管と、この各細管内に充填された多数の磁性を有する導電性金属の小片からなる発熱体とにより構成したことを特徴とする誘導加熱式蒸気発生装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の誘導加熱式蒸気発生装置において、さらに前記シールドコイルを構成する導体にも冷却水流通路を設け、前記加熱容器で発生された蒸気を前記誘導加熱コイルの冷却水流通路およびシールドコイルの冷却水流通路に直列または並列に通して再加熱し、過熱蒸気を発生することを特徴とする誘導加熱式蒸気発生装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の誘導加熱式蒸気発生装置において、さらに前記シールドコイルを構成する導体にも冷却水流通路を設け、このシールドコイルの冷却水流通路を通して余熱された水を前記加熱容器に供給し、この加熱容器で発生された蒸気を前記誘導加熱コイルの冷却水流通路に通して再加熱し、過熱蒸気を発生することを特徴とする誘導加熱式蒸気発生装置。
