この発明は電気音響変換器の一種であるスピーカの振動板に関する。

【従来の技術】
スピーカの振動板には電気的音声信号を機械的振動に変換するボイスコイルが設けられているが、このボイスコイルはスピーカのフレームに設けられた端子板と接続されている。

この接続には、通常、スピーカの振動系(振動板、ダンパー、エッジ等)の振動に耐えられる機械的屈曲強度を持つティンセルワイヤが使用されており、ティンセルワイヤとボイスコイル引出線との接続方法としては次のようなものがある。

図6に示すように、ドーム状の振動板1の首部に設けられたボイスコイル2のボイスコイル引出線2aを振動板1の前面に引き出し、這わせた後、ティンセルワイヤ3の一端を振動板1の前面側に位置せしめ、ハンダ付けaまたは機械カシメをし、ティンセルワイヤ3の他端をフレーム4に設けられた端子板5に接続すべく振動板1の背面に出すタイプのものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、図6に示すタイプのものでは、振動板1の前面に接続部が露骨に見えるため、外観上好ましくない、という課題がある。

図7に示す中継タイプのものでは、外観を損なうことはないが、ドーム状の振動板1の半頂角が大きく振動板1とダンパ10との間が狭いものや振動板1が大振幅をする構造のスピーカでは、ティンセルワイヤ3が振動板1の背面やダンパ10に当たって異常音が生じたりする、という課題がある。

図8や図9に示すタイプのものは、予めティンセルワイヤ3を接着剤bで振動板1に固定するため、異常音が生じたりすることはない。しかしながら、図9のものでは、ティンセルワイヤ3が振動板1の背面から引出させる部分を安定した位置に固定するのが接着剤bだけでは難しく、図8に示すタイプのように、結局、ハトメ等(図示せず)を併用しハンダ付けで固定した後、接着剤塗布を行うが、振動板1の前面にハトメ等をするためのマーク(図示せず)が残ったりするため、性能や外観上、不必要な大口径のダストキャップ12で隠したりしていた。

この発明は上記のことに鑑み提案されたもので、その目的とするところは、外観を損なったり、異常音を生ずることもなく、かつワンタッチでティンセルワイヤを簡単、確実に固定でき、スピーカの製造も容易であるとともに、環境対策にも優れたスピーカ用振動板を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、樹脂製であってドーム状または逆ドーム状の振動板20の背面21に、リング状をなすとともにリブ状の固定部22を一体形成し、かつこの固定部22にティンセルワイヤ3を挟み込んで固定する切込み23を形成して上記目的を達成している。
また、固定部22の内側にティンセルワイヤ3を熱溶着または超音波溶着により固定する溶着用固定部24を形成して上記目的を達成している。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明の一実施例にかかる振動板20を備えたスピーカの一例、図2は本発明の振動板20の背面を示す。

本発明はPP(ポリプロピレン)等のプラスチックをドーム状に成形する場合、振動板20の背面21の適位置に、リング状をなし、かつリブ状の固定部22を一体に形成し、かつこの固定部22の適位置にティンセルワイヤ3を固定するほぼU字状をなす切込み23を複数設け、これらの切込み23にティンセルワイヤ3を押し込み挟持させ固定するようにしたことに特徴を有している。

ティンセルワイヤ3の一端はボイスコイル2側においてその引出線と接続される。また、ティンセルワイヤ3の他端は周知のようにフレーム4側の端子板5と接続される。
