そこで、本発明は、前述の如き難点等を解消できるようにすべく創出されたもので、請求項1記載の固形黒砂糖の製造方法にあっては、適宜手段によって粉末状に形成した黒砂糖に、霧状にした水分を徐々に加え、所定目開きの網目を利用して、霧状水分が加えられた粉末状黒砂糖を、網目で磨り潰すようにしながら篩にかけて、水分を含み且つソフトな撹拌状態の黒砂糖粉体を形成し、この黒砂糖粉体を成形型に入れて、加圧すると共に所定含有水分量を残して加熱乾燥して固形黒砂糖を製造する手段を採用した。
