Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner mainly used for home use, and in particular, a dust collector main body is slidably provided on an operating rod, and a small and light cyclone suction device having a high suction function is adopted as the cleaner main body. It relates to a vacuum cleaner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Traditionally, inlet portion for sucking dusts at one end, an operating rod which arranged handle portion at the other end, as an electric vacuum cleaner comprising a dust collection unit for accumulating dust dusts intake from the intake opening with an air The dust collecting section is slidably provided on an operating rod (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-74225).
In the above known vacuum cleaner, the inlet port portion is locked to one end of the operating rod, a cleaner body to remove the dusts by filtration through cloth bag air stream containing dust dirt, hollow forming the air intake passage The operating rod 3 is slidably locked.
When cleaning the floor surface, the main body of the vacuum cleaner is fixed at a location near the air inlet on the operating rod, and cleaning is performed at that position.
Further, at the time of cleaning, such as clearance, position the cleaner body further than the air inlet portion, i.e. by moving a position closer to the upper end of the operating rod, an inlet portion cleaner body is not to interfere around clearance It is configured to be inserted and cleaned.
In this conventional example, the above-described configuration allows the position of the vacuum cleaner body to be changed between normal cleaning for cleaning large areas and temporary cleaning for cleaning small areas. Convenient.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the conventional vacuum cleaner described above, because it uses a cleaner body to remove dusts airflow and filtered through a cloth bag containing dusts, sack of resistance when the intake air passes through the cloth bag If there is a lack of usability and convenience, such as the need for an electric motor with a large output to compensate for the resistance, the vacuum cleaner body becomes larger or the noise becomes larger. I had a problem to say.
In addition, the dust can only be sucked in from the air intake, so that the air intake cannot pass through, the desk, wall, ceiling, etc. The problem was that it was not suitable for cleaning.
The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems inherent in the conventional vacuum cleaner as described above.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides:
Inlet portion for sucking dusts at one end, an operating rod which arranged handle portion at the other end, the cyclone type dust collecting apparatus for integrated dust dusts intake from the intake opening together with the air is separated from the air by centrifugal force A vacuum cleaner body having a built-in vacuum cleaner body, wherein the vacuum cleaner body is positionably fixed to the operating rod and slidably provided , wherein the vacuum cleaner body is directed toward the handle portion. It is comprised as a vacuum cleaner characterized by comprising the biasing means which always biases .
As a result, the cleaner body can be moved lightly along the operating rod, and the burden on the operator is reduced. In addition, the cyclone type dust collector used here is efficient because it separates air and dust by the centrifugal force generated by the swirling flow, and has low noise, so it is extremely useful and convenient as a vacuum cleaner used indoors. It can be said that it has excellent properties. Moreover, such a vacuum cleaner body can be slidably and fixedly attached to the operation rod, so that it can be used in narrow spaces and high places such as curtains by fixing the vacuum cleaner body close to the handle. The convenience can be further improved.
The vacuum cleaner body can be slidably provided on the operating rod via a holding base slidably provided on the operating rod.
In this case, since the cleaner body can be used separately from the holding table, the cleaner can be carried freely, and the convenience as a cleaner is further improved.
In this case, the attachment to the operation rod is robust and the life can be extended .
As above Symbol biasing means, the biasing force of substantially constant load can be employed a spring that gives to the cleaner body. By comprising in this way, an apparatus without the fluctuation | variation of force when moving a cleaner main body along an operating rod with a simple apparatus can be provided.
In this case, the force required to move the cleaner body can be almost completely eliminated by making the urging force by the urging means substantially the same as the load of the sliding body sliding on the operating rod. , The burden on the operator is significantly reduced.
With respect to the operation rod, the intake port portion and the intake port portion of the cyclone type dust collector are connected by an extendable and bendable intake pipe, and one end of the intake pipe is detachably connected to the intake port section. I can do things. Thereby, it is possible to flexibly connect the inlet port section and the cyclone dust collector, and further, it releases the connection between the inlet portion of the intake pipe, the dust can be a draw in the intake pipe itself, further Narrow gaps can be cleaned.
Further, as another structure related to the operating rod, it is conceivable that the operating rod is formed in a hollow shape, and the intake port portion and the cleaner body are communicated with each other through the hollow portion of the operating rod. In this case, the intake pipe itself as described in claim 5 can be omitted, and the operation collar can be significantly simplified.
Further, by constituting telescopically said operating rod, such as the location of a problem during storage is Ru is eliminated.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, and an embodiment of the present invention will be described for understanding of the present invention.
FIG. 1 is an external view of a cyclonic vacuum cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention (FIG. 1A is a front view thereof, FIG. 1B is a side view thereof), and FIG. (A) is a longitudinal sectional view, and (b) is an AA sectional view of (a).
As shown in FIG. 1, the inlet port portion 1 is locked at one end, inside the operating rod 3 of the handle portion 2 is rotatably provided on the other end, the cyclone type dust collecting apparatus 6 (see FIG. 2) The vacuum cleaner main body 4 provided in is slidably locked.
The intake port portion 1 and the cleaner body 4 are connected by an intake pipe 7 formed of a bellows hose and the like so as to be stretchable and bendable. The intake pipe 7 can be moved along the operation rod 3 of the cleaner body 4. It expands and contracts with it.
[0006]
1b is a rotary brush disposed rotatably in the air inlet section 1, an electric motor, there have to rotate by the air stream, scraping the hair inside the dusts such as carpets. Also, 64 shown in FIG. 2 is a control device that controls the cleaner body 4, and 65 is an operation unit that operates the operation of the cleaner body 4.
The intake pipe 7 has one end connected to the inlet section 1, and the other end is connected to the intake port 72 of the cyclone-type dust collector 6. Thus, the suction port 1a and cyclonic dust collector 6 of the inlet portion 1 is communicated with the dust is sucked into the intake port portion intake pipe 7 through cyclonic dust collecting apparatus 6 from 1. Sucked air flow pivots dust cup 83 within, deposited dusts is separated into Dasutoka-up 83 by centrifugal force. Dust separated and purified air enters the exhaust pipe H through the exhaust port Ha of the exhaust pipe H, is sucked into the upper electric blower M, and is discharged to the outside through the slit S. Further, the exhaust port Ha mesh filter F is fixed to capture the dusts that can not be separated.
Since the cyclone type dust collecting apparatus 6 removes the dusts in the process of air flow, it merely has passed to generate an air flow, the occurrence of loss is small and can be miniaturized lightweight, noise There are few, and it is excellent in usability and operability, and it is excellent in usability and operability due to its light weight and small size especially when moved to hand.
One end of the intake pipe 7, fitting by a tapered, or the like by lock is detachably connected to the inlet portion 1, the other end cyclonic dust collector of provided 6 suction port 72 (FIG. 1 (B)) is rotatably connected. Accordingly, one end of the intake pipe 7 removed from the intake port 1 can be freely moved to a position to be cleaned as shown by a broken line 7a in FIG. As a result, it is possible to easily clean a gap at an arbitrary position, a curtain, or a desk at a higher position.
[0007]
In the present embodiment, the cleaner body 4 is engaged with a holding base 5 that slides on the operation rod 3. Between holding base 5 and the operation rod 3, holding stand 5 lock means for fixing on the operation rod 3 is provided, the holder 5 is held in position on the operation rod 3.
The lock Teto are provided a plurality at any position on the operation rod 3. For example groove 31a on the operation rod 3 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, 31b is part of the locking means, b Kkureba 8 provided rotatably around a pin 8b on the holding base 5 is the groove The holding stand 5 is fixed on the operating rod 3 by meshing with 31a or 31b. Lock Clever 8, spring because it is elastically biased in a direction to fit all times the groove 31a in the (not shown), the meshing state of the Lock clay bar 8 opposite to the urging direction of the spring It can be released by operating in the direction.
When moving along the cleaner main body 4 to the operation rod 3, as described above to release the Lock clay bar 8, it is moved with the gripper 62. Thereby, the cleaner body 4 can be easily moved together with the holding base 5 and can be fixed by engaging the lock lever 8 with the other recess 31b. Therefore, the vacuum cleaner body 4 can be enclosed in a multi-stage position by adding the recesses 31a and 31b to appropriate positions. The lock means, the shoe having a frictional force engages the holder 5 or may be a method of tightening the operating rod 3 periphery. In this case, when the cleaner body 4 is moved, the shoe is loosened and moved. According to this, the vacuum cleaner main body 4 can be fixed at a desired position without steps without using the recesses 31a and 31b.
By moving the cleaner body 4 to a predetermined position in this way, when cleaning the floor surface, the cleaner body 4 is fixed to the intake port 1 side, the center of gravity is on the floor side, and as shown in FIG. Or, when cleaning a deep place, it can be used efficiently by moving to the handle portion 2 side to lengthen the space between the vacuum cleaner main body 4 and the intake port portion 1 and improve usability and convenience.
At this time, the handle portion 2 is rotated to a position where it does not come into contact with the floor, so that it can be efficiently cleaned even in a narrow space. In particular, by attaching the vacuum cleaner main body 4 having a small and lightweight cyclone type dust collecting device 6 so as to be slidable, the load is reduced even if the cleaner body 4 is moved to the handle portion 2 side, and a comfortable usability can be obtained. .
[0008]
Next, a structure for attaching / detaching the cleaner body 4 to / from the holding base 5 will be described. In FIG. 2, a convex portion 6 a protruding from the lower end of the cleaner body 4 is engaged with a concave portion 5 a provided at the lower end of the holding base 5, and a holding lever 9 provided rotatably at the upper end portion of the cleaner body 4 is The vacuum cleaner body 4 is always elastically biased downward and meshes with the convex portion 5b provided at the upper end of the holding base 5, whereby the vacuum cleaner main body 4 has the concave portion 5a and the convex portion 6a at the lower end thereof. The convex portion 5b and the holding lever 9 are engaged with each other at the upper end portion and fixed to the holding base 5. Thus, the cleaner main body 4 and the holding base 5 slide together in the axial direction on the operation rod 3.
Further, by releasing the holding lever 9 to remove the cleaner body 4 from the holding stand 5 and removing one end of the intake pipe 7 from the intake port 1, the vacuum cleaner is separated from the operation rod 3 and the intake port 1. The main body 4 alone can be used as a vacuum cleaner. In other words, it can be used as a handy type for cleaning high places or automobiles.
On the other hand, the holding base 5 is always urged upward by a belt-like spring 10, in this case, in the direction of the handle portion 2. That is, one spring 10 is locked to the cleaner body 4, here the holding stand 5, and the other end is wound around the rotating wheel portion 11, and urges the cleaner body 4 toward the handle portion 2. The spring 10 itself is covered with a cover 31c that constitutes the outer shell of the operation rod 3 to prevent the spring 10 from being exposed and touching or damaging a person's finger and maintaining aesthetics.
[0009]
The spring 10 is a constant load spring and biases a constant load. The biasing force of the spring 10 is set to be substantially equal to or smaller young interference, the weight of the suspending body made of the cleaner main body 4 and the holder 5. Accordingly, the cleaner body 4 can be automatically moved in the direction of the handle portion 2 by the urging force of the spring 10 by removing the lock lever 8 and tilting the operating rod 3. There is no need for a person to lift the operability and convenience.
Further, vacuum cleaner when the main body 4 moves in a counter-handle unit 2 direction counter handle the weight of the object to be suspended body such as the cleaner main body 4 Repetitive operation rod 3 by opening the lock lever 8 just stand vertically Operation in the direction of section 2 is improved and operability is improved. In addition, the moving speed of the cleaner main body 4 varies depending on the degree of inclination of the operation rod 3 because it moves with a constant load corresponding to the difference between the biasing force of the spring 10 and the load of the suspended body such as the cleaner main body 4. In addition, during the movement period of the cleaner body 4, it moves smoothly at a constant speed and does not cause a sense of crisis or discomfort. Further, when the cleaner body 4 is moved by hand, the load of the cleaner body 4 is canceled by the spring 10, so that the force for moving the cleaner body 4 is small and the operability is improved.
Further, in order to fix the movement of the cleaner body 4 along the operation rod 3, the spring 10 may be held and fixed so as to restrain the movement of the spring 10. Thereby, since the movement of the spring 10 is prevented, the cleaner body 4 can be fixed.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the operation rod 3 may have a double structure of a hollow movement operation rod 31 and a fixed operation rod 32 that is slidably fitted into the hollow portion of the movement operation rod 31. Good. Thereby, the operation rod 3 is configured to be extendable. FIG. 2A is a state diagram in which the operating rod 3 is extended, and a moving operating rod 31 indicated by a broken line shows a state in which the moving operating rod 3 is stored on the intake port 1 side. The outer periphery of the fixed operating rod 32 and the moving operating rod 31 are configured to be able to slide smoothly via the sliding members 33a and 33b. The fixing of the move operation rod 31 and the fixed operating rod 32 may be locked at a predetermined length provided lock means (not shown) in place. Thereby, it can be used in a state where the handle portion 2 is set at an appropriate position, and the electric vacuum cleaner can be stored and stored with a reduced overall length.
[0010]
The vacuum cleaner body 4 and the holding stand 5 are slidably held on the outer periphery of the moving operation rod 31 and on the outer periphery of the fixed operation rod 32 by the sliding member 12 such as a bearing (see FIG. 2B). The lower end of the fixing operation rod 32 is detachably locked by being fitted and fixed to the second connection pipe 14 of the intake port portion 1 with a taper, while the intake port portion 1 is spherically connected to the first connection tube 13. The first connecting pipe 13 is rotatably connected in the XY direction by the sliding portion 13a, and the first connecting pipe 13 is rotatably connected in the PQ direction (see FIG. 1A) by the second connecting pipe 14 and the rotating shaft 14a. However, it is preferable that the air inlet 1 is configured to be freely rotatable in the XY and PQ directions with respect to the operating rod 3.
The connection portion of the intake pipe 7 to the intake port portion 1 may be anywhere as long as it is a portion that communicates with the intake port 1a of the intake port portion 1. However, as described above, the intake port portion 1 and the operating rod 3 are XY and Since it rotates in the PQ direction, it is desirable to connect the intake pipe 7 to the second connecting pipe 14 that is movable integrally with the operation rod 3. Thereby, the intake pipe 7 is only expanded and contracted by the movement of the cleaner 4, and fatigue and breakage due to twisting and bending are reduced. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the second connecting pipe 14 is connected to the first connecting pipe 13, but in this case, when the operating rod 3 is movable in the XY direction, the first connecting pipe 14 is connected. Since it swings integrally with the tube 13, fatigue and breakage due to twisting and bending in this direction are reduced.
[0011]
【Example】
FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an intake passage portion of the cleaner body 4 in the electric vacuum cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention in which the intake passage 71 is provided inside the operation rod 3. Other configurations are the same as those of the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In this case, the operating rod 3 is composed of a moving operating rod 31 and a fixed operating rod 32 as in the above-described embodiment, and the moving operating rod 31 slides in the fixed operating rod 32 and expands and contracts. Here, the fixed operating rod 32 is formed hollow and forms the intake passage 71.
An outward opening 35 is formed in the vicinity of the upper end of the fixed operation rod 32 and communicates with a space 36 formed in the holding table 5. Reference numerals 361 and 362 denote sealing materials provided on the holding table 5 in order to configure the space 36 in a closed room state. The space 36 provided in the holding table 5 communicates with the cyclone type dust collector 6 through an intake port 66 as shown in the figure. Therefore, by attaching the intake port 1 to the lower end of the intake passage 71 of the fixed operation rod 32, the intake port 1a opened to the floor surface of the intake port 1 and the intake passage 71 inside the operation rod 3 communicate with each other. Thus, an intake path between the cyclone type dust collector 6 and the intake port 1 is formed.
Since the space 36 is formed to be long in the vertical direction of the holding base 5, from the state where the cleaner body 4 is located near the air inlet 1 as shown in FIG. 4A, as shown in FIG. Even if it moves to the uppermost position, the fixing operation rod 32 is always in communication with the space 36 through the opening 35, so that the electric blower M is driven wherever the cleaner body 4 is located. Then the floor of dusts from the suction port 1a of the inlet portion 1 is sucked together with air through the intake passage 71 of the fixed operation rod 32, the cyclonic dust collection unit 6 from the inlet port 66 through the space 36 from the opening 35 Sucked. Air stream containing sucked dust flows into the cyclone dust collector 6 to dusts separated by pivoting, the cleaned air flow enters the interior exhaust pipe H from the exhaust port Ha of the exhaust tube H, the upper Are sucked by the electric blower M and discharged from the slit S to the outside. The separated dusts are deposited in the dust cup 63. Moreover, the point that the exhaust port Ha is main Tsu shoe shaped filter is mounted is similar to the embodiment, to capture the dusts that can not be separated.
In the state of FIG. 4 (b), since the length L between the air inlet 1 and the vacuum cleaner body 4 becomes long, the narrow gap can be inserted and cleaned without interfering with the space between the vacuum cleaner main bodies 4. Can do.
Further, by removing the inlet section 1, it can be cleaned by suction from the opening at the tip by inserting the distal end of the operating rod 3 in a narrower clearances. Further, by removing the air inlet 1 and connecting various inlets to the tip of the operating rod 3, it is possible to efficiently clean the narrow gap.
Although various embodiments and examples of the present invention have been described above, what has been described so far is an example of the configuration of the invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to this, and FIG. As shown in the drawing, a plurality of operation rods 3a and 3b are provided, and the holder 5 slides on the plurality of operation rods 3a and 3b, and various modifications are made without departing from the gist of the invention. Can be implemented.
