Description

【0001】

Concerning a ventilator with a flange that forms an edge frame that extends toward the rear, a holding structure that removably holds mounting parts such as wood screws for mounting the ventilator on the back of the flange The holding structure includes a pillow portion that covers the base of the mounting component in a slanted state with a gap between the mounting component and the rear surface of the flange so that the mounting component is accommodated in the edge frame portion, and a holding portion. the possible attachment, employing a means shall be the structure includes a guard portion surrounding the distal end portion of the fitting.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 relates to a ventilation device that is fitted and installed inside a pipe or duct and a ventilation device that is embedded in a ceiling. This ventilator is mainly composed of a resin main body 1 constituting a wind tunnel, and a blower composed of an impeller 2 and an electric motor 3. The main body 1 has an opening 4 serving as a suction port at the front, and a rear end of a cylindrical body constituting a wind tunnel having a flange 5 projecting radially in the mouth of the opening 4 On the side, it is configured as an integrally molded product made of resin provided with an electric motor component 6. The flange 5 of the wind tunnel forms an edge frame portion 7 whose free end side extends rearward and constitutes a front portion of the main body 1. As shown in FIG. 2, two mounting structures 9 having long holes 8 are provided in the edge frame portion 7 so as to face each other, and each of the long holes 8 is connected to a mounting hole formed on the front surface of the flange 5.
[0010]
On the rear surface of the flange 5, a holding structure 11 that holds a wood screw (two in this embodiment, but may be four) 10, which is an attachment part for attaching the ventilation device, in a detachable manner. Are integrally formed at one corner, and the holding structure 11 holds the wood screws 10 so as to be within the height of the edge frame 7 (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The holding structure 11 is formed in a protruding shape alongside the holding portion 12 and a protruding holding portion 12 in which the approximate centers of the screw portions of the two wood screws 10 can be engaged with each other from the back side. The amount of protrusion is slightly larger than that of the holding portion, and includes a pillow portion 13 that covers the base of the screw portion of each wood screw 10 and a guard portion 14 that surrounds the screw portion tip of each wood screw 10 from the outside.
[0011]
The two wood screws 10 are releasably held in a form in which the screw tip portions are close to each other and the head portions are slightly separated from each other with a small gap in the holding structure 11 described above. As shown in FIG. 3, each held wood screw 10 is in an inclined state in which a gap 15 that is wider toward the head side is formed between the back of the flange 5 and the pillow portion 13 as shown in FIG. 3.
[0012]
The electric motor component 6 includes three leg portions 16 extending along the center line direction of the trunk portion at intervals in the circumferential direction, and a cover portion 17 supported by the leg portions 16. The three legs 16 are all on the inner side of the outer periphery of the body part, and the leaf springs 18 with warpage for holding the main body 1 in the pipe by the radially expanding elastic force on the outer sides of the two legs 16 are provided. It is installed. The cover part 17 is supported on the center line of the trunk part by three legs 16, has a shaft insertion hole on the trunk part side, and has an open container shape with a circular round bottom opened on the end side opposite to the trunk part. This constitutes most of the outer shell on the output shaft side of the electric motor 3. Several screw fitting structures projecting in the radial direction are provided on the open end side of the cover portion 17 at intervals in the circumferential direction. A corner portion on the body portion side of the cover portion 17 is formed in a chamfered shape or an R shape with less air resistance.
[0013]
The motor 3 of the blower is an abduction motor in which an electric motor main body composed of a stator and a rotor is enclosed by an outer shell composed of a cover on the output shaft side and a cap 19 on the stator side. It is comprised by the cover part 17 of the electric motor structure part 6 integrally formed by. Therefore, the electric motor 3 before assembly is an incomplete form lacking a cover. The electric motor main body is provided with several fixing structures extending radially on the outer periphery of the stator at intervals in the circumferential direction.
[0014]
The cap 19 of the electric motor 3 is formed in a shallow container shape with resin, and covers a charging part of an electric component or an electric circuit disposed on the stator side end. Several fixing structures projecting in the radial direction are provided at the mouth edge of the cap 19 at intervals in the circumferential direction. The fixing structure, the screw fitting structure of the motor component 6 and the fixing structure of the electric motor main body are configured to match. The rotor side of the motor body is housed in the cover part 17 so that its output shaft protrudes into the body part from the shaft insertion hole of the cover part 17, and a cap 19 is attached, and the motor body is fixed from the fixing structure side of the cap 19. The motor 3 is configured in the motor component 6 of the main body 1 by tightening the screw 20 into the screw fitting structure of the motor component 6 through the structure. An axial flow type impeller 2 is fitted and mounted on an output shaft extending on a center line in a body portion of an electric motor 3 configured in the main body 1 so as to be rotatable in the body portion. The front surface of the main body 1 is covered with a detachable makeup grill 21 configured to allow ventilation, and is exposed to the room.
[0015]
In this ventilator, the motor 3 is completed by assembling the motor main body and the cap 19 as parts to the cover portion 17 of the main body 1, and the fixing of the motor 3 to the main body 1 is also completed, so the number of parts is small. Assembly work is easy and the number of processes is small. Therefore, the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced. Since the three legs 16 are connected by the cover part 17, the strength to support the motor 3 can be easily obtained, and measures are taken to increase the thickness of the legs 16 or to use a high-strength resin. Since it is not necessary, it will greatly contribute to cost reduction. The electric motor 3 can be configured in the same manner even if it employs an internal rotation type electric motor.
[0016]
In this type of ventilator, the main body 1 is often attached without using the wood screw 10 due to the expanding elasticity of the leaf spring 18 provided on the trunk, but the wood screw is attached to the wooden frame provided in the building. 10 may be fastened and fixed. When the wood screw 10 is not used for attachment, the wood screw 10 is held in the holding structure 11 as it is. Since the wood screw 10 held by the holding structure 11 is within the range of the height of the edge frame portion 7, the attachment of the main body 1 is not hindered at all, and the design property is not impaired because it cannot be seen from the outside. It is convenient because it will not dissipate if the wood screw 10 is needed later.
[0017]
When attaching using the wood screw 10, the wood screw 10 is removed from the holding structure 11, and the attachment structure 9 of the main body 1 is screwed and fixed to the wood frame. The wood screws 10 held by the holding structure 11 are slightly separated from each other in a state where the heads are lifted from the back surface of the flange 5. Therefore, as shown in FIG. Can be easily removed. Since the sharp screw tip is surrounded by the card portion 14 and is in close contact with the back surface of the flange 5, an inappropriate operation such as catching or removing the wood screw 10 from the dangerous screw tip is not performed.
[0018]
In manufacturing the ventilation device, the troublesome work of attaching the wood screw 10 to the main body 1 with tape or putting it in the vinyl bag and attaching it to the main body 1 is unnecessary, and neither the tape nor the vinyl bag is required. Therefore, reduction of manufacturing cost can be promoted.
[0019]
In a ventilator used in a place where fire resistance is required, the main body 1 is made of metal, but the holding structure 11 is likely to have an edge, and the formation of the holding structure 11 is slightly more than that by resin molding. It will be difficult. The mounting part can be applied even if it is screws other than the wood screw 10. In addition, a ceiling-embedded ventilation device that is not attached to a duct or pipe and is attached to a field edge 22 or the like as shown in FIG. 5 with a wood screw 10 or the like, or a wood screw on a wooden frame of an opening opened in a wall It can be applied in a similar manner to a ventilation device attached at 10 mag.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the cost of the ventilation device can be reduced. The wood screws and the like can be easily and easily removed, and the tip end portion is not caught during removal.
