Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention inputs only the minimum wiring necessary for operation control of the man conveyor to an operation control panel arranged in the machine room, and includes a number of safety devices and sensors for capturing detailed information of the man conveyor in the man conveyor frame. It is related with the control apparatus of the man conveyor which can reduce the number of wiring in a machine room by inputting into the sensor terminal device arrange | positioned in this.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the conventional man conveyor, a safety device is installed in each part for detecting an abnormality of the man conveyor. However, these safety devices are intended to detect abnormalities during operation of the man conveyor and immediately stop the operation. Generally, safety devices are wired in series and input to a control device installed in the machine room. Therefore, the operating part of the safety device after stopping is not known. Therefore, in order to obtain the operation parts of these safety devices, it is necessary to draw out the wiring of each safety device individually and to draw all of them to the control device. In addition, when a sensor for detecting the state of the man conveyor is attached separately from the safety device, the wiring must be drawn up to the upper part of the machine room.
[0003]
In this way, when the control device is centrally arranged in the machine room to collect, process, and store detailed information on the man conveyor, the wiring becomes long and susceptible to noise, so a special cable is required. In addition to an increase in cost, there is a problem that a duct for wiring becomes large. In addition, escalators generally use a small space under the floor as the machine room, but if all equipment is concentrated in the machine room, the control panel will increase in size, so the machine room must be enlarged or an installation space other than under the floor must be secured. There was a fatal problem of not becoming.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a control device for a man conveyor that shortens the wiring in the man conveyor frame so that the state of the man conveyor can be detected by a safety device and a sensor.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A control device for a man conveyor according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a safety device and a sensor for detecting the state of each part of the man conveyor, an operation control panel disposed in a machine room and performing operation control of the man conveyor. A sensor terminal device that is arranged at an upper part or a lower part of the frame of the man conveyor different from the machine room , inputs the sensor signal, and collects, processes, and stores detailed information of the man conveyor. The device and the sensor are individually drawn out and input to the sensor terminal device, and the operation control panel and the sensor terminal device are connected by communication means.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control device for a man conveyor that includes a communication line capable of transmitting and receiving information between the operation control panel and the sensor terminal device.
[0008]
That is, one or more sensor terminal devices that collect, process, and store detailed information on man conveyors are installed in the man conveyor frame, and the number of wires is reduced by drawing the wires from the safety devices of each part into the sensor terminal devices. , Wiring can be shortened.

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a safety device and a sensor circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention. The safety device and the sensor are individually drawn out and input to the sensor terminal device. In addition, since the safety device must perform an immediate stop process after the contact operation, a circuit arranged in series is input to the operation control panel as in the prior art.
[0012]
FIG. 3 is a view showing the arrangement of the escalator control device according to an embodiment different from FIG. 1 of the present invention, in which the sensor terminal device 1 is arranged in two upper and lower parts and the operation control panel 1 is installed in the upper machine room. It is. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a safety device and a sensor circuit according to this embodiment. The safety device and the sensor individually pull out the wiring and input it to the sensor terminal device, but it is only necessary to input to the side where the wiring can be further shortened among the sensor terminal devices at the upper and lower portions. Since many escalator safety devices are installed in the upper and lower parts, it is possible to further reduce the wiring length by installing sensor terminal devices in two places on the upper and lower parts of the escalator frame as shown in FIG.
[0013]
Thus, it is also effective to install a plurality of sensor
[0014]
In either of the above embodiments, the influence of noise can be reduced by shortening the wiring, and it can be expected that the apparatus installed in the machine room can be prevented from being enlarged by distributing the apparatus. . In addition, in each figure, the same code | symbol shows the same or equivalent part.
