Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a support that supports an electronic device on the housing so that shock and vibration transmitted from one of the electronic device and the housing to the other can be mitigated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in an apparatus in which an electronic device is incorporated in a housing such as a personal computer or an audio device, the electronic device to be incorporated is supported in the housing by various methods.
[0003]
For example, in order to improve the efficiency of assembly work or facilitate replacement, the built-in device in which electronic devices are unitized has a structure in which the side surface is fixed and supported by a housing such as a screw. It has become. Specifically, in a personal computer, a built-in peripheral device such as a magnetic disk device or an optical disk device, which is a united built-in device, is supported on the casing by fixing both side surfaces with screws. .
[0004]
By the way, in many cases, the electronic device is equipped with an electronic component or a movable mechanism that is vulnerable to shock. In that case, if the shock applied to the housing is transmitted to the electronic device as it is, the electronic component in the electronic device The moving mechanism may break down. In addition, when a vibration source such as a motor is mounted on an electronic device, if the vibration generated by the electronic device is transmitted to the housing as it is, the housing will vibrate and cause noise, and other components The vibration may be transmitted and have an unexpected adverse effect.
[0005]
On the other hand, as one of the structures for mitigating shocks and vibrations, a screw portion that has conventionally fixed an electronic device to the housing is a cushioning member such as an elastic body between the housing, the electronic device, and the screw. A structure is known in which a shock absorber and a vibration from a housing or an electronic device are absorbed by the buffer member (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-6-28836 (page 4-6, Fig. 1-2)
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the structure of the conventional example, the pressure receiving area of the shock absorbing member that receives the force of impact or vibration can only take the area of about the washer attached to the screw, and the pressure applied to the shock absorbing member is large. It is necessary to use an elastic material having a large spring constant. For this reason, as a buffer member, only a hard thing with a small buffer effect can be used, and there exists a problem that it is difficult to obtain sufficient buffer performance.
[0008]
Other structures that mitigate shocks and vibrations may include a structure that wraps the entire housing with a buffer member. However, the heat dissipation generated by electronic devices is hindered, and a large amount of buffer member is required. There is a problem that the cost becomes high.
In recent years, electronic devices (for example, PC card type hard disks, etc.) have been considered to be used in portable devices as data recording media for digital cameras and music data recording media for portable music players. It has been. In such an application, the electronic device is placed in a vibration environment such as on a vehicle, or is inadvertently bumped against or is hit by a surrounding object, so that the electronic device is easily subjected to an impact or vibration. For this reason, there is a demand for a support that can obtain a better buffering effect with a simple structure as much as possible.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and an object thereof is to provide a support having a simple structure and excellent buffering performance, and a storage device using the support.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the support device according to claim 1 is provided at an opening of a housing capable of housing an electronic device, and the pressing plate includes a buffer member made of an elastomer or a gelatinous resin. By pressing from the outside of the housing to the opening side, the buffer member is deformed so that the buffer member grips the opening side end of the electronic device, and the pressing plate presses the buffer member Thus, the fixing plate is fixed to the casing, and the electronic device housed in the casing is supported by the casing. In addition, the holding plateBy storing the buffer memberA recess for positioning the electronic device housed in the housing is formed.
[0011]
According to the support device of the present invention configured as described above, when the buffer member comes into contact with the end surface on the opening side of the electronic device and is pressed by the holding plate, the buffer member protrudes from the contact surface and opens on the opening side of the electronic device. The electronic device can be supported on the housing in a state where the end portion is gripped and the buffer member is interposed between the electronic device and the pressing plate (and thus the housing).
[0012]
An external force such as an impact or vibration transmitted from one of the electronic device and the housing to the other tends to be transmitted to the other through the buffer member. At this time, since the buffer member is an elastic elastomer or a gelatinous resin, the external force that passes through the buffer member can be absorbed by the deformation of the buffer member and propagated. And since the deformed buffer member returns to the original shape by the restoring force as an elastic body of the buffer member, the gripping state can be maintained.
[0013]
In addition, since the end surface on the opening side of the electronic device with which the buffer member abuts is used as a support surface, the buffer member can have a large area for receiving external force, the pressure received by the buffer member is reduced, and the support has high buffer performance. You can use it.
In addition, if a buffer member is a shape which can comprise the said support tool, a specific shape will not be specifically limited. The material of the buffer member is an elastomer or a gelatinous resin that is easily deformable by pressing and suitable for gripping the opening side end, and has elasticity and can absorb and mitigate shock and vibration.
[0014]
Among these, the gelatinous resin forms a network structure by cross-linking the resin components to each other, and the fluidity as a whole while including a fluid component such as a plasticizer in the gap of the network structure. It is particularly desirable in that the vibration can be quickly converged because it is in a gel-like state (in other words, it exhibits so-called viscoelasticity and has a very large loss coefficient).
[0015]
The presser plate is shaped to press and deform the buffer member so that the buffer member grips the opening side end of the electronic device. Specifically, the shape of the pressing plate is such that the buffer member is pressed against the opening side end portion of the electronic device by the pressing force from the pressing plate and deformed, and the opening side end portion of the electronic device has three to five surfaces. It may be a flat plate as long as it comes into contact with and grips the end surface on the opening side, and it may have a box shape or a bowl shape so that it can be easily gripped.
[0017]
Also,The present invention (Claim 1), When the buffer member is brought into contact with and pressed against the opening side end surface of the electronic device by the presser plate, since the recess is formed in the presser plate, the buffer member returned to the presser plate side It is deformed so as to be accommodated in the recess and becomes a U-shape so that the opening side end of the electronic device to be in contact is sandwiched. For this reason, the force by the pressing of the pressing plate is easily applied so as to grip the opening side end of the electronic device, and the gripping accuracy is increased.
[0018]
In addition, when the buffer member is going to be U-shaped, the opening side end of the electronic device that is sandwiched from two sides has a force that moves toward the center of the recess that is the central position of the U-shape. It takes. For this reason, the position of the electronic device when supported by the housing can be determined by the position of the concave portion of the pressing plate. As described above, in this support tool, when the pressing plate is fixed to the housing, the electronic device moves according to the shape of the depression of the pressing plate even if the position of the electronic device is shifted to some extent. Fine position setting is not required, and support work with the support can be facilitated.
[0019]
The buffer member may be inserted into the recess of the press plate in advance, but it is preferable that the space is free because the buffer member is easy to move and more easily grips.
On the other hand, there is a case where it is desired to simplify the support procedure with the support in a case where the electronic device is frequently replaced. For this purpose, the fixing partClaim 2It is good to configure as described in.
[0020]
That is,Claim 2The fixing portion in the support described above is configured such that one end of the pressing plate is fixed by a hinge portion so as to be rotatable in the vicinity of the opening portion of the housing, the pressing plate is rotated around the hinge portion, and the cushioning member is formed by the pressing plate. When the is pressed, the end of the holding plate opposite to the hinge portion is fixed to the housing in a detachable manner by the locking portion.
[0021]
In this way, the present invention (Claim 2In the support tool (2), the locking of the locking portion is released, and the holding plate is rotated around the hinge portion to be removed, thereby releasing the support of the electronic device and replacing the electronic device. At this time, since the pressing plate is held by the hinge portion, there is no need to worry about the direction of the pressing plate. In addition, with this support tool, when the presser plate is mounted, the presser plate can be mounted simply by rotating the presser plate around the hinge and locking it with the locking part. Is unnecessary. Thus, in this support tool, the attaching / detaching operation of the pressing plate can be facilitated.
[0022]
On the other hand, there is a case where it is desired that one casing can be equipped with any of a plurality of types of electronic devices. At this time, in order to be able to support multiple types of electronic devices without changing the presser and the buffer member,Claim 3As described inIs configured toAnd good.
[0023]
That is,Claim 3In the described support tool,The opening side end is configured as an auxiliary tool having a protrusion that can be attached to the electronic device so as to protrude from the electronic device and can be held by the buffer member.
In this way, the present invention (Claim 3) To supportAccording toThe protruding portion of the auxiliary tool can be held by the buffer member pressed by the pressing plate, and the electronic device can be supported by the casing. For this reason, the electronic device from which the shape of an opening part side end surface differs can be supported by one housing | casing by using the auxiliary tool which can be mounted | worn with the said electronic device for every electronic device.
[0024]
In addition, when the auxiliary tool is not used, the size of the holding plate and the buffer member needs to be larger than the opening side end surface in order to grip the opening side end part of the electronic device. Restricted by the shape of the opening side end face. However, when an auxiliary tool is used, the protrusion of the auxiliary tool becomes an apparent end of the opening of the electronic device, and the shape of the protrusion is suppressed without being restricted by the shape of the end of the opening of the electronic device. Since it sets according to the state of a board and a buffer member, the shape of a press board and a buffer member can be set according to the shape of a case, the use situation, etc. For example, if the size of the holding plate cannot be increased to the size of the opening side end surface of the electronic device due to housing restrictions such as interference with other parts, or if the shock and vibration expected are small, the area of the buffer member (and thus the holding member) When it is not necessary to increase the size of the plate), in order to increase the buffering effect, the area of the buffering member is desired to be larger than the opening side end surface of the electronic device. Corresponding pressing plates and buffer members can be set.
[0025]
on the other hand,Claim 4In the electronic device storage device described above, the electronic device can be stored, and a housing having at least a part of the side wall opened, and the electronic device stored in the housing provided in the opening of the housing. A storage device for an electronic device, comprising: a support device that supports the device;Claim 3It is any one of the support tools described above.
[0026]
The present invention thus constructed (Claim 4According to the electronic device storage apparatus (1), the electronic device can be stored in the housing so that the shock and vibration transmitted from one of the electronic device and the housing to the other can be reduced.
Also,Claim 5In the electronic device storage device described above, the housing is provided with a pair of openings formed in the side walls facing each other, and the support is provided in each of the pair of openings.
[0027]
The present invention thus constructed (Claim 5), The electronic device can be supported in the casing at both ends of the electronic device. For this reason, this storage apparatus can be made into the state which does not contact an electronic device and a housing | casing directly, and can have a high buffering effect.
[0028]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[First embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which a hard disk drive (hereinafter referred to as HDD) 30 is mounted on a housing 10 which is a part of a desktop personal computer as a first embodiment of the present invention.
[0029]
The support of the first embodiment is an object that supports the HDD 30 on the housing 10 so that the shock and vibration transmitted from one of the HDD 30 and the housing 10 to the other can be reduced in the housing 10 on which the HDD 30 and the like are mounted. is there.
And this support tool is the auxiliary tool 40 with which HDD30 equivalent to the electronic device of this invention was mounted | worn, the screw 50 which fixes the auxiliary tool 40 to HDD30, the buffer member 70 contact | abutted to the auxiliary tool 40, and the presser which presses down the buffer member 70 The plate 60 and the holding plate 60 are configured by screws 80 that fix the housing 10 to the housing 10.
[0030]
The screw 80 corresponds to the fixture of the present invention.
Further, the HDD 30 has a structure in which an internal mechanism is housed in a metal case, and its outer shape is, for example, a size of 3.5 inch size of ATAPI standard and has a thin rectangular parallelepiped shape. The HDD 30 is provided with supporting screw holes on both sides in accordance with the ATAPI standard (normally, three holes are provided on one side).
Although not shown in the figure because it is not directly related to the main part of the present invention, cables and the like necessary for connection to the personal computer side and the power source side are led out from the HDD 30.
[0031]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2A, the auxiliary tool 40 is made of a substantially rectangular sheet metal, and includes a plate-like protrusion 41 extending from the middle of the sheet metal, and a portion where the protrusion 41 extends. Through holes 42 are provided at two locations on both sides. The protrusion 41 has two cuts in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rectangular sheet metal, and arc-shaped processing is performed so that stress is concentrated on the ends of the cuts so that cracks do not occur. It is produced by bending the plate part 90 degrees. The protrusion 41 is configured to have a size and a thickness that have sufficient strength to support an external impact assumed in the weight and usage environment of the HDD 30. Further, the through holes 42 are formed so as to coincide with the positions of two of the screw holes formed in the side surface of the HDD 30.
[0032]
Further, the housing 10 is formed by forming a metal plate in a rectangular box shape so as to have a space for containing three electronic devices such as the HDD 30 so as to overlap in the vertical direction, and the HDD 30 can be inserted on the front surface thereof. The left and right side surfaces are provided with three pairs of openings 12 for supporting three electronic devices such as the HDD 30 and the pressing plates 60 corresponding to the openings 12. A screw hole 14 is formed. Two screw holes 14 are formed on the left and right of each opening 12.
[0033]
In addition, on the inner side of the housing 10, a pedestal 15 is formed below each opening 12 in a state where an L-shaped sheet metal is turned upside down. This is located slightly below the position where the HDD 30 is supported by the pressing plate 60, and is a place for the HDD 30 before being supported by the pressing plate 60.
[0034]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the presser plate 60 includes a concave portion 63 having a rectangular central portion that is concave along the longitudinal direction, and a flat portion that is flat at both ends of the concave shape. 64, a flange portion 65 extending from the flat portion 64, and a through hole 62 for passing the screw 80. The presser plate 60 is formed by bending a rectangular sheet metal into a concave shape along the longitudinal direction to form a concave portion 63, and opening both ends of the concave portion 63 to make it flat to form a flat portion 64. A total of four flange portions 65 are formed at both ends of each, and through holes 62 are formed in each flange portion 65. The entire width of the pressing plate 60 is such that it does not overlap the adjacent pressing plate 60 when the pressing plate 60 is attached to the casing 10, and the width of the concave portion 63 is that of the pressing plate 60 to the casing 10. The width of the recess 63 is a width that can secure a space for the buffer member 70 to enter in the attached state, and the depth of the recess 63 is the same as or higher than the height of the protrusion 41 of the auxiliary tool 40.
[0035]
Further, the buffer member 70 has a flat plate shape, and the size thereof is assisted by pressing the buffer member 70 to a position where the pressing plate 60 is fixed to the housing 10 and deforming the buffer member 70. The width and thickness are sufficient to hold the protrusion 41 of the tool 40, and the length in the longitudinal direction is adjusted to the length of the recess 63 of the pressing plate 60.
[0036]
The material of the buffer member 70 is a gelatinous resin made of a urethane resin-based gel material. This gelatinous resin forms a network structure by cross-linking urethane resins with each other, and loses the fluidity as a whole while including fluid components such as a plasticizer in the gaps of the network structure. It is a gel. Such a gelatinous resin exhibits so-called viscoelasticity and has a relatively large loss factor, so that most of the transmitted vibrational energy can be converted into heat energy and consumed inside, which is excellent. Demonstrate buffer performance. The buffer member 70 is bonded to the flat portion 64 of the pressing plate 60.
[0037]
Here, the procedure when the HDD 30 is supported on the housing 10 by the support of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 shows a cross section taken along the line AA in FIG.
First, the auxiliary tools 40 are respectively brought into the inside of the housing 10 so that the protrusions 41 protrude from the opening 12 to the openings 12 on both sides of the housing 10 where the HDD 30 is to be built. It is inserted on the same position as the auxiliary tool 40 in the housing 10 and placed on the table 15. Then, the auxiliary tools 40 on both sides are fixed to the HDD 30 with the two screws 50 that pass through the through holes 42 of the auxiliary tool 40 from the outside of the opening 12.
[0038]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3A, the holding plate 60 with the buffer member 70 attached is brought to the position of each opening 12.
Next, the pressing plate 60 is pressed to press the buffer member 70 against the protrusion 41 of the auxiliary tool 40, and the buffer member 70 is deformed so as to be accommodated in the concave portion 63 of the pressing plate 60 as shown in FIG. .
[0039]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3C, the pressing plate 60 is further pushed in so that the flat portion 64 of the pressing plate 60 comes into contact with the housing 10. In this state, the screw 80 is tightened into the screw hole 14 of the housing through the through hole 62 of the holding plate 60. As a result, the holding plate 60 is fixed to the housing 10 and the support work for the HDD 30 to the housing 10 is completed.
[0040]
That is, when the buffer member 70 is pressed against the projection 41 of the auxiliary tool 40 by the presser plate 60, the buffer member 70 is deformed so as to be stored in the recess 63 and becomes U-shaped. It will be in the state where it is inserted. Then, the pressing force from the pressing plate 60 is applied from the buffer member 70 to the protrusion 41, and the buffer member 70 grips the auxiliary tool 40. At this time, in the protrusion 41 sandwiched between the buffer members 70, a force that moves to the center position of the recess 63 is applied so that the forces on both side surfaces of the protrusion 41 are equalized. The HDD 30 that has been shifted from the center position of the recess 63 is lifted from the cradle 15 and comes near the center position of the recess 63. Then, by fixing the holding plate 60 to the housing 10 with the screws 80, the buffer member 70 is interposed between the auxiliary tool 40 (and hence the HDD 30) and the holding plate 60 (and thus the housing 10), and thus the HDD 30 is mounted. It will be in the state supported in the housing | casing 10. FIG.
[0041]
The support device of the first embodiment is not configured to positively support the HDD 30 with respect to the external force in the front-rear direction, but the buffer member 70 is highly viscous and is held by frictional force. It has become.
Moreover, although the said support procedure was demonstrated so that both sides of HDD30 might be supported simultaneously, you may carry out one side at a time.
[0042]

[effect]
As described above, according to the support tool of the first embodiment, the HDD 30 is held in a state where the protrusion 41 of the auxiliary tool 40 fixed to the HDD 30 is held by the buffer member 70 made of a gelatinous resin. It can be supported in the housing 10.
[0043]
For this reason, external forces such as shock and vibration transmitted from one of the HDD 30 and the housing 10 to the other can be absorbed by the deformation of the buffer member 70. And since the deformed buffer member 70 returns to the original shape by the restoring force as an elastic body, the gripping state can be maintained. In particular, since the shape of the protrusion 41 of the auxiliary tool 40 is wide in the horizontal direction and the area of the buffer member 70 that receives the force in the vertical direction is widened, the HDD 30 can withstand a vertical impact that is a critical impact direction. High buffer performance can be obtained.
[0044]
In addition, when the HDD 30 is directly fixed to the housing with a screw as in the prior art, the screw hole position of the HDD 30 has to be exactly aligned with the hole position of the housing and screwed, but the support of the first embodiment Even if the position of the HDD 30 is slightly shifted, the HDD 30 moves so that the protrusion 41 of the auxiliary tool 40 follows the concave shape of the pressing plate 60 when the pressing plate 60 is fixed to the housing 10. For this reason, the mounting work of the HDD 30 can be performed without paying attention to the position of the HDD 30 and workability can be improved.
[Second Embodiment]
Next, as a second embodiment, a support in a portable music player will be described.
[0045]
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of a portable music player using the support according to the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the portable music player. The portable music playback device is a device that plays back music data stored in the PC card 130 housed in the housing 110 of the device main body using a music playback unit (not shown).
[0046]
The support of the second embodiment is such that in this portable music player, one end of the PC card 130 is attached to the casing 110 so that the shock and vibration transmitted from one of the casing 110 and the PC card 130 to the other can be mitigated. It is something to support.
The present support tool becomes a part of the outer casing together with the housing 110, and the pressing cover 160 corresponding to the pressing plate of the present invention, the buffer member 170 contacting the PC card 130 corresponding to the electronic device of the present invention, and the pressing cover 160. A hinge portion 181 that rotatably fixes one end of the housing 110 in the vicinity of the opening 112 of the housing 110 and a locking device 182 that removably locks the connecting device 183 mounted in the vicinity of the opening 112 of the housing 110. The PC card 130 is formed in a plate-like rectangular parallelepiped shape conforming to the type 2 of the PC card standard (PC Card Standard), and is a music playback unit that is mechanically connected to the housing 110 and built in the housing 110. And a connector 131 for electrical connection.
[0048]
The casing 110 is formed in a rectangular box shape from metal or resin, and the opening 112 for inserting the PC card 130 and the approximate position of the PC card 130 in the casing 110 are defined. A guide 113 to be set and a connector 111 provided at an end of a space into which the PC card 130 is inserted are provided. The connector 111 can be fitted with the connector 131 of the PC card 130.
[0049]
The presser lid 160 is formed in a rectangular box shape from metal or resin, and is opposed to the opening portion 112 of the housing 110 and overlaps the opening portion 112 so as to close the opening portion 112. A recess 163 is formed in which the buffer member 170 provided is brought into contact with the PC card 130 and can be pushed back. The pressing lid 160 is attached near the facing portion 162 near the opening 112 of the housing 110 with a hinge 181, and a locking tool 182 is attached near the facing portion 162 on the opposite side. A connecting tool 183 connected to the locking tool 182 is attached to the housing 110 in a state where the facing portion 162 overlaps the opening 112.
[0050]
On the other hand, the buffer member 170 is the same material as the buffer member 70 of the first embodiment. The shock-absorbing member 170 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a portion in contact with the PC card 130 has a concave shape so as to follow the shape of the PC card 130. 160 protrudes outward from the facing portion 162, and enters the housing 110 side when the facing portion 162 overlaps the opening 112 of the housing 110. In addition, the space by the guide 113 of the housing 110 is large enough to have a space for the buffer member 170 to enter to obtain a buffer effect when the presser lid 160 is closed and the buffer member 170 is pressed against the PC card 130. ing. Further, the buffer member 170 is bonded to the bottom surface in the pressing lid 160 with an adhesive.
[0051]
Further, the locking tool 182 and the connecting tool 183 are each integrally formed of an elastically deformable synthetic resin. The locking tool 182 includes a locking protrusion 182a having a cross section of an arrowhead shape. The connecting tool 183 includes an insertion space 183c into which the locking protrusion 182a can be inserted, an opening 183a having a height direction lower than the locking protrusion 182a for inserting the locking protrusion 182a, And an open window 183b opened so that the arrowhead-shaped portion of the locking protrusion 182a can be pushed in the inserted state of the protrusion 182a.
[0052]
The locking tool 182 and the connecting tool 183 are locked and released as follows.
First, when the locking protrusion 182a of the locking tool 182 is pushed into the opening 183a of the connecting tool 183, the locking protrusion 182a is elastically deformed according to the size of the opening 183a and the opening of the locking protrusion 182a is opened. It passes through the part 183a. When the locking protrusion 182a reaches the insertion space 183c of the connecting tool 183, it returns to the original arrowhead shape and acts as a check piece for the opening 183a, and the locking tool 182 is engaged with the connecting tool 183. Stopped.
[0053]
Next, when the locking protrusion 182a is pushed by hand from the open window 183b opened in the connector 183 and deformed to the height of the opening 183a, the locking protrusion 182a does not act as a check piece, The stopper 182 is unlocked.
Here, a procedure when the PC card 130 is inserted into the housing 110 and one end thereof is supported by the pressing lid 160 will be described.
[0054]
First, the PC card 130 is inserted and pushed into the guide 113 from the opening 112 of the housing 110, and the connector 131 of the PC card 130 and the connector 111 of the housing 110 are fitted.
Next, the holding lid 160 is rotated by the hinge portion 181 by hand, and the buffer member 170 is pressed against the PC card 130.
[0055]
Next, the pressing lid 160 is further pressed so that the facing portion 162 of the pressing lid 160 overlaps the opening 112 of the housing 110, and the locking protrusion 182 a of the locking tool 182 is inserted into the coupling tool 183. The holding lid 160 is fixed to the housing 110 by locking.
[0056]
That is, when the first presser lid 160 is opened, the buffer member 170 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape as shown in FIG. When the presser lid 160 overlaps the opening 112 of the housing 110, the buffer member 170 is deformed and enters the recess 163 of the presser cap 160 as shown in FIG. 110 also enters the guide 113 side and grips the end of the PC card 130.
[0057]
At this time, if the buffer member 170 enters the recess 163 of the presser lid 160, the buffer member 170 is deformed like a U-shape and sandwiches the PC card 130. Move towards the center position. Since the buffer member 170 enters with a gap between the PC card 130 and the guide 113, the PC card 130 is not in contact with the guide 113. In this way, one end of the PC card 130 is supported by the housing 110 via the buffer member 170 by the pressing lid 160.
[effect]
As described above, in the support of the second embodiment, the buffer member 170 grips one end of the PC card 130, and the buffer member is interposed between the PC card 130 and the pressing lid 160. One end of the PC card 130 can be supported by the housing 110.
[0058]
In addition, since the buffer member 170 is a glue resin having elasticity and excellent buffer performance, the support of the present embodiment is free from external forces such as shock and vibration transmitted from one end of the PC card 130 and one of the housings 110 to the other. On the other hand, the buffer member 170 can be absorbed by the deformation of the buffer member 170, and the deformed buffer member 170 can return to its original shape and maintain the gripping state by the restoring force as its elastic body.
[0059]
Further, in the present support tool, even if the PC card 130 is in a state of hitting the bias guide 113 before the presser lid 160 is fixed to the housing 110, the PC card 130 moves in accordance with the concave shape of the presser lid 160. The card 130 can be mounted without worrying about the position, and the fixing position of the pressing cover 160 is determined by the hinge portion 181, so that the pressing cover 160 need not be aligned. Thus, with this support tool, the support work with the support tool can be simplified.
[Modification]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to said specific embodiment, It can implement with a various form besides this.
[0060]
For example, the object to be supported is the HDD 30 in the first embodiment, but is not limited to this, and any object having an outer shape conforming to the same ATAPI standard can be supported by the support of the first embodiment. Further, even a supported object having a shape outside of the ATAPI standard can be supported by the support tool of the first embodiment if the shape of the portion to be attached to the supported object is an auxiliary tool suitable for the supported object.
[0061]
In the second embodiment, the PC card 130 has a function as a storage device having a magnetic disk. However, PC cards having various shapes according to the PC card standard can be supported. Further, when the PC card standard is not complied with, it can be supported by using a presser cover and a buffer member suitable for the shape or using an auxiliary tool.
[0062]
Further, the auxiliary tool 40 of the first embodiment is configured to have a plate-like protrusion 41 in the longitudinal direction of the side surface of the HDD 30, but the protrusion 41 has a plate-like shape in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and the concave portion The HDD 30 may be supported by the housing 10 with a pressing plate 60 whose direction is aligned with the protruding portion 41 and a buffer member 70 having a size matched to the pressing plate 60. At this time, a plurality of sets of the auxiliary tool 40, the pressing plate 60, and the buffer member 70 are attached if necessary, such as when the HDD 30 cannot be supported by the one set of auxiliary tool 40, the pressing plate 60, and the buffer member 70.
[0063]
This utilizes the fact that the direction in which the protrusion 41 of the auxiliary tool 40 is plate-shaped and has a large area increases the shock-absorbing and shock-absorbing performance, and the casing 10 rotates 90 degrees in the front-rear direction. It is effective when it is placed on the front side or when a large impact is assumed in the front-rear direction.
[0064]
Further, since the pressing plate 60 of the first embodiment is manufactured by bending, the two portions of the flat portion 64 are separated from each other. Therefore, the four flange portions 65 provided at both ends of each flat portion 64 are encased by screws 80. It is fixed to the body 10. On the other hand, like a pressing plate 60 'shown in FIG. 2 (c), a product obtained by forming a concave portion 63' by drawing at a central portion of a rectangular sheet metal material may be used. In this case, since both ends of the sheet metal material in the longitudinal direction are the flange portions 65 ′, and the two portions of the flat portion 64 ′ are connected by the flange portion 65 ′, the through hole 62 ′ opened in the flange portion 65 ′ is one place on one side, and the housing Assuming that the screw hole 14 of the body 10 is one place on one side so as to correspond to the through hole 62 ′, the fixing of the screw 80 in the flange portion 65 ′ for fixing the holding plate 60 ′ to the housing 10 is one place on one side ( 2 places in total). Thereby, attachment work can be made easy.
