Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an operating apparatus for a suspended separator used for a mechanical separation operation of solids and moisture, such as slurry dehydration, in facilities in the fields of food, medicine, sugar production, chemistry and wastewater treatment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a plurality of suspension separators are batch-operated for each fixed amount of dehydration object, and charging for loading is performed at a charge speed after initial acceleration. Thereafter, it is re-accelerated to the shaking speed, and after the moisture has been shaken off, it is decelerated to the scraping speed at which the object after dehydration is scraped off.
[0003]
If the operating cycles of these multiple suspended separators overlap, the primary current value for driving the suspended separators will fluctuate greatly, requiring a large current capacity, and responding to fluctuations in the scraping amount. It has been necessary to increase the volume of the conveyor on the discharge side.
[0004]
For this reason, a suspension separator of about 5 batteries is controlled by sequentially shifting the operation cycle time in order to reduce the power supply capacity of a suspension separator that is conventionally operated in plural and to prevent discharge overlap. The
[0005]
Also, when a transistor inverter is used for the drive system of a suspended separator, the energy at the time of deceleration is regenerated. To efficiently consume power between multiple suspended separators and to reduce the power supply volume A common DC power supply converter / inverter system is used.
[0006]
The conventional converter unit of the common DC power supply system has a single configuration, and a plurality of inverter units are connected to each hanging separator on the DC side. However, since there is only one converter unit, the power supply to the inverter unit connected to the secondary side is cut off when this unit fails, and all suspended separators stop. .
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present invention is based on the conventional converter / inverter type driving apparatus for a plurality of suspended separators, and all suspended separators are stopped due to a failure of one converter unit. It is an object of the present invention to provide an operating device for a suspended separator that is economical and has high operational reliability, which solves the problem of ending up.
[0008]
[Means for solving the problems]
According to the suspension separator operating apparatus of the present invention, the converter is not a single configuration, but a multi-system, and a plurality of pairs of converters are connected in parallel to form a converter unit. At the same time, two master units are always operated in parallel.
[0009]
From this converter group, DC power is supplied to a plurality of inverter units provided for each of the plurality of suspended separators.
[0010]
In such a configuration of the present application, when the converter of each pair of master unit or slave unit performs fault diagnosis mutually during operation and detects a fault, the pair of master unit and slave unit stops operation and the remaining units The operation is continued by the parent machine and the child machine.
[0011]
Therefore, multiple suspension separators can be used even if one set of master unit and / or slave unit breaks down by designing the converter capacity to be distributed to each parent-child pair with multiple margins with some margin from the beginning. The operation can be continued within the converter capacity range of the remaining master unit and slave units without being stopped.
[0012]

Thus, the operation of the converter of the parent / child device on one side is prevented, so that the converter of the other parent / child device that is normally operated is prevented from being overloaded, and all the suspended separator
[0026]
Next, the procedure for selecting the converter capacity of this embodiment will be described based on the flow of FIG.
[0027]
First, the number of operating suspended separator bodies 1 (5 units), motor capacity (214 kW), power supply voltage (380 V), operating cycle (24 CYCLE / H), each rotational speed, each GD 2 (inertia) (kg · m 2 ) Set each time (
The converter capacity is calculated and two units are installed (step 44).
[0028]
Thus, in this embodiment, the total power value when five 214 KW motors are operated in sequence is assumed to be 450 KVA, and when the converter capacity is single, it is 450 KVA as it is. Then, it was set as the structure of 338KVA * 2 unit | set.
[0029]
In the embodiment described above, two sets of converter unit parent / child devices are used for the sake of simplification. However, the present invention is not limited to these two sets of parent / child devices, and particularly when the overall load capacity is large. If the load capacity is distributed by increasing the number of parent and child machines, a stable suspension separator can be operated by combining a relatively low capacity converter.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in a drive device for a plurality of suspended separators driven by a transistor converter / inverter composed of one conventional converter unit, all of the converter units are It is possible to solve the problem that the operation of the suspension separator is stopped and to provide the operation device of the suspension separator with high operation reliability.
