Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a support device suitable for use in a housing of an audio device such as an audio system or various information devices.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, a disc player that reproduces sound by driving an optical disc, which is abbreviated as a CD (compact disc) or a DVD (digital versatile disc), has a power source for rotating the disc. The inside of the device is excited to generate vibration and resonance. Such an acoustic device is generally set on an installation table such as an audio rack. However, the installation table is excited by an external factor from the room or a reproduced sound, and vibration is transmitted to the inside of the device.
[0003]
By the way, a track in which fine pits are continuous is formed on the optical disc, and the pits are read by irradiating the track with laser light of an optical pickup controlled by servo. Therefore, the optical pickup is driven so as to accurately follow a minute servo signal. Therefore, the optical pickup has a structure that is supported so as to easily move in the tracking direction and the focus direction.
[0004]
Due to these structural features, when vibration is transmitted from the drive source of the optical disk or the outside of the device and the optical pickup swings even a little, pit reading error due to the optical pickup, so-called bit loss, occurs and the sound reproduction characteristics deteriorate. It becomes.
[0005]
Therefore, usually, as a so-called mechanical grounding means for absorbing and blocking vibration, a configuration in which an elastic body such as a coil spring or rubber is combined and used as a support leg of the equipment housing is generally adopted. In this case, the support legs are attached to the bottom plate of the equipment housing with screws. Therefore, the mounting strength of the support leg is limited to the rigidity of the screw, and a sufficient mechanical ground cannot be obtained. As a means for solving such a problem, it has been confirmed that what is called a spike leg and contacts the installation base at one point and supports the housing at three or four places is effective.
[0006]
As shown in FIG. 5, for example, a pedestal L1 of a supporting leg main body L1 fixed to an acoustic device A such as a disc player is formed in a conical spike shape, and one point of the peak is formed on the top plate surface of the installation base B. In general, the stand base S is interposed between the pedestal L1 and the installation base after setting the acoustic device. Further, in order to make vibration absorption and blocking more effective, as shown in FIG. 6, the sharpness of the pedestal L2 tends to be increased.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the case of this type of acoustic equipment that seeks to improve the sound reproduction characteristics, the structure for eliminating vibration and resonance increases the mass of the drive system and the housing, and the high-end model has an extremely large value of around 25 kg. Setting the weight on the installation base of the audio equipment with spiked legs is not easy and requires caution.
[0008]
In other words, the procedure for setting such an audio device is to first place the device main body at a temporary setting position on the installation table. At this time, the spike leg may damage the top plate surface of the installation table. Since it is clear, the protective sheet is placed with the position of the spike leg predicted, and the spike leg is grounded on the protective sheet. After that, one side of the device body is slightly pushed up, the protective sheet is removed, and a stand base is interposed under the spike leg.
[0009]
Such a setting operation is a laborious and cumbersome operation if the weight of the device is large, and requires careful attention. Further, when the spike leg is sharp as shown in FIG. 6, there is a risk of damaging the fingers, which requires safety considerations.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and while making use of the advantages of a conventional spike leg, it improves workability when setting the apparatus body on the installation base, and damages the installation base. In addition, the safety of the fingers during work will be ensured. And it aims at enabling it to attach a supporting leg apparatus to an apparatus housing | casing with a highly rigid structure, and to eliminate a vibration and resonance more efficiently.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention comprises a concave portion formed in the center of the bottom surface of a pedestal made of a solid material such as metal, the spike head facing the head so as to be contained in the space of the concave portion, and A stand base in which the tip of the pointed head does not protrude from the bottom surface of the pedestal, and a support base is formed at the center, and the axis of the tip of the spike body is supported by the support base. A first configuration comprising:
[0012]
In the first configuration, a second configuration in which a bolt having a pointed head is screwed into the center of the pedestal to form a spike body;
[0013]
In the first configuration, a third configuration in which the spike body is formed integrally with the pedestal,
[0014]
In the above first to third configurations, it comprises a fourth configuration in which a cushioning material is adhered to the bottom surface of the pedestal,
[0015]
Further, the present invention provides a main pedestal comprising a pedestal, a spike main body that includes a spike body that has a protruding height smaller than that of the pedestal so that the tip does not protrude from the bottom surface of the pedestal. And a stand base that supports the axis of the tip of the spike body by means of the support base.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. A disk player for driving an optical disk will be described as an example. However, the present invention can be widely applied to audio equipment such as an audio amplifier and a speaker system, or other information equipment.
[0017]

Is done. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a first embodiment of the support device according to the present invention, in which the support main body 1 has a recessed portion 2a formed at the center of the bottom surface of a pedestal 2 made of a solid material such as metal, A screw hole 2b is formed at the center of the recess. A cushioning material 3 such as felt is attached to the entire bottom surface 2c of the pedestal 2 or a part of the entire circumference.
[0018]
Bolts 4 are screwed into the screw holes 2b from the inside of the casing and are fastened together with the bottom plate A1 that is a part of the casing of the audio equipment A. The bolt 4 has a conical pointed head 4a formed so that the tip of the bolt 4 becomes a spike body, and the size of the bolt 4 is adjusted so that the pointed head is contained in the recessed portion 2a of the pedestal 2 and faces. ing. In particular, it is desirable that the pointed head of the bolt 4 is subjected to a treatment for increasing the hardness by quenching or the like.
[0019]
Next, reference numeral 5 denotes a stand base, and a support base portion 5a is formed at the center, and the axis of the pointed head 4a of the bolt 4 is supported by the support base portion as shown in the figure.
[0020]
FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. A cusp 2d and a screw portion 2e are integrally formed on the pedestal 2, and the cusp 2d is recessed as in the first embodiment. It is formed so as to be enclosed in the space of the portion 2a. Then, the supporting leg main body 1 is fixed by screwing the screw portion 2e into the screw hole of the bottom plate A1 of the audio equipment A.
[0021]
A procedure for mounting the supporting leg device of the present invention configured as described above on an audio device and setting it on an installation table such as an audio rack will be described below.
[0022]
As described above, since the supporting leg main body 1 is fixed to the bottom plate A1 of the audio equipment, when the equipment main body is placed on the installation base B, the cushioning material attached to the supporting leg main body 1 as shown in FIG. 3 contacts the installation base B. Then, the device main body is set at a desired position, and the portion where the support leg main body 1 is positioned is slightly pushed up as shown in FIG. By returning to, the stand base 5 is united in a state where the supporting base 1 is supported as shown in FIG.
[0023]
When the sound equipment is set as described above, the pedestal functions as a cover that covers the spikes, so that the sharpness does not appear on the exterior of the equipment, improving the overall design of the equipment. It becomes possible to do. In the present invention, since the solid material pedestal is directly and firmly attached to the bottom plate of the housing without using a separate part, the bottom plate and the pedestal are integrated, combined with the effect of the spike body. Vibration and resonance can be effectively eliminated.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the invention described in claim 1, since the pointed head of the spike body is not exposed from the bottom surface of the pedestal mainly composed of the support leg, the setting base is not damaged by the spike body during setting. High safety without risk of finger damage.
[0025]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the spike body is screwed to the pedestal, the degree of coupling between the spike body and the pedestal is high. Can be effectively eliminated. According to the invention described in claim 3, since the spike body is formed integrally with the pedestal, vibration and resonance can be more effectively eliminated. Further, according to the invention described in claim 4, since the cushioning material is stuck on the bottom surface of the pedestal, the pedestal itself does not damage the installation table. Can be completely eliminated. According to the fifth aspect of the invention, since the pointed head of the spike body does not protrude from the bottom surface of the supporting leg main body, the installation base is not damaged by the spike body during setting.
