Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, when processing pet filth or cleaning around the toilet, the used sheet can be flowed to a flush toilet with the filth and dirt attached without dirtying hands. In the case of a large amount of water, the water will be disintegrated within a short period of time, but in the case of wet filth and designated water-based prescription chemicals, the water-resistant water-disintegrating sheet that can withstand cleaning, etc. In addition, functional base paper that can be suitably used for fried food storage sheets with less re-adhesion of oil adsorbed on paper, pet waste disposal sheets, toilet cleaning sheets, fried food storage sheets, and their It relates to a manufacturing method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
At present, when making towel paper, in order to increase the volume of the product, a lot of hardwood-based raw material blends are blended, long fibers and some thick fibers are also added, and the fibers themselves are installed with equipment such as DDR and refiners. By mechanically cutting the fibers, the entanglement between the fibers is strengthened. By adding about 3% of a chemical such as a wet strength agent, a water-resistant base paper is made, and the resin coating makes the paper non-degradable. Yes. Further, the crepe rate is set to a high value of 18 to 20% or more, and it is a base paper having a feeling of volume and elasticity, and the base paper itself is a base paper with good water retention.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the towel paper cannot be used for purposes other than the original use used in the kitchen. For example, a sheet for treating pet waste and a sheet for cleaning around the toilet must be allowed to flow directly into the flush toilet, but this towel paper is not water-degradable and should be used for such sheets. I could not.
Toilet paper, on the other hand, is naturally designed to be flushed with flush toilets, but because of its high water absorption, if it is not used in multiple layers, it will absorb moisture from pet filth and water during cleaning. It was something that touched. In addition, since toilet paper has low strength, it has a poor usability when treating pet filth, and it easily breaks due to friction during cleaning around the toilet. Similarly, paper materials (water-soluble paper) made so as to dissolve in alkaline water or water are also known, but these can be dissolved even with a small amount of water, so they cannot be used for the above-mentioned purposes. there were.
Therefore, the present invention can also be suitably applied to the above-described sheet for treating pet filth and the sheet for cleaning the toilet, that is, to some extent when used during filth treatment or cleaning. In addition to having strength and water resistance that does not dissolve in water, it can be applied to water-resistant water-disintegrating sheets that can be disintegrated in a short time under a large amount of water in a toilet bowl, etc. It aims at proposing the functional base paper which can be utilized suitably also for the sheet | seat for deep-fried food placing, and its manufacturing method.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been obtained as a result of intensive studies in view of the above , and is a water-soluble viscous material that is PEO or CMC, and PVA while blending long fibers and short fibers in 7-8: 3-2. The first step of adding 1 to 15% by weight of water-disintegrating fiber and 0.1 to 0.2% by weight of dry paper strength enhancer, and the air pressure from the pressure roll used in the paper machine, a second step of papermaking by setting crepe ratio 2-14% as well as a high 6-8 kg / m 3 from the air pressure in the manufacture of the base paper, and a third step of drying at 80 to 100 ° C. at dryer Manufacturing a functional base paper comprising a fourth step of plying a plurality of base papers to perform slit processing and a fifth step of heat embossing the base papers that have been plyed at 100 to 180 ° C. It is about the method.
[0005]
Moreover, this invention also proposes the manufacturing method of the toilet cleaning sheet which consists of the said 1st-5th process and the 6th process of apply | coating the chemical | medical solution which mix | blended fats and oils or boric acid after that.
[0006]
Furthermore, the present invention also proposes a method for manufacturing a pet waste disposal sheet and a method for manufacturing a fried food storage sheet, in which the functional base paper produced by the above-described manufacturing method is used for pet waste disposal and fried food storage.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The method for producing the functional base paper (pet waste disposal sheet, toilet cleaning sheet, fried food storage sheet) of the present invention will be described in comparison with the towel base paper manufacturing method.
[0008]
First, in the first step of the present invention, at the raw material charging stage, long fibers and short fibers are blended in 7-8: 3-2 with a pulper or the like, and water-soluble adhesives such as PEO and CMC, and PVA are used. Add 1-15% by weight of water-disintegrating fiber, and add 0.1-0.2% by weight of dry paper strength enhancer. In the case of recycled paper, milk cartons and paper cups may be used in the same ratio instead of long fibers and short fibers.
PEO is a water-soluble viscous material, and an aqueous solution in which PEO is dissolved exhibits a remarkable Newtonian viscosity. Therefore, the viscosity greatly varies depending on the dissolution concentration and the dissolution temperature. And it is desirable to set the addition amount with respect to a pulp fiber to 0.1 weight% or less from solubility and the dilution dispersibility of a stock solution. Since the aqueous solution of PEO is vulnerable to mechanical impacts such as pumping up, it is desirable to install the dissolution tank as high as possible and supply it by a natural drop method. Moreover, since the water temperature of the dissolution tank near the roof is very high at high temperatures such as in summer, it is desirable to use a ventilation fan or groundwater with a stable water temperature. The same applies to CMC.
Moreover, it is desirable to add a fiber for hydrolyzing such as PVA having a fiber length of 3 mm and a denier of 1.0 to 1.1, and preferably 3 to 5% by weight of the pulp fiber is carefully dispersed. It is desirable to mix and keep the initial dryer temperature at 110 ° C. or lower for papermaking.
Furthermore, the dry paper strength enhancer dilutes acrylic resin or the like with clean water to 1% or less, and to a place where 0.1 to 0.2% by weight of pulp fiber can be sufficiently dispersed in pulp fiber. It is desirable to add.
It is not necessary to mechanically disaggregate the fibers with equipment such as DDR or refiner.
On the other hand, in the towel base paper manufacturing method, a single raw material (= the raw fiber length is constant) is input, and the fibers themselves are mechanically disaggregated by DDR or the like to strengthen the entanglement between the fibers. Furthermore, about 3% of a wet strength enhancer is added to apply resin coating to the entire fiber to increase the strength. Naturally, it becomes non-water-degradable.
[0009]
Next, in the second step in the present invention, the paper pressure is made by pressing the air pressure of the roll used in the paper machine to 6-8 kg / m 3 and setting the crepe rate to 2-14%. In this way, the roll air pressure was increased, and the crepe rate during paper making was reduced, so turbulence occurred in the paper machine homer, and long fiber and short fiber papers were seeded in irregular directions, The entanglement becomes stronger and the base paper can be tightened. Further, by making the crepe rate as low as possible, the elongation of the base paper itself can be suppressed, and the elongation of the product sheet can be suppressed when the chemical solution or moisture is immersed in the product processing. In addition, by setting the freeness as low as about 370 to 400 cc, it is possible to form a paper that has low water retention and is tightly clamped, and can have good embossing during processing.
On the other hand, in the towel base paper manufacturing method, the air pressure of the paper machine roll is as low as about 4 to 6 kg / m 3 , the crepe rate is as high as 18 to 20%, and the freeness is about 400 to 450 cc. And since the raw fiber length is constant, the fibers are evenly entangled, and the paper has high water retention and strength.
[0010]
Subsequently, in the third step of the present invention, paper that is undried at 80 to 100 ° C. is made with a dryer. In the fourth step, slit processing is performed by plying the plurality of base papers. Thus, by performing drying temperature at low temperature, the said water-soluble adhesive is gathered on the surface side (dryer grounding surface side) of paper. For this reason, a plurality of stacked sheets become like a sheet of paper by hot embossing, which will be described later, and a sheet that is not easily peeled off is formed. ) Is also deeper and stronger. Further, the fiber is strongly entangled up to a certain amount of water, and a characteristic of hydrolyzing within about 100 seconds with a large amount of water is obtained.
The hot embossing in the fifth step is performed at 100 to 180 ° C. without using a paste or the like. The degree of press bonding and water disintegration can be adjusted by the embossing temperature and press pressure passage time.
On the other hand, in the manufacturing method of towel base paper, the paper which is hard to melt | dissolve in water with the temperature of 120-150 degreeC is formed, and the slit process is performed by laminating the several sheets. Further, since a plurality of sheets are processed by the rewinder without passing the paste through the embossing roll, the embossing itself has a weak depth and strength.
[0011]
When the functional base paper of the present invention obtained after the first to fifth steps is used as a pet waste disposal sheet or a fried food storage sheet, it may be cut into a specified size and packed.
Moreover, in order to make the functional base paper of the present invention into a toilet cleaning sheet, a chemical solution containing an oil or boric acid or boric acid is then applied as a sixth step.
[0012]

[0014]
[Manufacture of toilet cleaning sheets]
The functional base paper was coated with a chemical solution containing oil or boric acid or boric acid to obtain a toilet cleaning sheet.
[0015]
[Manufacture of fried food storage sheets]
The functional base paper was cut into a predetermined size to obtain a fried food storage sheet.
[0016]
[Performance evaluation 1: Pet waste disposal]
Dog filth (feces) was treated using the pet filth treatment sheet. It could be handled without any trouble when grabbing the filth, and moisture in the filth did not adhere to the hand. When it was put into the toilet bowl after use, it was confirmed that it was water-dissolved within about 100 seconds and was able to be poured into the toilet.
For comparison, dog filth (feces) was similarly treated with towel paper (commercial product) and toilet paper (commercial product). Although treatment with towel paper was possible, it did not hydrolyze. In the toilet paper, the feeling of use was bad, and the moisture in the filth adhered to the hand, or it was easily broken and could not be cleaned.
[0017]
[Performance evaluation 2: Cleaning around the toilet]
The toilet area was cleaned using the toilet cleaning sheet. There was no breakage or the like caused by friction when wiping the toilet or toilet. When it was put into the toilet bowl after use, it was confirmed that it was water-dissolved within about 100 seconds and was able to be poured into the toilet.
For comparison, the toilet area was similarly cleaned with towel paper (commercial product) and toilet paper (commercial product). Although cleaning with towel paper was possible, it did not drain and could not be washed into the toilet. With toilet paper, the chemical solution adhered to the hand or easily broken and could not be cleaned.
[0018]
[Performance evaluation 3;
The fried food storage sheet was used as a tempura storage fried in oil. Since the embossed irregularities were deep and strong, the tempura could be supported by the embossed convex parts, and the excess oil could be adsorbed sufficiently. Further, the oil adsorbed on the sheet did not adhere again.
For comparison, towel paper (commercial product) and toilet paper (commercial product) were similarly used as a tempura holder. The towel paper was not oily and reattached, and the tempura became sticky. The same was true when toilet paper was used, and it was more easily broken and the broken pieces adhered to the tempura.
[0019]
The present invention has been described based on the embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented in any manner as long as the configuration described in the claims is not changed.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the functional base paper produced according to the present invention is suitable as a pet filth treatment sheet that can flow a used sheet together with the filth to a flush toilet when the pet filth is treated. Can be used. Further, when cleaning around the toilet, the used sheet can be poured into a flush toilet with the hands attached without getting dirty. Furthermore, it can be suitably used as a fried food placing sheet that improves the oil drainage of deep-fried products such as a tempura fried with the functional base paper oil produced according to the present invention and has less re-adhesion of oil adsorbed on the paper. In particular, when used for the disposal of pet filth and cleaning around toilets, it has water resistance that can withstand the handling of wet filth and cleaning under designated water-based prescription chemicals, and under large amounts of water in toilet bowls, etc. It can be used very suitably as a water-resistant hydrolytic sheet that hydrolyzes within a short time.
